TL;DR

Saleshandy is a cold email platform metered on active prospects, with LinkedIn handed off to Aimfox or HeyReach. Woodpecker charges $7 per 100 contacted prospects, then sells LinkedIn, API and agency access separately. Neither ships an AI SDR, and neither owns the infrastructure it sells you.

For multi-channel B2B outbound at scale, Salesforge is the stronger choice. Email and LinkedIn run in one conditional sequence, premium warm-up is free, replies land in Primebox™, and nothing is metered per seat or per prospect. Plans start at $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual).

I have set up cold email for teams that hit a wall at the same point: the tool works fine at 500 prospects a month and falls apart at 5,000. So when someone asks me to compare Saleshandy and Woodpecker, I do not start with feature lists. I start with the meter.

Saleshandy charges by active prospects in a sequence, from $25/mo annual. Woodpecker charges $7 per 100 contacted prospects, then bills LinkedIn, API and client panels on top. Both are real cold email tools with real customers.

Here is the part neither pricing page advertises: Woodpecker's own checkout resells Forge Stack infrastructure. I will show you the line item.

Saleshandy Overview: Features, Pricing, and Limits

Saleshandy homepage showing its multichannel outbound platform positioning with B2B Database, Email Outreach, Dialer, WhatsApp and Tasker
Saleshandy's channel row lists a database, email, a dialer, WhatsApp and a task manager. LinkedIn is not one of them.

Saleshandy is a cold email platform built around volume and a low sticker price. It has grown from an email tracking extension into a bundle: sequencing, a contact database, verification, mailboxes, a dialer and a CRM.

Core features:

  • Unlimited email accounts on every tier - no per-mailbox charge, which is unusual at the $25/mo annual entry point
  • Active-prospect metering - plans sized by prospects currently in a sequence, plus a monthly email cap
  • B2B Lead Finder - a separate subscription against a database marketed at 852M+ contacts
  • AI Sequence Copilot - reads your site and drafts a sequence; AI credits are a metered add-on at $10 per 5,000
  • Unified inbox - reply management across connected mailboxes, gated to Outreach Pro and above
  • Dialer - built-in calling with AI call summaries, from $23/mo annual plus $29 per 1,000 credits
  • Email Infrastructure add-on - Google, Microsoft or Azure mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC pre-set, $2.99 to $3.99 per mailbox/mo

Pricing from Saleshandy's live page: Outreach Starter is $25/mo annual ($300/year) or $36/mo monthly, at 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails. Outreach Pro is $69/mo annual ($828/year) or $99/mo monthly, at 30,000 prospects and 150,000 emails. Outreach Scale is $139/mo annual or $199/mo monthly, at 60,000 prospects and 240,000 emails, adding whitelabel and SSO.

Outreach Scale Plus runs $209/mo annual or $299/mo monthly. Lead Finder bills separately from $49/mo annual. The trial is 7 days.

Saleshandy fits a cost-conscious team whose outbound is email-first and whose volume is high for its budget. If you want calling in the same tool as sending, the dialer is a real product rather than a checkbox - a fair reason to pick it over a sending-only platform.

What reviewers say about Saleshandy

One-star Trustpilot review of Saleshandy by Krishnapal Singh dated May 4 2026 describing poor onboarding, unfriendly UI and credits disappearing
Trustpilot, May 4, 2026. Metered AI credits show up repeatedly in critical reviews.

Honest limitations:

  • LinkedIn is not native. Saleshandy's own documentation says the LinkedIn Automation step pushes prospects into a campaign you build in Aimfox or HeyReach. Its in-app LinkedIn steps are manual tasks a rep completes when prompted.
  • The active-prospect cap is the real ceiling. Outreach Starter stops at 2,000, and the next tier is nearly triple the price at $69/mo annual. There is no tier between them.
  • Credits meter separately. AI, verification and dialer credits are all bought on top of the plan, and reviewers describe them draining faster than expected during setup.
  • The Trustpilot rating is not displayed. Saleshandy's site cites Trustpilot 4.7/5 from 743 reviews, but Trustpilot's own page currently withholds the score, with a notice that the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines. Worth checking before you weigh that badge.

