TL;DR

Reply.io is a per-seat sales engagement platform that charges $69 per month extra for each LinkedIn account on its entry plan. Saleshandy is a cold email and dialer platform with no LinkedIn automation at all.

For multichannel B2B outbound, Salesforge is the stronger choice. Email and LinkedIn run inside one conditional sequence, LinkedIn senders are unlimited on the Growth plan, premium warm-up is free, and every reply lands in Primebox™. Plans start at $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual).

Last quarter I helped a six-person B2B team choose an outreach platform. They wanted email and LinkedIn running in one sequence, on a budget under $150 a month.

That single requirement ruled out one of these three tools immediately. Saleshandy has no LinkedIn automation - its channels are email, a dialer, and semi-automated WhatsApp. Reply.io does have LinkedIn, but bills it as a $69/month add-on per LinkedIn account on its entry plan.

Salesforge runs both channels in one sequence with real if/then branching, and includes unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth. UniteSync paired it with Mailforge and Warmforge to hit an 85.26% positive reply rate at a $2.86 CAC.

Here is the full breakdown, including the parts where each competitor is genuinely strong.

Reply.io Overview: Features, Pricing, and Limitations

Reply.io is a sales engagement platform selling multichannel sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, plus a separate AI SDR called Jason. Pricing spans the Sales Outreach plans, Jason AI, and an Agency plan from $166/mo.

Reply.io homepage showing its multichannel sequences and AI sales agents positioning
Reply.io positions itself around multichannel sequences and hired AI sales agents.

Core features

  • Multichannel conditional sequences: Email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS steps with if/then branching. This is the most mature part of the product.
  • Real-time contact data: Over 1 billion B2B contacts, with 50 live data credits per month on both core plans.
  • Jason AI SDR: An autonomous agent that prospects, personalizes and replies, sold as a separate subscription.
  • Email warm-up: Delivered through Mailtoaster.ai. Unlimited on Email Volume, but covering only 5 mailboxes per user on Multichannel.
  • Anti-spam and deliverability suite: A bundled set of checks aimed at primary-inbox placement.
  • Website visitor reveals: Up to 200 identified visitors per month on both core plans.

Reply.io pricing

Email Volume starts at $49/user/mo billed annually ($59 monthly) for 1,000 active contacts, and climbs by contact tier to $89/user/mo at 5,000 contacts. From the 10,000-contact tier at $159/mo, users become unlimited, reaching $899/mo at 100,000 contacts. Mailboxes are unlimited on this plan subject to a fair usage policy, which ties your mailbox count to active contacts and sending activity.

Multichannel is $89/user/mo billed annually ($99 monthly) with unlimited active contacts. Reply.io's own feature table lists 5 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account per user on this plan, while the annual plan card shows 10 mailboxes. On Email Volume those channels are add-ons: $69/mo per LinkedIn account and $29/mo for calls and SMS.

Jason AI starts at $500/mo for 1,000 active contacts, rising to $800 and $1,000 at 2,000 and 3,000 contacts. The AI SDR Growth tier is $1,500/mo for 5,000 contacts and $3,000/mo for 10,000.

Who Reply.io is best for

Reply.io fits a small, stable team that needs four channels in one seat. For one or two reps who dial as much as they email, one Multichannel seat at $89/mo annual is a reasonable package.

Honest limitations

  • Both core plans are priced per user below the 10,000-contact tier, so cost scales with headcount, not sending volume.
  • LinkedIn is metered per account, not unlimited. Email Volume charges $69/mo per LinkedIn account, and Multichannel includes just 1 LinkedIn account per user.
  • Reply.io sells no email infrastructure. You bring your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes and manage domains yourself.
  • Jason AI is a separate subscription from $500/mo, more than five times a single Multichannel seat.

What reviewers say

Reply.io holds a 4.6 rating across 249 Trustpilot reviews, so most feedback is positive. Critical reviews cluster around AI output quality and support responsiveness. This April 2026 one is representative.

One-star Trustpilot review of Reply.io by Florian Hunziker dated April 5, 2026, criticizing Jason AI output quality, off-target contact filters and slow support
A verified Trustpilot reviewer on Jason's output quality, contact filter accuracy, and support hours.

