Clay agencies in New York work right next to the source. Clay began in Brooklyn in 2017 and is set to expand into 163,000 square feet at 11 Madison Avenue.
That proximity shows in the talent pool. Three of the seven New York shops below were founded by former Clay employees.
I shortlisted these ten on Clay depth, workbook ownership and how cleanly data reaches the CRM. The top three are certified Forge Experts who work with US clients remotely.
This post follows the same format as my breakdown of lead generation agencies in Sydney. The seven local shops are the Clay experts in NYC I'd call first.
If Clay itself is new to you, read my Clay review before hiring a GTM engineering agency.

Vanderbuild finished as Clay Cup Vice Champions, ranked second globally and first in Europe for GTM engineering. That is the strongest competitive Clay credential I found on this list.
The work splits in two. Outbound covers volume campaigns, micro campaigns and signal-based outbound plays. The CRM side cleans, enriches and scores the records underneath so leads arrive segmented.
Their profile lists 250+ campaigns launched in 2025 and 50+ revenue engines across Europe, the UK and the US. Every system runs inside the client's own accounts.
Pricing is flexible, with monthly retainers, project-based builds or pay per warm lead. I'd ask how much of the team works US hours before signing.

B2B Boosted puts Clay at the center of every build, then plans its own exit. Their stated goal is for clients to fire them within three to six months.
Everything gets set up under accounts the client owns. Tables, prompts and workflows are documented and handed over if you ever leave.
Lists come from buying signals and layered Clay enrichment rather than static filters. A human approves every send before it goes out.
Their Forge Expert profile lists a 30-day pilot at £1,999 or a three-month sprint at £1,749 a month. Their homepage quotes one-off fees from £4,000, so confirm current pricing on a call. The founder also teaches the method publicly to a 1,000+ member community.

Growth Alliance treats Clay as one layer of a wider revenue stack. Their builds combine Clay and Cargo with HubSpot or Salesforce for orchestration and CRM enrichment.
The focus is B2B companies between $5M and $50M in ARR. Work runs in 90-day sprints with a 60-day rolling cancellation on retainers.
Three principals run the firm with no bench of juniors behind them. They cap it at four to six clients, with 100 to 120 hours each per month.
Programs start around $10K a month, which puts them above most boutiques here. Smaller demand and visibility work starts near $2.5K a month. My GTM engineering vs RevOps guide helps scope which one you need.
The Kiln was founded in Brooklyn in 2023 by former Clay employees Mathias Powell and Patrick Spychalski. It later became a Clay Elite Studio.
In January 2026 the marketing firm 2X acquired it, but the brand and team kept operating.
Their services cover TAM mapping, deep lead enrichment, inbound account scoring and self-enriching CRM setups. Past clients include Windsurf, Browserbase, Loxo and Sendoso.
Expect $10K+ a month and a three-month minimum. My full Kiln review covers the engagement model in more detail.
Growth Engine X was founded by Eric Nowoslawski, a long-time Clay Expert and former Clay employee. It holds Clay Elite Studio status in the partner program.
Volume is the headline. The homepage now claims more than 8 million emails a month for B2B companies with $1M+ in revenue.
Clay itself appears among their case studies, alongside Instantly and Notion. That is a useful signal when you're buying Clay expertise from a third party.
They offer a free test campaign before commitment, then a three-month minimum. Their site now redirects to coldoutbound.com, and my Growth Engine X review covers the approach.
Blue Modern Advisory is based in New York City and Los Angeles. Founder Sagar Tiwari is ex-McKinsey and was employee #24 at Clay, where he built Clay engines for 115+ customers.
Their niche is unusual for this list. They build sourcing engines for private equity and financial institutions, plus GTM work in healthcare and other regulated industries.
One build monitors news, founder posts, patent filings and hiring surges against defined investment theses. It works like B2B intent data pointed at deal flow. Another connects Clay to Snowflake through Railway middleware for reporting.
Pricing starts at $10K+ a month with a three-month minimum. They cite $250M+ in deal flow sourced for established private equity firms.
RevenueHoop is a Clay-powered RevOps and GTM engineering agency for B2B SaaS companies. Clay's Series C announcement quoted one of its co-founders on passing $1M+ ARR.
The core offer is inbound automation. Leads get full data enrichment and fast routing, which shortens speed-to-lead without adding manual work.
They also design outbound campaigns and handle CRM maintenance across HubSpot, Salesforce and LeanData. The co-founders worked together in-house before launching the agency.
Pricing starts at $5K+ a month with a three-month minimum, below most $10K+ shops here.
Operatus is a RevOps consultancy based in Manhattan's West Village. It is a certified Salesforce and HubSpot consulting partner, and its Clay work sits on top of that CRM depth.
Their Clay work covers TAM sourcing, CRM enrichment and account research with scoring. The emphasis is on making that data usable for routing, territories and reporting. Several of these plays mirror the Clay templates Salesforge publishes.
What stood out to me is the framing: the CRM sits at the center and campaigns are one output of it.
The minimum engagement is one month and pricing flexes to budget. Their homepage shows a 4.8 rating on G2.
Rillation Revenue builds what it calls Outbound Expansion Funnels for B2B companies doing $50K+ a month. The pitch is 10+ ready-to-close opportunities per week, fully managed.
The stack runs Clay alongside Ocean, Smartlead, RB2B and HeyReach. Website visitor identification and lookalike targeting turn B2B buying signals into outreach lists.
Each system is custom to your offer and market, and the client owns it.
Pricing starts at $5K+ a month with a three-month minimum. I'd ask how they define a ready-to-close opportunity before comparing quotes.
OneGTM is founded and led by Garrett Wolfe, who was employee #9 at Unify. He helped build outbound and GTM infrastructure there from the ground up.
Today he designs signal-driven systems across outbound, inbound, RevOps and sales enablement. The model mixes hands-on builds with advisory.
Clients include Antimetal, Patlytics, SuperDial and Stuut. He also publishes guidance on when to use Clay versus Unify, which helps before you commit to a stack. My roundup of Unify alternatives covers the trade-offs.
Pricing starts at $5K+ a month with a one-month minimum. That makes it an easy first engagement.
Every agency here uses Clay to find and enrich the right accounts. Sending that data well is a separate job.
Salesforge connects to Clay through its Clay integration, so enriched rows flow straight into email and LinkedIn sequences.
Adding automated research to every cold email before Salesforge sends the sequence.
All the agencies on this list can run effective Clay builds on your behalf. But if your goal is to own the process, control the data, and scale without growing headcount, Salesforge gives you the infrastructure to do it. Try the 14-day free trial - no credit card required.

New York has an unusually deep pool of Clay talent, partly because Clay is headquartered here. The right pick depends on whether you need a build, a service or advice.
Vanderbuild, B2B Boosted and Growth Alliance are the three certified Forge Experts and my strongest starting points. For enterprise builds try The Kiln, for volume try Growth Engine X, and for CRM-heavy work try Operatus.
If you'd rather run the sending side yourself, my guide to Clay lead generation shows how Clay and Salesforge fit together.