Woodpecker Overview: Features, Pricing, and Limits

Woodpecker homepage describing itself as a cold email and LinkedIn outreach tool with free catch-all verification and free warm-up
Woodpecker leads with deliverability: free catch-all verification and free warm-up at the entry tier.

Woodpecker is a Wrocław-based cold email tool that predates the current wave of sending platforms. It sells no plans. You move a slider for how many prospects you intend to contact, and the bill follows.

Core features:

  • Pay-per-prospect metering - $7.00 per 100 contacted prospects a month, counted once per person however many follow-ups they get
  • Free catch-all verification at send time - genuinely useful, since catch-all domains defeat most verifiers
  • Free warm-up, inbox rotation and a deliverability monitor - 2 warm-up slots at the entry tier, then $5/mo per extra mailbox
  • Condition-based campaigns and workflows - branching logic with A/B tests across 5 versions
  • Agency Panel - client separation, global blacklist and centralized billing, $27/mo per active client plus $5/mo for white label
  • ESP matching - a recent addition, matching sender to recipient provider
  • MCP server and CLI - bundled with integrations, API and webhooks as a single $20/mo add-on

Pricing from Woodpecker's live page: the base 500 contacted prospects is $35/mo monthly, and annual billing takes 33% off, roughly $23/mo. That bundle includes 8,000 emails, 2,000 stored prospects, 2 warm-ups, 100 Lead Finder credits, unlimited team members and unlimited email accounts.

LinkedIn is $29/mo per connected account. The trial runs 14 days or 100 emails, whichever comes first.

Woodpecker suits a founder or small team contacting a few hundred chosen people a month. Below roughly 500 contacted prospects the per-prospect meter is one of the cheaper honest deals in cold email, and the deliverability defaults are sensible out of the box.

What reviewers say about Woodpecker

One-star Trustpilot review of Woodpecker by bilal ikram dated August 2 2026 describing constant setup errors and warm-up failing with errors
Trustpilot, August 2, 2026. Woodpecker's Trustpilot score sits at 2.3 across 32 reviews.

Honest limitations:

  • The meter punishes growth. At 5,000 contacted prospects a month the same product costs $350/mo billed monthly. The rate does not fall as volume rises.
  • Core capabilities are unbundled. LinkedIn, API, webhooks, MCP, CLI, extra warm-ups and the agency panel are separate line items. A 5-client agency with one LinkedIn account adds $164/mo in add-ons before any prospect charge.
  • Billing complaints are the recurring theme. Across Trustpilot's 32 reviews, charges continuing after cancellation and refused refunds come up repeatedly, going back years.
  • Warm-up reliability draws criticism. The most recent one-star review, dated August 2, 2026, describes warm-up failing with repeated errors during trial setup.

Salesforge Overview: The Multi-Channel Outbound Stack

Salesforge is the outreach layer of the Forge Stack. Cold email and LinkedIn are two channels of one sequence, not two products stitched together. The layers underneath - infrastructure, deliverability, lead data and an AI SDR - are first-party products under one login.

Core features:

  • Unlimited mailboxes, users and workspaces - no seat pricing, so headcount and client count never change the bill
  • Multichannel with conditional sequences - real if/then branching. Connection accepted, fire a LinkedIn message; if not, fall back to email
  • Six native LinkedIn actions - connection requests, messages, InMails, post likes, follows and withdraws, each capped at 30 per day per profile for safety
  • Account safety as standard - session-token auth, no password storage, shared or custom proxies, no extension injection or DOM manipulation
  • AI personalization across 21+ languages - AI variables pull company news, LinkedIn activity and industry context; Overdrive Mode reads every source
  • Unlimited premium warm-up via Warmforge - free on both plans, with Heat Score™ per mailbox, health checks and placement tests
  • ESP matching, Bounce Shield, sender rotation and text-only sending - defaults, not paid extras
  • Built-in email validation - contacts checked before send to hold bounces down
  • Primebox™ with Autopilot and Co-pilot - one inbox for email and LinkedIn replies with sentiment analysis; AI reply modes are Growth-plan features
  • LinkedIn email and phone finder Chrome extension - powered by Leadsforge, 100 free credits on signup
  • A/B testing and cross-channel analytics - open, reply, positive reply, connection acceptance and meeting conversion in one view
  • API, MCP server and Forge CLI - the stack is agent-operable from Claude, Cursor or your own scripts