The second point is what I would test in a trial: contact filters returning records that miss the stated company size or title. Bad list data surfaces later as bounces, making it an email deliverability problem.

Saleshandy Overview: Features, Pricing, and Limitations

Saleshandy, built by Ikigai Infotech, is a cold email platform with a built-in B2B database, dialer and light CRM. It reports 25,000+ business customers.

Saleshandy homepage showing its channel row of B2B Database, Email Outreach, Dialer, WhatsApp and Tasker
Saleshandy's own channel row: B2B database, email, dialer, WhatsApp and Tasker. LinkedIn is absent.

Core features

  • Unlimited email accounts on every plan: No per-mailbox or per-seat fee at any tier, which is unusual at a $25/mo entry price.
  • Unlimited email warm-up: Included on all plans rather than sold as an add-on.
  • Lead Finder: 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies with waterfall enrichment across nine data providers, sold separately from $49/mo.
  • Sequence Score and sender rotation: Pre-send scoring plus automatic distribution across connected mailboxes.
  • Inbox placement testing: A free tier of 2 tests per month, with paid tiers up to 600 tests.
  • Email infrastructure add-on: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Azure mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC pre-configured.
  • Built-in CRM and unified inbox: Included on every plan, with unlimited prospects in the CRM.
  • MCP access and API: Available on all plans, so agents can drive campaigns programmatically.

Saleshandy pricing

Outreach Starter is $25/mo billed annually ($36 monthly) for 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails a month. Outreach Pro is $69/mo annual ($99 monthly) for 30,000 prospects and 150,000 emails, and adds integrations, webhooks and unlimited team members.

Outreach Scale is $139/mo annual ($199 monthly) for 60,000 prospects, adding whitelabel and SSO. Outreach Scale Plus starts at $209/mo annual ($299 monthly). The dialer, inbox placement testing and Lead Finder are each priced separately on top.

For pure email volume that is aggressive pricing, and I will say so plainly: at $25/mo annual with unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warm-up, Outreach Starter is the cheapest credible entry point of the three tools here.

Who Saleshandy is best for

Saleshandy suits an email-first, volume-heavy motion with phone as the follow-up channel. If nobody on your team touches LinkedIn, the missing channel costs you nothing.

Honest limitations

  • No LinkedIn automation of any kind. The only LinkedIn reference on the pricing page is a footer social link.
  • The 7-day trial is capped at 100 emails, a narrow window to test deliverability across a real domain set.
  • Costs fragment across add-ons. Lead Finder from $49/mo, dialer from $23/mo and inbox placement testing from $34/mo are all separate line items.
  • Saleshandy's pricing page advertises a Trustpilot score of 4.7 out of 5 from 743 reviews. Its live Trustpilot profile currently displays no score, showing instead a notice that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. I would verify that myself before treating the advertised figure as current.

What reviewers say

Critical Saleshandy reviews concentrate on product stability and credit accounting, not pricing. This May 2026 review names specific, testable failures.

One-star Trustpilot review of Saleshandy by Mark Anderson dated May 1, 2026, reporting sequence builder crashes, HTML emails sending as plain text, and credits charged for exports lacking data
A Trustpilot reviewer reports sequence-builder crashes, HTML emails sending as plain text, and credits charged on exports without usable data.

The credit complaint is the one with real money attached: paying per exported record when roughly half arrive without usable details. That is the failure mode good B2B email databases avoid.

Salesforge Overview: Multichannel Outreach on the Forge Stack

Salesforge is a multichannel outreach platform where cold email and LinkedIn are two channels of one workflow rather than two products stitched together. It went live in June 2023 and is the execution layer of the wider Forge Stack.

