B2Global Review 2026: Is It Worth It for B2B Sales Teams?

B2Global Review 2026: Is It Worth It for B2B Sales Teams?

Summarize with

B2Global promises to open the right doors for deep-tech companies: new markets, research partners, and investors. Their site positions the service as research-based business development, not generic lead generation, and says every lead list is built in-house.

If you've been searching for B2Global reviews, you've probably found their own page and not much else. I found no Clutch profile, no Trustpilot page, and no Google Business listing.

I hit the same wall when I started looking at this agency. So this B2Global review covers everything I found across their site, the founder's public profiles, business registries, and the review platforms.

B2Global describes itself as a boutique go-to-market firm, and its site lists a Newport Beach, California address. Per that site, outreach runs over email and LinkedIn for deep-tech and complex B2B companies.

The founder is Anna Makhmudova. A Ukrainian Startup Fund expert listing describes her as a GTM engineer with over ten years in business development, a self-reported figure.

Below: what they do, what they charge (or don't say), who they fit, and what to ask before you sign.

Our Verdict on B2Global

Hire B2Global if you're an early-stage deep-tech company that needs a few strong introductions to research labs, corporate R&D teams, or investors. The fit depends on valuing depth over volume.

Two things support this verdict. First, their stated process is transparent. Their site says lists are built in-house, every lead is checked against your CRM, and you see who is contacted and what is sent.

Second, the proof is named. Atlant 3D's founder says B2Global secured six conversations with the right funds within a few weeks. The B2Global founder's Ukrainian Startup Fund listing credits that Atlant 3D work with connections to M12, 8VC, and Prime Movers Lab.

One thing holds it back: what you cannot verify.

  • No pricing on the site.
  • No reviews on Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, or Google.
  • No countable result beyond one testimonial.
  • No stated team size, contract terms, or data ownership.

Before signing, get four answers in writing: price, what counts as a delivered conversation, who owns lists and mailboxes, and who does the daily work. If those fall short, look at other certified agencies here.

How I Evaluated B2Global

I have not been a B2Global client, so this review is research-based.

I read their full site, a single page covering expertise, approach, about, partners, testimonials, and an application form. I searched Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, Google, and Reddit for independent reviews and found none. I read the founder's public profiles, including her Ukrainian Startup Fund expert listing.

I checked the UK Companies House register for the entity name on that listing. I attempted a California Secretary of State lookup, which its security service blocked. I also fetched the live Forge Expert profiles featured below.

I judged four things: infrastructure ownership, lead qualification, contract terms, and whether the numbers hold up.

Everything below marked "reports" or "says" comes from their own published material.

B2Global Services Reviewed

B2Global's pitch is introductions, not volume. Their site describes five services, all built on the same research process.

B2Global homepage hero reading Go-To-Market for Deep-Tech and Complex B2B with three outcomes: enter new markets, build partnerships, connect with investors
B2Global's homepage frames the offer around three outcomes: markets, partnerships, and investors. Captured September 2026.

Go-to-Market Audit and Strategy

Their site says they review your current acquisition approach: targeting logic, ICP definitions, lead sources, and outreach process. The output is a documented market entry strategy segmented by sub-sector, application, and buyer type.

That document becomes the base for every list and campaign that follows. If you have never written one, read this guide to an ideal customer profile first, so you can judge theirs.

Ask to see a redacted audit from a past client. Ten pages will tell you how deep the research really goes.

Commercial Partner and Client Acquisition

Their site frames this as an extension of your own business development team. They handle research, segmentation, and the outreach infrastructure. Outreach runs over email and LinkedIn only.

Their site argues those two channels still work when used carefully but have been degraded by generic campaigns. It does not mention cold calling at all. For a primer on the two channels they do use, see cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

Ask how many contacts they touch per month for a typical client. Research-based should still come with a number.

Scientific and Industry Partnerships

This is the service most lead generation agencies do not offer. Their site says they map universities, research labs, and corporate R&D teams with a fit for your technology. The goal is a discussion about research collaboration, technical validation, or early adoption.

Their site says the writing assumes PhDs can read a technical argument, so there is no marketing fluff. Their homepage logo strip, labeled "Doors we've opened for our partners," includes UC Berkeley, TU Munich, the University of Tokyo, and Silicon Austria Labs. Read that label carefully: these are organizations they say they reached, not clients.

Ask which of those doors led to a signed collaboration. An opened door and a signed agreement are different results.

Direct Investor Outreach

Their site says they build proprietary research systems that analyze funds, partners, and investment history. Investors are then ranked by sector focus, prior deals, and public signals. The Capital8X founder's testimonial praises the methodology for merging manual depth with automation speed.