The stack matters more than any single feature. Three infrastructure options sit under one login - shared cold email infrastructure at $3 to $2 per mailbox, dedicated IP infrastructure at $4 to $3, and real Google and Microsoft mailboxes at $4.50 to $3.50 with ESP matching. Chat-based lead discovery across 500M+ contacts with waterfall enrichment and B2B buying signals feeds sequences directly, no CSV step.

And the same product runs three ways: your team operates it, Agent Frank operates it, or a vetted Forge Expert agency runs it for you. The Forge Stack overview has the full picture.

Pricing: the Pro plan is $48/mo billed monthly or $40/mo billed annually, covering 1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails a month, 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. The Growth plan is $96/mo billed monthly or $80/mo billed annually, covering 10,000 active contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited users and unlimited LinkedIn senders, and it adds the API, A/B testing, multi-language sequences, ESP matching, Primebox™ AI and the integrations library.

Agent Frank is a separate subscription from $499/mo billed quarterly, or roughly $416/mo billed annually, covering 1,000 active contacts. You can verify the live price before you commit.

Five-star Trustpilot review of Salesforge by Julia dated February 12 2026 praising deliverability, plain text sending, bounce protection and ESP matching
Trustpilot, February 12, 2026.

Honest limitations:

  • Infrastructure is not included in any plan. You connect your own mailboxes or buy Mailforge, Infraforge or Primeforge separately. Each Forge product is its own subscription, so there is no unified bill.
  • The Pro plan is tightly capped. One user, one LinkedIn sender. If more than one person touches outbound, Growth is the real starting point.
  • Agent Frank has no self-serve path. A demo is mandatory before purchase, and a 2-week warm-up runs before he sends anything.
  • Salesforge publishes its own anti-ICP. If you target Fortune 500 accounts, your deals run on long RFP cycles, or your pipeline rests on a handful of bespoke six-figure deals, Salesforge says it is a poor fit. That is on its own solution pages.

Head-to-Head Feature Comparison: Saleshandy vs Woodpecker

Multi-channel outreach

This is the clearest split of the three. Salesforge runs six native LinkedIn actions and email inside one sequence with real branching, and the Growth plan puts no cap on LinkedIn senders.

Woodpecker does sell LinkedIn, at $29/mo per connected account. Run 5 profiles and that is $145/mo on top of your prospect meter.

Saleshandy does not automate LinkedIn itself: its docs state the LinkedIn Automation step pushes prospects into Aimfox or HeyReach, so you pay a third vendor and reconcile two systems. If LinkedIn matters, the safest LinkedIn automation tools are worth reading first.

On phone, Saleshandy is ahead. Its dialer is a real product with call recording and AI summaries from $23/mo annual.

Salesforge has phone on the roadmap, not in the app. If your reps live on the phone today, that gap is real.

Email deliverability and warm-up

Warmforge is included free with every Salesforge subscription, with unlimited slots. The pool is premium by default - a curated mix of aged IMAP/SMTP, real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with multilingual warm-up traffic so activity does not look like an English-only bot.

Every mailbox carries a Heat Score™; above 97 is healthy. Health checks watch DNS, MX and blacklist status, and placement tests show whether you are landing in primary, promotions or spam.

Woodpecker includes free warm-up and free catch-all verification at send time, a real strength worth naming. But warm-up caps at 2 mailboxes at the entry tier and costs $5/mo per mailbox beyond that. Warm 30 mailboxes and that is $140/mo in warm-up alone, versus $0 on Salesforge.

