Finding Clay agencies in Portugal takes more digging than the market size suggests. I combed Clay's partner directory, the Forge Experts list and each agency's own site to build this shortlist.
Four of the boutiques below have a base in Portugal, and two of them help run Clay events in Lisbon. The other three work from abroad but list Portuguese among their working languages.
Three Forge Experts open the list. All of them sit outside Portugal, so Clay depth and track record set their order rather than location.
My scoring method is the one I used for Sydney lead generation agencies. Teams selling beyond Portugal can pair this with my roundup of Clay agencies across Europe.
Clay is the common thread here, but delivery models vary a lot. Five checks shaped my ranking.
The same five checks work if you are comparing an agency with an in-house GTM engineer.

Of the three Forge Experts here, Vanderbuild has the strongest competitive Clay record. It came second globally in the Clay Cup and lists itself as Europe's top GTM engineering team.
I like that one team covers both outbound and the CRM data behind it. Outbound ranges from broad volume plays to tight signal campaigns. The CRM side keeps records enriched, scored and segmented.
Mateusz Sekta's team shipped more than 250 outbound campaigns in 2025. Its 50+ revenue engines span DACH, CEE, the Nordics and the UK. Portugal is not on that list yet, so ask early about native Portuguese copywriting.
Builds live in your own Clay and CRM accounts, so the work stays with you after the contract. That makes moving Clay enrichment in-house later far simpler.

B2B Boosted is the only Forge Expert on this list that works in Portuguese. Most of its builds run on Clay, though the team will reach for n8n when a use case needs it.
The exit plan is the part I rate most. The stated goal is that clients outgrow the agency in three to six months and keep every table, prompt and workflow.
You can test the fit cheaply, since the first Clay table is free. Its Forge profile lists a £1,999 pilot for 30 days, or £1,749 a month for a three-month sprint. Credits bill to your own workspace, so factor in Clay credit pricing too.
No email goes out without a human signing it off. I see that as a real advantage when Portuguese tone and formality matter to your buyers.

Strongest Group runs Clay-powered outbound alongside RevOps builds, sales plays and creative campaigns. The Finland-based team claims more than 1,200 booked meetings a month across its clients.
The commercial model is what most buyers will notice first. You pay for each meeting that actually happens, so the agency absorbs much of the downside.
Email and LinkedIn get backed by localized cold calling and retargeting. The team's languages include Spanish but not Portuguese, so I would confirm who covers calls into Portugal.
Before signing a per-meeting deal, I would also run the numbers on an AI SDR vs agency setup.

New Sequence calls itself the first Clay Solutions Partner in Portugal. Its EU office sits in Lisbon, and the team co-hosts Clay events in the city.
The focus is companies building their first outbound motion. Work starts with ICP definition, then moves to Clay workflows built on new hires, tech adoption and org changes.
Its workflows pair Clay with Sentrion, a sales signals tool featured on its own site. That suits teams still learning how B2B intent data should drive timing.
The minimum engagement is a single month, and work runs in English, Spanish or Portuguese. One-hour hands-on Clay sessions are also on offer for teams that want to build themselves.

Outbound Catalyst is run by Olivier Tytgat, one of the hosts behind Clay Club Lisbon. Clay's directory lists the team as based in Belgium and Portugal.
The engine runs on a framework Olivier calls OC:OS, which he credits with 6,497 outbound meetings. Past clients include Demodesk, Robovision and Wintro.
Its site shows partner badges for Clay and Instantly, plus lemlist, Smartlead and HeyReach. First campaigns go live within 15 days of kickoff.
I would treat this as a premium option. The lemlist expert directory lists multichannel outbound from $8,000 a month, and Clay's directory shows a six-month minimum.

Jetpacked is a Clay Solutions Partner run by Barrie Flink from Portugal. The site leads in Dutch with an English version, and Portuguese is among the team's languages.
What I find useful is how the signals get stacked. First-party data like website visits and CRM activity gets combined with hiring, funding and competitor moves.
You can buy that as fully automated outbound or as a human-in-the-loop model where your reps send what Jetpacked researched. A warm outbound offer turns marketing signals into sales tasks.
Clients named on the homepage include Webfleet, Devoteq and Gradient. Clay's directory puts pricing at $5,000+ monthly, on a minimum term of three months.

Virtus Medium is a Clay partner registered in Sintra, just outside Lisbon. It runs outbound at a volume few boutiques attempt.
Its 90-day pilot contacts 150,000 to 300,000 decision makers across 1,500 to 3,000 dedicated inboxes. Human SDRs handle every positive reply and book the meetings.
The agency reports more than $21 million in pipeline and 2,250+ qualified opportunities. That scale depends on strict cold email deliverability work, so ask how inboxes are monitored.
The pilot targets B2B companies already above $100,000 a month in revenue. Smaller teams will likely find the volume more than they need.

Understory calls itself an allbound agency, joining Clay-powered outbound with paid media and LinkedIn content. It holds Advanced Artisan status in Clay's directory.
The agency says it was among the first five Clay Experts ever certified. Clay's directory notes four Clay experts on a team of 14.
Portuguese is among the five languages the team lists, along with French and Danish. Its homepage also notes an Inc. 5000 ranking of No. 140.
Expect a six-month minimum. That fits companies treating outbound and ads as one budget rather than testing outbound for a quarter.

Kinetyca builds full GTM systems with Clay as the intelligence layer, then adds content and paid campaigns on top. Clay's directory lists Portuguese among its seven working languages.
The multi-market angle is what earned it a spot here. Campaigns run across several countries at once, each with local-language sequences and its own routing rules.
Its homepage reports $18M+ in client revenue generated and 12,000+ meetings booked. One case study credits LinkedIn alone with $2.6M in qualified pipeline for Colleva in six months.
Every system is documented and fully yours by day 90. Expect $5k+ per month and a minimum term of three months.

The team at elefante RevOps is a HubSpot Diamond Partner that also runs a Clay GTM studio. Clay powers the data and signal layer while HubSpot stays the system of record.
Its HubSpot credentials are strong. The agency was named HubSpot's 2023 Rookie Agency of the Year for North America and won a 2024 Impact Award.
Clay's directory lists English, Spanish and Portuguese with a one-month minimum. On a HubSpot stack, the Salesforge Clay integration can sit downstream as the sending layer.

Clay handles the research and enrichment. Something still has to send emails, run LinkedIn steps and manage replies, and that is where Salesforge comes in.
Teams that can already build Clay tables only need the part that comes after enrichment, and the Forge stack covers it.
A Clay prospecting workflow you can push straight into Salesforge sequences.
All the agencies on this list can run effective Clay workflows on your behalf. But if your goal is to own the process, control the data, and scale without growing headcount, Salesforge gives you the infrastructure to do it. Try the 14-day free trial - no credit card required.

The right pick depends less on Clay skill and more on how you want to work. These six checks narrowed my shortlist fast.
If Clay is only part of what you need, my list of lead generation agencies in Portugal covers broader outbound partners.
The Clay scene in Portugal is small but active, with Lisbon partners running regular Clay events. For pure Clay depth, I would start with Vanderbuild, B2B Boosted or Strongest Group.
For a local team, New Sequence and Outbound Catalyst are the clearest Lisbon options. Jetpacked and Virtus Medium cover signal intelligence and raw sending volume.
If you would rather run Clay outbound yourself, the Salesforge platform handles sending, LinkedIn and replies in one place.