Ask whether investor outreach is billed as a flat research fee or as a percentage of money raised. The answer changes the legal questions your lawyer will need to ask before you sign.

Travel and Trade Show ROI Optimization

Their site says they research companies in the region you are visiting and start outreach weeks ahead to add meetings. For trade shows, they analyze current and prior-year exhibitors, and outreach continues after the show.

Ask for one concrete example: how many extra meetings were booked for a recent trip, and how many turned into a second conversation.

How B2Global's Process Works

Discovery and ICP Definition

This is their GTM audit. Their site says they review targeting logic, ICP definitions, lead sources, and outreach processes. The output is a documented strategy segmented by sub-sector, application, and buyer type.

Ask who writes that document and how many revision rounds you get. A strategy you cannot edit is a strategy you do not own.

Prospect List Creation

Their site says every list is built in-house using a proprietary research methodology, and cross-checked against your CRM so existing relationships are not contacted. That CRM check is a real differentiator; most B2B lead generation vendors skip it.

Ask to see a sample list before launch. Even a quick check of 50 rows will tell you more than any sales call.

Copy and Campaign Approval

Their site says clients have full visibility into who is contacted and what is sent. It does not say whether you approve copy first. The Arbridge founder's testimonial describes their emails as the highest-quality outreach that founder has seen, a strong claim about cold email personalization.

Ask for sign-off rights on every list and every sequence, in writing. Visibility after the fact is not approval.

Campaign Launch

Outreach runs over email and LinkedIn. Their site says nothing about sending domains, mailboxes, or warm-up, which is unusual for an agency that emails on your behalf.

Ask which domains send your emails, who owns them, and how long email warm-up takes before launch. Two weeks is the floor for any new mailbox.

Reply Handling and Meeting Booking

Their site says automations are used only for back-end repetitive tasks and all actual communication is human-driven. It also says you can see how conversations develop in real time. It does not say who writes the replies.

Ask who answers when a lab director or fund partner writes back, and how fast. Reply speed decides more deals than first-touch copy.

Reporting and Optimization

Their site says every interaction is synced into your system, and the Atlant 3D BD lead's testimonial describes that CRM sync. No reporting cadence is stated anywhere.

Ask for a weekly report in writing: contacts touched, replies, meetings, and what changed. The outbound sales teams that improve fastest are the ones that see the numbers every week.

B2Global Pricing and Contract Terms

B2Global does not publish pricing. There is no pricing page, no tiers, and no starting-at figure. Engagements start with the Apply form on their homepage asking for your name, company, email, phone, and a message.

For a market anchor only: comparable boutique outbound and business development firms tend to charge monthly retainers in the low to mid four figures. Investor-outreach work is often priced separately. None of that is a B2Global number.

What's Included at Each Price Point

There are no price points to compare. Their described engagement covers the GTM audit, in-house list building, outreach infrastructure, email and LinkedIn outreach, and CRM sync.

There is no guarantee anywhere on the site. No meeting targets, no refund language, no minimum result. That fits a research-first model, but it means the definition of "done" has to come from you.

Hidden and Additional Costs to Watch

  • Domains and mailboxes: who buys them, and whether the cost is inside the retainer.
  • Data and enrichment credits: in-house research still uses paid data sources.
  • Setup or onboarding fees: the audit may be billed separately from the outreach.
  • LinkedIn accounts or Sales Navigator seats: LinkedIn outreach needs a profile, and someone pays for it.
  • Exit terms: who keeps the domains, mailboxes, and lists when you leave.

The last one matters most. If the agency owns your sending domains, leaving them means starting your email deliverability from zero.

Who Should Hire B2Global?

  • Deep-tech, materials, quantum, or cleantech companies where one careless email to a lab director can close a door for years. Their whole pitch is built for this buyer.
  • Founders raising a round who want a ranked, researched investor list. The Atlant 3D founder reports six fund conversations within a few weeks.
  • Companies that need research collaborations or technical validation from universities and corporate R&D teams.
  • Teams with a working CRM who want every touch synced back, as the Atlant 3D BD lead's testimonial describes.
  • Companies planning a US or European trade-show trip who want meetings booked before they land.

If two or more of these describe you, ask for a redacted audit and one reference call before the first sales conversation.

Who Should Not Hire B2Global?

  • You need cold calling. Their site lists email and LinkedIn only.
  • You need volume. There is no meeting target, no guarantee, and no throughput figure anywhere on the site.
  • You cannot sign without independent reviews or countable case studies. Neither exists yet.
  • You need a large team or hand-offs across time zones. One person is named throughout, and team size is not stated.
  • You sell a commodity B2B service into SMBs. Their positioning is complex products sold to technical buyers.