Saleshandy includes unlimited warm-up accounts, but sells inbox placement testing separately, from $34/mo annual up to $139/mo.

Salesforge publishes hard thresholds instead of vague advice: bounces under 1%, 2-5% is a warning, pause above 5%, cap each inbox at 30-50 cold emails a day, 2-5 mailboxes per domain. More in this breakdown of cold email deliverability.

AI and personalization

All three ship an AI writer. Only one ships an AI SDR.

Saleshandy's AI Sequence Copilot drafts sequences and copy variants, metered by AI credits at $10 per 5,000. Woodpecker has an AI email writer and AI interest level detection on replies. Both stop at assisting a human operator.

Agent Frank prospects continuously from the Leadsforge 500M+ database, enriches contacts, writes email and LinkedIn messages, runs follow-ups, manages replies through Primebox™ and books meetings, 24/7.

He runs in Auto-Pilot or Co-Pilot across 21+ languages and nine tonalities, with a dedicated account manager and shared Slack channel. He is not bundled: he is a separate subscription from $499/mo billed quarterly. VAI Consulting booked 3 calls in a single week with him.

Inbox management and reply handling

Primebox™ is free on every Salesforge plan and unifies email and LinkedIn replies in one view. It catches replies sent from a different address than the one you contacted, auto-tags sentiment as positive, neutral or negative, tracks opens, clicks and views, and runs on mobile. Autopilot and Co-pilot AI reply modes are Growth-plan features.

Woodpecker's centralized inbox is included and sorts replies by AI-detected interest level, but is built around email. Saleshandy's is email-only and gated behind Outreach Pro at $69/mo annual, so its $25 entry plan has no reply management. Neither competitor unifies LinkedIn conversations with email.

Pricing and scalability

Headline prices mislead because the three tools meter three different things.

Salesforge Growth at $80/mo annual is flat: unlimited users, mailboxes, workspaces and LinkedIn senders. Add a second operator, a fifth client or a tenth LinkedIn profile and the price holds.

Saleshandy Outreach Pro at $69/mo annual is close on sticker but caps active prospects at 30,000, with AI, verification and dialer credits on top. Woodpecker's meter has no ceiling and no volume discount: $7 per 100 contacted prospects, forever.

Agencies feel this fastest. Woodpecker charges $27/mo per active client plus $5/mo for white label.

Salesforge gives unlimited workspaces on any plan and a whitelabel program with a 20% revenue share. For the wider field, see this ranking of cold email software.

Infrastructure ownership

Here is the line item I promised. Open Woodpecker's pricing page, expand the warm-ups and domains add-on, and two entries appear: Email addresses (Maildoso or Mailforge) at $4 per mailbox per month, and Dedicated servers (Infraforge) at $59 per server per month.

Woodpecker resells Forge Stack infrastructure inside its own checkout. It is also a Forge customer: Woodpecker scaled to 2,500+ mailboxes on Infraforge, and its CEO Margaret Sikora is a named Salesforge testimonial. When you buy dedicated infrastructure through Woodpecker, you are buying Infraforge with a reseller margin on top.

Saleshandy sells its own Email Infrastructure add-on at $2.99 to $3.99 per mailbox per month across Google, Microsoft and Azure, and is honest that this is a convenience layer over provider mailboxes whose renewal rates it does not control. Salesforge lets you buy all three infrastructure types directly and move between them as scale and budget shift, with no platform switch or domain migration.

Integrations and the agent stack

Salesforge integrates natively with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, folk, Breakcold and GoHighLevel on the CRM side, and Clay, Persana AI, Databar.ai, RB2B, Sendspark and Weezly for data. Slack, Zapier, Make and webhooks cover automation.

API access is a Growth-plan feature, and all six Forge products expose an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor or your own agents can operate infrastructure, warm-up and lead data as well as sending. One Forge CLI binary covers all six.

All three now expose MCP. Saleshandy shipped an MCP server in January 2026 and a CLI in March; Woodpecker has both, bundled behind one $20/mo add-on with its API and webhooks.