Core features

  • Conditional multichannel sequences: LinkedIn and email steps in a single sequence with real branching. If a connection request is accepted, trigger a LinkedIn message; if not, fall back to email.
  • Six native LinkedIn actions: Connection requests, messages, InMails, post likes, follows and withdraw requests, all runnable alongside email touches.
  • Unlimited mailboxes on every plan: No per-mailbox fee at any tier.
  • Unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth: Salesforge claims to be the only platform offering unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn senders together.
  • Overdrive Mode personalization: AI drafts from all available sources - prospect website, blog posts, LinkedIn activity - across 21+ languages.
  • Free unlimited Warmforge warm-up: A premium-by-default pool of aged IMAP/SMTP, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with a per-mailbox Heat Score™ where 97+ is healthy.
  • Primebox™ unified inbox: Email and LinkedIn replies in one view with AI sentiment tagging, included free on every plan.
  • Smart mailbox rotation and dynamic IPs: Sending distributed automatically across connected mailboxes.
  • Unlimited workspaces: A separate workspace per client or project, useful for agencies.
  • Native integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, folk, Breakcold, GoHighLevel, plus Clay, Zapier, Make and webhooks.
  • MCP server and Forge CLI: One npm binary drives all six Forge products, and Claude or Cursor can operate campaigns directly.

The Forge Stack context

Salesforge is the outreach layer of an integrated stack. Mailforge supplies shared infrastructure at $3 per mailbox, falling to $2 at volume. Infraforge gives dedicated IPs at $4 down to $3, and Primeforge provisions real Google and Microsoft mailboxes at $4.50 down to $3.50. Leadsforge feeds 500M+ contacts into sequences with no CSV export, and Agent Frank can run the workflow autonomously. They interoperate natively, with no Zapier in between.

Salesforge pricing

Salesforge Pro is $48/mo billed monthly or $40/mo billed annually, covering 1,000 active contacts, 5,000 emails a month, 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. Salesforge Growth is $96/mo monthly or $80/mo annually for 10,000 active contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited users and unlimited LinkedIn senders. Annual billing reflects two months free on both.

Growth also adds A/B testing, multi-language sequences, ESP matching, API access, Primebox AI reply modes and the full integrations library. Agent Frank is a separate subscription at $499/mo billed quarterly, or $416/mo billed annually, and is never bundled into Pro or Growth. You can verify the live price before you commit.

Who Salesforge is best for

Salesforge publishes its own ICP: B2B companies with ACVs between $5,000 and $100,000, selling to decision-makers at startups, SMBs and mid-market firms, with 3,000+ target accounts. It fits teams already overpaying for seat-based tools.

It also publishes its anti-ICP, which is rarer. Salesforge states plainly that it is a poor fit if you target Fortune 500 accounts, if your motion depends on long RFP cycles and enterprise procurement, or if your deals are consistently six or seven figures.

A Trustpilot reviewer who compared Salesforge against lemlist, Smartlead and La Growth Machine before choosing it.

Honest limitations

  • Email infrastructure is not included in any Salesforge plan. Connect your own mailboxes or buy Mailforge, Infraforge or Primeforge separately.
  • Salesforge Pro is capped at 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. Multi-operator teams need Growth.
  • API access, A/B testing, ESP matching and Primebox AI reply modes are all gated to Growth.
  • Agent Frank has no self-serve trial. He requires a sales-led demo plus a mandatory two-week warm-up before sending.

Head-to-Head Feature Comparison: Reply.io vs Saleshandy

Multichannel outreach

This is where the three tools separate most sharply. Saleshandy has nothing here: no connection requests, no LinkedIn messages, no InMails. Its multichannel story is email plus a dialer plus semi-automated WhatsApp.

Reply.io does run real LinkedIn steps, and its conditional sequence builder is mature. The catch is metering. LinkedIn costs $69/mo per account on Email Volume, and Multichannel includes only 1 LinkedIn account per user.

Salesforge runs email and six native LinkedIn actions inside one branching sequence, with unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth. Adding a seventh sender changes nothing on the invoice. For teams pushing volume, that matters more than a raw daily cap, which is also why I watch LinkedIn SSI factors rather than send limits alone.

Email deliverability and warm-up

All three include warm-up at no extra charge, so the difference is pool quality and monitoring depth. Reply.io runs warm-up through Mailtoaster.ai and bundles an anti-spam suite, though on Multichannel that warm-up covers only 5 mailboxes per user. Saleshandy includes unlimited warm-up on every plan plus a free tier of two inbox placement tests a month.