And if you're sending under a few hundred emails a month, you may not need an agency at all. Running Salesforge yourself at $48 per month covers that volume with warmup included.

B2Global Case Studies and Reported Results

B2Global publishes no case studies, only six testimonials and a logo strip of organizations it says it reached for clients. The one countable result is the Atlant 3D founder's six investor conversations within a few weeks, while the rest cite more conversations without numbers. These are company-published claims no independent platform has verified, so ask for two reference calls with clients named on the site.

The Atlant 3D testimonial carries the only countable result on B2Global's site. Captured September 2026.

B2Global Limitations to Consider Before Signing

  • No independent reviews: I found no Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, or Google presence. Ask for two reference calls and take them before you sign.
  • No public pricing: the site has no pricing page and no starting figure. Ask for the full monthly cost, including domains, data, and setup, in writing.
  • No countable results: one testimonial figure is the whole evidence base, and one testimonial describes a 2020 customs shipment rather than go-to-market work. Ask for contacts touched, reply rate, and meetings from a recent engagement.
  • Team size not stated: the founder is named throughout, and the site never describes a team. Ask who does the daily work and what happens if that person is unavailable.
  • Address is a mailbox-friendly plaza: 1048 Irvine Ave, Ste 777 is a Newport Beach retail plaza that houses a UPS Store offering mailbox rentals. That proves nothing bad, but it does not prove a staffed office either. Ask where the team works.
  • Legal entity unclear: the site shows no entity name, terms, or privacy policy. A public listing calls the company "B2Global Ltd," and no company by that name appears in the UK Companies House register. The California registry blocked my lookup. Ask for the legal entity name and registration number on the contract.

None of these should rule them out alone. But if two or more matter to you, compare agencies that already answer these questions on their public profiles. That's exactly what the certified agencies below do.

B2Global Alternatives: Certified Forge Experts Worth Considering

Don't just Google "lead generation agency" and pick the first result. Compare agencies with verified practices. Two sibling reviews, the memoryBlue review and the Martal Group review, show how larger shops answer the same questions.

The Forge Expert Network is a directory of agencies certified on the Forge ecosystem. Certification requires completing Salesforge's cold email training and meeting program eligibility requirements, so every listed agency has a disclosed, modern outbound stack.

The directory is younger and smaller than Clutch, so treat it as a curated starting point rather than a complete market map. Each pick below answers a specific gap I found in B2Global.

1. Outbound Pros

Best for: lean B2B teams that want email, LinkedIn, and cold calling run as one motion, with a stated monthly meeting target.

This is the option to look at if calling matters to your market, because B2Global does not offer a calling channel or any guarantee. The Outbound Pros profile states a guarantee of 50 to 75 qualified meetings per month on commission-based pricing. It cites a $1.5K to $10K monthly retainer, 4+ years active, languages listed as EN and LA, and US, EU, and Canadian markets.

The profile also answers the infrastructure question B2Global leaves open. It states dedicated, owned domain infrastructure with documented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. It also cites a 4 to 6 week warm-up aimed at 85 to 95% inbox placement and roughly 21 days to go live.

The Outbound Pros case study reports zero downtime across client campaigns and instant onboarding of new clients without extra licenses.

Outbound Pros' Forge Expert profile, captured September 2026.

2. RevSculpt

Best for: B2B companies past $5M in revenue that share B2Global's research-first philosophy but want countable results and a public price floor.

B2Global publishes no results and no pricing. The RevSculpt profile reports over 6,000 qualified meetings across more than 15 B2B verticals, with most clients seeing a first qualified meeting within 18 days. Pricing starts from $5K per month, and the profile lists 12+ years active, English and Russian, and US, UK, UAE, Canadian, and EU markets.

Like B2Global, RevSculpt runs email and LinkedIn integrated with the client's CRM and describes itself as boutique and signal-based, not a volume shop. Its profile reports an AEO/SEO agency taken from zero to over 300 qualified meetings in six months. It also reports a 14x return on outbound spend for a digital asset infrastructure company.

There is no Salesforge case study for RevSculpt, so treat those as profile claims to confirm on the call.

3. Growth Alliance

Best for: $5M to $50M ARR companies that want a named senior team, a stated client cap, and systems they keep after the engagement.

B2Global states neither its team size nor who keeps the system at exit. The Growth Alliance profile says the firm was built by former CMOs, COOs, CTOs, and agency founders. It takes 4 to 6 clients at a time with 100 to 120 hours each per month, and builds systems that become the client's own.