The difference is reach. Their agents drive sequencing; ours also provision domains, buy mailboxes and warm them, because every layer speaks the same protocol.

Scalability is where the three diverge. Salesforge holds a flat price as your team, client count and LinkedIn footprint grow, buying extra contacts or emails in-app as needed.

Saleshandy climbs in big steps: Outreach Starter to Outreach Pro is roughly 2.8x the price for 15x the prospects, so you sit well under your cap or well over it. Woodpecker climbs linearly and never gets cheaper per prospect.

A concrete scenario. A 4-person agency runs 5 clients, contacts 5,000 prospects a month, warms 30 mailboxes and uses 5 LinkedIn profiles.

  • Salesforge Growth: $80/mo annual. Unlimited users, workspaces and LinkedIn senders, 30 mailboxes warmed free. The platform fee does not move as you grow.
  • Saleshandy Outreach Pro: $69/mo annual covers sending, but LinkedIn needs Aimfox or HeyReach as a separate vendor, and AI plus verification credits are extra.
  • Woodpecker: $350/mo for 5,000 contacted prospects, plus $145 for 5 LinkedIn accounts, $140 for 28 extra warm-ups, $135 for the agency panel, $25 for white label and $20 for API and MCP. Roughly $815/mo before a single mailbox.

Who Should Use Which Cold Email Tool

You might consider Saleshandy if:

  • Your outbound is email-first and your reps also cold call - the dialer with AI call summaries from $23/mo annual is a real product, not a task list
  • You want sending, a contact database and verification on one invoice at the lowest possible sticker price
  • Your monthly active-prospect count sits well inside 2,000 or well above 30,000, so the tier gap does not strand you

You might consider Woodpecker if:

  • You contact under roughly 500 prospects a month - below that line the meter beats most flat plans, and you pay for no headroom you will not use
  • Catch-all-heavy lists are your main bounce risk - free verification at send time closes a gap standard verifiers miss

Choose Salesforge if:

  • You sell B2B at ACVs between $5K and $100K to decision-makers at startups, SMBs or mid-market companies, targeting 3,000+ businesses
  • LinkedIn and email need to run as one sequence with real branching, not as two tools you reconcile by hand
  • You are tired of paying per seat, per client or per prospect - unlimited users, mailboxes, workspaces and LinkedIn senders on Growth means growth stops being a billing event
  • You run an agency needing workspace isolation, per-account dedicated IPs and whitelabel with a 20% revenue share
  • You want to hand the whole motion to an AI SDR later without changing platforms

Final Verdict: Which Cold Email Platform to Choose

Saleshandy and Woodpecker are both competent email tools that stop at the edge of the workflow. Saleshandy sends and calls well, then outsources LinkedIn to Aimfox or HeyReach. Woodpecker's deliverability defaults are sound, then it meters LinkedIn, API, warm-up slots and client panels separately.

Neither has an AI SDR. Neither owns the infrastructure underneath it - and in Woodpecker's case, the dedicated infrastructure it sells you is Infraforge with a margin attached.

For multi-channel B2B outbound that has to scale past one operator, Salesforge is the stronger choice. At $80/mo for the Growth plan billed annually ($96/mo monthly) you get unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited workspaces, unlimited LinkedIn senders, free unlimited Warmforge warm-up and Primebox™ - a combination neither alternative offers at any price.

One falsifiable benchmark: UniteSync ran Salesforge with Mailforge and Warmforge to an 85.26% positive reply rate at a $2.86 CAC, and ChannelCrawler hit 85.71% positive replies on Salesforge, Infraforge and Warmforge. Both are public, with named founders attached. Below is real Agent Frank campaign data.

Five-star Trustpilot review of Salesforge by Ane Bjerregaard dated January 14 2026 reporting far better results than a larger competitor and a same-day warm-up fix

If your buyers are Fortune 500 procurement teams and your deals run on long RFP cycles, Salesforge says plainly that it is the wrong tool. For everyone else running multichannel outreach at volume, it is the one I would put my own pipeline on.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Salesforge better than Saleshandy and Woodpecker?