Warmforge is included free and unlimited with every Salesforge subscription, and its pool is premium by default rather than a paid upgrade: a curated blend of aged IMAP/SMTP, real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with multilingual traffic. Each mailbox carries a Heat Score™ from 0 to 100, and Salesforge publishes the threshold it holds itself to - above 97.

ChannelCrawler ran Salesforge with Infraforge and Warmforge to an 85.71% positive reply rate. Salesforge also publishes hard bounce thresholds: below 1% is healthy, 2-5% is a warning, and 5%+ means pause immediately. Placement and DNS checks are available without a signup in its free outreach tools.

AI and personalization

Reply.io has the deepest AI product of the two competitors. Jason AI prospects, personalizes and replies autonomously, starting at $500/mo for 1,000 active contacts and reaching $3,000/mo at 10,000. Saleshandy offers an AI Sequence Copilot funded by AI credits at $10 per 5,000, but no autonomous agent.

Salesforge splits this in two. Overdrive Mode personalizes from every available source at 2 credits per preview, with free regeneration. Agent Frank runs autonomously in Auto-Pilot or Co-Pilot mode from $499/mo billed quarterly. VAI Consulting booked three calls in a single week with him. If you are still mapping the AI SDR category, the pricing gap between Frank and Jason at 5,000 contacts is roughly $1,000 a month.

Inbox management and reply handling

All three ship a unified inbox, which was not true of any of them two years ago. Reply.io includes one on both core plans. Saleshandy includes one on every plan alongside its built-in CRM.

Primebox™ is free on every Salesforge plan and unifies email and LinkedIn replies in one view. It catches replies sent from a different address than the one contacted, tags threads positive, neutral or negative automatically, and runs on mobile. The AI reply modes - Auto-Pilot, Co-Pilot and Reply-as-Human - require Growth, at 3 credits per draft.

Pricing and scalability

The three pricing models scale in genuinely different directions. Reply.io is per user below the 10,000-contact tier, so a fourth rep costs a fourth seat. Saleshandy charges no per-seat fee from Outreach Pro up, but fragments across add-ons: Lead Finder, dialer and placement testing are separate subscriptions.

Salesforge Growth at $80/mo annual covers unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn senders. Growth from three operators to ten changes the invoice by nothing. What is not included is infrastructure, which is the honest trade: budget $2 to $4.50 per mailbox on top.

Infrastructure and lead data

Reply.io sells no infrastructure at all - you bring your own mailboxes and manage email infrastructure yourself. Saleshandy sells one add-on at $2.99 to $3.99 per mailbox per month, though the Annual Flexi tier requires a 25-mailbox minimum.

Salesforge offers three infrastructure products under one login and recommends mixing at least two to spread risk. UniteSync ran Mailforge, and Woodpecker scaled to 2,500+ mailboxes on Infraforge. On lead data, Reply.io's 1B+ database is the largest headline number and includes 50 credits monthly; Saleshandy's Lead Finder covers 852M contacts from $49/mo; Leadsforge covers 500M+ and pushes lists straight into sequences without a CSV step, which is the part that saves real time in B2B lead generation.

Compliance and analytics

Salesforge and every Forge product carry SOC 2 compliance, with a published DPA. I did not find equivalent compliance detail on either competitor's pricing page, so confirm their current certification directly if compliance gates your purchase.

On reporting, Reply.io includes team performance and channel efficiency reports plus CSV export on Multichannel. Saleshandy adds SSO on Outreach Scale. Salesforge reports open rate, reply rate, LinkedIn connection acceptance and meeting conversion in one dashboard, and adds A/B testing plus multi-language sequences across 21+ languages on Growth.

Delivery model

One dimension neither competitor offers: Salesforge runs three ways. Your team operates it, Agent Frank operates it, or a vetted Forge Expert agency operates it on your behalf. Reply.io and Saleshandy both sell software you operate yourself.