Programs start from $10K per month with 60-day rolling cancellation on a 90-day sprint model. The profile lists 15+ years active, English and German, and US, EU, and Canadian markets.

A testimonial on the profile from the CEO of TAM acceleration reports over 800 leads in under two months and $200K+ in pipeline. The Growth Alliance case study reports 1,000+ domains and mailboxes across their clients, all fully warmed, with Heat Score™ readings of 89 or higher.

Prefer Not to Hire an Agency at All?

Two routes skip the agency entirely.

Run outbound yourself with Salesforge. It starts at $48 per month with unlimited mailboxes and free unlimited warmup included, plus a 14-day free trial. For a founder sending a few hundred researched emails a month, that is the whole budget line.

Or hire Agent Frank, Salesforge's autonomous AI SDR, from $499 per month billed quarterly. He handles prospecting, sequencing, replies, and meeting booking on his own, 24/7. He is a separate subscription, and he needs a demo and a two-week warm-up before he sends anything.

If you have never run outbound before, this walkthrough covers the first steps from zero, which is exactly where most deep-tech founders start.

Questions to Ask Before Hiring B2Global

Their answers will tell you more than any review, including this one.

  1. What counts as a delivered "conversation" or introduction, and how will it show up in our reporting?
  2. Who owns the domains, mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts, and lead lists when we part ways?
  3. What is the total monthly cost, including domains, data, tooling, and any setup or audit fee?
  4. Who replies when a prospect, lab director, or fund partner writes back, and how fast?
  5. What is the minimum commitment and the notice period to leave?
  6. Do we approve every list and every message before anything sends?
  7. How often do we get reports, and in what format?
  8. Which clients in our field can we call as references, and who on your team will work our account day to day?

Final Verdict: Is B2Global Worth It?

B2Global is worth considering for early-stage deep-tech companies that need a handful of well-researched introductions, not a meeting quota.

What sets them apart is a stated process most agencies skip: in-house lists, CRM cross-checks, and every interaction synced back. The proof is named, and one result is countable: six investor conversations within a few weeks for Atlant 3D, per its founder.

I'd shortlist them for a materials, quantum, or cleantech startup at seed or Series A that needs investor and lab introductions in the US or Europe. I would not shortlist them for a SaaS company that needs 30 booked meetings a month.

If you need calling, a volume guarantee, public pricing, or a review record you can check before the first call, compare certified agencies instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is B2Global a Legitimate Company?

The signs point to a small, founder-led boutique, but public records are thin. Their site lists a Newport Beach address, phone, email, and six named client testimonials. Founder Anna Makhmudova appears on the Ukrainian Startup Fund's expert roster as "Founder, B2Global Ltd" with self-reported experience of over ten years. No company by that name appears in the UK Companies House register, and the California registry blocked my lookup. Ask for the legal entity name and registration number before you pay.

2. How Much Does B2Global Cost?

B2Global does not publish pricing. There is no pricing page, no tiers, and no starting figure; engagements begin with the Apply form on their homepage. Whatever retainer they quote is not the full price. Add domains, mailboxes, data credits, LinkedIn seats, and any separate audit fee, and ask for the total in writing.

3. Does B2Global Guarantee Leads?

No. Their site contains no guarantee, no meeting target, and no refund language. It describes research-based introductions to partners, labs, and investors, and the one countable result is a testimonial citing six investor conversations within a few weeks. Get their definition of a delivered conversation and the monthly volume they expect in writing before signing.

4. Who Owns the Lead Data and Campaign Assets?

Their site does not say. It does say lists are built in-house and every interaction is synced into your CRM, so your CRM should hold the activity record. Sending domains, mailboxes, and LinkedIn accounts are not addressed at all. Domain ownership matters most: if the agency owns the domains, leaving means rebuilding your sender reputation from zero.

5. What Are the Best B2Global Alternatives in 2026?

Three certified options answer B2Global's gaps. Outbound Pros adds cold calling and states a 50 to 75 qualified meetings per month guarantee. RevSculpt reports 6,000+ qualified meetings and prices from $5K per month. Growth Alliance serves $5M to $50M ARR companies and builds systems clients keep. You can browse more on the Forge Expert Network. For smaller volumes, running Salesforge in-house from $48 per month may be enough.

6. Should You Hire a Lead Generation Agency or Build Outbound In-House?

Hire an agency when you need pipeline fast and don't want to hire and train SDRs. Build in-house when you want to own the system, the data, and the learning long-term. The middle path is running Salesforge yourself from $48 per month, or hiring Agent Frank as an AI SDR from $499 per month billed quarterly. You can move to an agency once volume justifies it.