For multi-channel outbound, yes. Salesforge runs six native LinkedIn actions plus email in one conditional sequence, includes unlimited Warmforge warm-up free, and meters neither seats nor prospects. Saleshandy has no native LinkedIn automation - its docs route that step through Aimfox or HeyReach.

Woodpecker charges $29/mo per LinkedIn account. For email-only outbound under 500 prospects a month, Woodpecker's $7-per-100 meter is cheaper.

What's the main difference between Salesforge, Saleshandy and Woodpecker?

The pricing meter. Salesforge charges a flat fee - $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual for Pro, $96/mo or $80/mo annual for Growth - with unlimited mailboxes, users and workspaces. Saleshandy meters active prospects plus a monthly email cap.

Woodpecker charges $7 per 100 contacted prospects with no volume discount. Salesforge also owns three infrastructure products; the other two resell or repackage mailboxes.

Which is cheaper: Salesforge, Saleshandy, or Woodpecker?

At the entry point Woodpecker is cheapest, at roughly $23/mo annual for 500 contacted prospects, with Saleshandy Outreach Starter at $25/mo annual behind it. Salesforge Pro is $40/mo annual. The order flips with scale: 5,000 contacted prospects on Woodpecker is $350/mo billed monthly, while Salesforge Growth stays at $80/mo annual however many users, clients or LinkedIn senders you add.

Does Saleshandy support LinkedIn outreach?

Not natively. Saleshandy's help documentation states that its LinkedIn Automation step pushes prospects into a campaign built in Aimfox or HeyReach, both third-party tools needing their own subscriptions.

Its in-app LinkedIn steps - connection request, message, InMail, view profile, post interaction - are manual tasks a rep completes when prompted. Salesforge executes all six LinkedIn actions itself, capped at 30 per day per profile for account safety.

Does Woodpecker use Salesforge infrastructure?

Partly, yes. Woodpecker's own pricing page sells Email addresses (Maildoso or Mailforge) at $4 per mailbox per month and Dedicated servers (Infraforge) at $59 per server per month as add-ons.

Woodpecker is also a published Infraforge customer, having scaled to 2,500+ mailboxes on it. Buying dedicated infrastructure through Woodpecker means buying Infraforge with a reseller margin on top.

Can I switch from Saleshandy or Woodpecker to Salesforge easily?

Yes. Contacts import by CSV or Google Sheets, and you can connect unlimited existing mailboxes on any plan, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and custom SMTP, so you keep your current infrastructure.

Warmforge starts warming every connected mailbox at no extra cost. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card and covers 50 contacts, 100 emails and unlimited mailbox connections, so you can test in parallel.

Which tool has better email deliverability?

Salesforge, on the strength of what it includes rather than what it charges for. Warmforge ships free and unlimited on every plan, using a premium-by-default pool of aged IMAP/SMTP, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, plus Heat Score™ per mailbox, health checks and placement tests.

ESP matching, Bounce Shield, sender rotation and text-only sending are defaults. Woodpecker's free catch-all verification at send time is a real advantage on catch-all-heavy lists, but warm-up caps at 2 mailboxes.

Does Salesforge offer a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with no credit card, versus 7 days on Saleshandy and 14 days or 100 emails on Woodpecker. The trial covers 50 contacts, 100 emails, and 50 validation, 50 personalization and 100 social action credits, with warm-up and unlimited mailbox connections active. Agent Frank is the exception: he needs a sales-led demo and a 2-week warm-up, with no self-serve trial.

Who is Woodpecker best for?

Low-volume senders. Under roughly 500 contacted prospects a month its $7-per-100 meter beats most flat plans, and you are not paying for headroom you will not use.

Free catch-all verification at send time and free warm-up for 2 mailboxes make the entry tier usable. Above that line the economics invert: 5,000 contacted prospects is $350/mo monthly, before LinkedIn at $29 per account, API at $20 and the agency panel at $27 per client.