Pricing Comparison: What Each Platform Actually Costs

PlanMonthlyAnnual (per mo)What you get
Salesforge Pro$48$401,000 contacts, 5,000 emails, 1 user, 1 LinkedIn sender, unlimited mailboxes, free Warmforge, Primebox™
Salesforge Growth$96$8010,000 contacts, 50,000 emails, unlimited users, unlimited LinkedIn senders, API, A/B testing, Primebox AI
Agent Frank$499 billed quarterly$416Separate subscription, 1,000 active contacts, demo required
Reply.io Email Volume$59/user$49/user1,000 contacts, unlimited mailboxes (fair usage policy), warm-up; LinkedIn +$69/mo per account
Reply.io Multichannel$99/user$89/userUnlimited contacts, 5 mailboxes per user, 1 LinkedIn account per user, SMS and phone
Jason AI (Reply.io)-from $5001,000 active contacts; $1,500/mo at 5,000 contacts
Saleshandy Outreach Starter$36$252,000 prospects, 6,000 emails, unlimited email accounts and warm-up
Saleshandy Outreach Pro$99$6930,000 prospects, 150,000 emails, unlimited team members, integrations
Saleshandy Outreach Scale$199$13960,000 prospects, 240,000 emails, whitelabel, SSO

Headline prices mislead here because the three tools meter different things. Reply.io meters seats and LinkedIn accounts. Saleshandy meters prospects and sells channels separately. Salesforge meters contacts and emails, then leaves seats and senders uncapped on Growth.

A real cost scenario

Take the team I mentioned at the start: six people, email plus LinkedIn, around 10,000 contacts a month, roughly 20 mailboxes.

  • Salesforge: Growth at $80/mo annual covers all six users, all LinkedIn senders and 10,000 contacts. Add 20 Mailforge mailboxes at $3 each for $60. Total: $140/mo, with Warmforge and Primebox included.
  • Reply.io: Multichannel is the cheaper route, since each seat includes 1 LinkedIn account. Six seats at $89/mo annual is $534/mo, plus your own mailbox costs. Total: $534/mo. Email Volume works out worse - $159/mo at the 10,000-contact tier plus six LinkedIn accounts at $69 is $573/mo.
  • Saleshandy: Outreach Pro at $69/mo annual plus 20 mailboxes at $3.49 is $139/mo, near-identical to Salesforge on price. It cannot run the LinkedIn half of the campaign at any price.

So Salesforge delivers the multichannel requirement for roughly $394/mo less than Reply.io, about $4,700 a year. Saleshandy matches the price but not the brief.

See What Salesforge Can Do

Who Should Use Which Cold Outreach Tool

You might consider Reply.io if:

  • Your reps dial and text as much as they email, and you want all four channels in one seat rather than two tools.
  • You run a small, stable team of one or two seats where per-user pricing stays flat.
  • You want the largest bundled contact database of the three, at 1B+ records with 50 credits a month included.

You might consider Saleshandy if:

  • Your outbound is email-only and nobody on the team touches LinkedIn, so the missing channel costs you nothing.
  • You want the cheapest credible entry point here. At $25/mo annual with unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warm-up, Outreach Starter is genuinely the lowest-cost way to start sending at volume.
  • You need a built-in dialer and light CRM without adding a third vendor.

Choose Salesforge if:

  • You sell B2B with ACVs between $5,000 and $100,000 to SMB or mid-market decision-makers, with 3,000+ target accounts.
  • You need email and LinkedIn in one conditional sequence rather than two campaigns you stitch together manually.
  • Your team is growing and you are tired of seat-based pricing punishing that growth. Growth covers unlimited users and unlimited LinkedIn senders at $80/mo annual.
  • You run an agency and need unlimited workspaces, per-client isolation and whitelabel with a 20% revenue share.
  • You want the option to hand outbound to an AI SDR later without migrating platforms.

Final Verdict: Which Multichannel Outreach Platform to Choose

Reply.io and Saleshandy are both competent products with narrower scopes than their marketing suggests. Reply.io prices LinkedIn per account and seats per rep. Saleshandy is a cheap, capable email engine with no LinkedIn automation at all. Neither sells email infrastructure, and neither offers a three-way delivery model.

For multichannel B2B outbound, Salesforge is the stronger choice. At $80/mo annual on Growth ($96 monthly) you get unlimited users, unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes, free premium Warmforge warm-up and Primebox™ - a combination neither alternative offers at any price.

One falsifiable benchmark: UniteSync ran Salesforge with Mailforge and Warmforge to an 85.26% positive reply rate at a $2.86 CAC. The case study is public and named, and the dashboard below is live Agent Frank data.

If your outbound is email-only forever, Saleshandy will save you money. If LinkedIn is part of the plan within a year, Salesforge will not re-price you for adding it. Compare the rest of the market in the tool comparison library, or read the dedicated Reply.io breakdown and Smartlead comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Salesforge better than Reply.io?

For multichannel outbound at team scale, yes. Salesforge Growth at $80/mo annual includes unlimited users and unlimited LinkedIn senders, while Reply.io prices both core plans per user below the 10,000-contact tier and meters LinkedIn at $69/mo per account on Email Volume. For a six-person team, that difference is roughly $394 a month. Reply.io does offer calls and SMS natively, which Salesforge does not - phone is on its roadmap.

What's the main difference between Salesforge, Reply.io, and Saleshandy?

Channel coverage and pricing model. Saleshandy runs email, a dialer and semi-automated WhatsApp, with no LinkedIn automation. Reply.io runs email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, priced per user with LinkedIn metered per account. Salesforge runs email and six native LinkedIn actions in one conditional sequence, with unlimited senders and unlimited users on Growth, plus three infrastructure products under one login.

Which is cheaper: Salesforge, Reply.io, or Saleshandy?

Saleshandy has the lowest entry price at $25/mo billed annually ($36 monthly) for 2,000 prospects. Salesforge Pro is $40/mo annual ($48 monthly) and Reply.io Email Volume is $49/user/mo annual ($59 monthly). At team scale the ranking flips: for six users running email and LinkedIn, Salesforge Growth plus 20 Mailforge mailboxes lands near $140/mo versus $534/mo for six Reply.io Multichannel seats.

Does Saleshandy support LinkedIn outreach?

No. Saleshandy has no LinkedIn automation. Its channels are email outreach, a built-in dialer and semi-automated WhatsApp, and the only LinkedIn mention on its pricing page is a footer social link. If LinkedIn is part of your sequence, you would need a second tool alongside it. Salesforge includes six native LinkedIn actions in the same sequence as email, with unlimited senders on Growth.

Can I switch from Reply.io to Salesforge easily?

Yes. Contacts import by CSV or Google Sheets connection, and unlimited mailboxes connect on every plan including Pro. Warmforge starts warming them immediately at no extra cost. Salesforge recommends a minimum two-week warm-up before launching, and keeping warm-up permanently on. Budget setup time for infrastructure, since Salesforge plans do not include mailboxes - Mailforge takes about five minutes to provision.

Which tool has better email deliverability?

All three include warm-up at no extra charge, so the difference is pool quality and monitoring. Reply.io bundles warm-up plus an anti-spam suite. Saleshandy includes unlimited warm-up and two free inbox placement tests a month. Warmforge is free and unlimited with every Salesforge plan, uses a premium-by-default pool of aged and real Workspace mailboxes, and scores each mailbox with a Heat Score™ where Salesforge publishes 97+ as its own threshold.

Does Salesforge offer a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with no credit card required, capped at 50 contacts, 100 emails and 50 personalization credits. Warm-up and unlimited mailbox connections both work during the trial. That is double Saleshandy's 7-day window, which caps sending at 100 emails, and matches Reply.io's 14 days. Agent Frank is the exception: he requires a sales-led demo and has no self-serve trial.

Who is Reply.io best for?

Small teams that genuinely need four channels in one seat. If your reps dial and text as much as they email, one Multichannel seat at $89/mo annual bundles email, 1 LinkedIn account, SMS and phone without add-ons. It also carries the largest bundled contact database of the three at 1B+ records. The economics tighten as headcount grows, since seats are priced per user below the 10,000-contact tier.
