Instantly vs EmailBison: Which Cold Outreach Tool Is Superior?

TL;DR

Instantly is an email-only sequencer at $47/mo monthly ($37.60/mo annual) for the Growth tier, with no LinkedIn, a Trustpilot score of 3.8/5, and a documented warmup pool problem. EmailBison is a $599/mo flat-fee agency tool that's invite-only, has near-zero public reviews, and ships without LinkedIn, an AI SDR, or a native lead database.

For multi-channel B2B outbound that actually scales, Salesforge is the stronger choice. Email and LinkedIn in one dashboard, free unlimited Warmforge warmup, the Primebox unified inbox, and an optional AI SDR (Agent Frank). Salesforge plans start at $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual) for Pro and $96/mo monthly ($80/mo annual) for Growth.

I have used all three tools in the same outbound motion (Instantly for testing, EmailBison through an agency client, Salesforge for the last 18 months). This is what I would tell you over a 20-minute call if you asked me which one to pick in 2026.

The short version: cold email is now a deliverability problem stacked on top of a multi-channel problem (a thread I have written more on in how cold email agencies run in 2026). The tool you pick has to solve both. Instantly handles email volume and nothing else. EmailBison handles email isolation and nothing else, for $599/mo. Salesforge handles email plus LinkedIn plus warmup plus reply management plus an optional AI SDR, for less than either competitor's entry tier.

Instantly overview

Instantly.ai homepage hero showing the cold email outreach platform

Instantly is a cold email automation platform founded in 2021 in Sheridan, Wyoming (and the subject of a deeper Salesforge vs Instantly comparison if you want a two-tool view). The company says it has more than 20,000 customers and reports a 4.8/5 average from over 3,400 G2 reviews. The product is built around one feature: unlimited email accounts on every plan, regardless of price tier. That single design choice is why agencies and one-person GTM operators have built outbound machines on it for the last three years.

The flagship is the Outreach product. There are three other paid product lines (Instantly Credits / Lead Database, CRM, VIP managed services) that each carry their own subscription. The "full stack" is not one bill, it is three or four.

Core features

  • Unlimited email accounts on all Outreach plans. The headline differentiator and the reason Instantly grew.
  • Unlimited warmup across a shared pool of around 4.2 million accounts.
  • Campaign sequencer with A/Z testing, conditional logic, and a unified Unibox for replies.
  • Instantly Credits (formerly SuperSearch) - a 450M+ contact lead database sold as a separate subscription.
  • AI Sales Agent - a newer autonomous agent product launched in 2025 that replies to inbound and books meetings. Email only.
  • SISR (Server & IP Sharding and Rotation) on the $358/mo Light Speed plan, which auto-rotates flagged IPs.
  • DFY domain bundles - pre-warmed domain + inbox packages sold as add-ons.

Pricing (live as of May 2026)

  • Growth: $47/mo monthly, $37.60/mo annual. 5,000 emails/month, 1,000 uploaded contacts.
  • Hypergrowth: $97/mo monthly, $77.60/mo annual. 100,000 emails/month, 25,000 contacts.
  • Light Speed: $358/mo monthly, $286.30/mo annual. 500,000 emails/month, 100,000 contacts, SISR.
  • Enterprise: Custom, with a dedicated account manager and a private deliverability network.
  • Instantly Credits (lead database, separate sub): $47-$197/mo monthly, $37.60-$177.30/mo annual.
  • CRM: $47/mo additional. VIP managed: $2K-$10K/mo.

Who it fits

Solo founders and small teams running email-only outbound at sub-100K monthly volume who want unlimited inboxes for a low entry price. Agencies running pure cold email also gravitate here because of the inbox count and the SISR rotation on the top tier.

What Instantly does not include

  • No LinkedIn outreach. Email only across every plan, including Enterprise.
  • Warmup pool quality. Salesforge's own comparison content has cited domains like lust.com appearing in Instantly's shared pool. Multiple Trustpilot reviews echo the pattern of healthy heat scores while real campaign mail still lands in spam.
  • DFY ownership. One of the most common 1-star complaints on Trustpilot is the Done-For-You domain bundles. Buyers discover too late that they do not own the domains or data and cannot port them out.
  • Modular pricing that stacks. Outreach plan + Credits + CRM puts the real monthly bill at $124-$502+ before you have sent an email.

What Trustpilot reviewers say

One-star Trustpilot review of Instantly.ai describing subscription downgrade, lead quality and deliverability issues

Instantly's Trustpilot score sits at 3.8 / 5 across 1,004 reviews, with 21% of those reviews leaving 1 star. The themes in the bad reviews are remarkably consistent: subscription downgrades mid-billing-cycle, DFY domains the customer cannot port out, deliverability that contradicts the in-product heat score, and cancellation flows that one reviewer flatly called "dark patterns." Recent samples include "Greedy, scammy offer for scaling, holding our data as hostage" (Jan 2026), "I should have read the reviews. They are right. Cancellation doesn't work" (Dec 2025), and "warm-up pool is filled with spammers, and will get your emails flagged" (Jan 2026). Those are not edge cases. They are a recurring pattern across the last six months of reviews.

EmailBison overview

EmailBison homepage hero, positioned as a private email sequencer for the top 10% of agencies

EmailBison is a single-tenant email sequencing platform marketed at "the top 10% of agencies" (covered in a dedicated Salesforge vs EmailBison comparison). The proposition is isolation: every client gets a private SMTP relay, dedicated IPs, and a workspace that cannot bleed reputation onto another client. The product is invite-only and you cannot sign up online - you book a demo, qualify through sales, then commit to a minimum of one month at $599 to evaluate it. There is no free trial.

Core features

  • Isolated network with dedicated IPs per client. The headline reason agencies pay for it.
  • Private email warmup using an invite-only pool. Theoretically higher signal than shared pools.
  • Master Inbox for unified email reply management (email only - no LinkedIn).
  • Email sequencing with A/B split testing at every step.
  • Unlimited leads, workspaces, and teammates on the single plan.
  • API for programmatic management.
  • Dedicated support via a private Slack channel with the founding team.
  • Compliance: SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR certifications.

Pricing (live as of May 2026)

  • Base Plan: $599/mo flat. Includes 500,000 emails/month, unlimited users, unlimited inboxes, unlimited workspaces, unlimited contacts.
  • Volume above 500K/mo: Negotiated "email bucket" add-ons.
  • No free trial. No self-serve. Demo required.
  • Price increased from $499/mo to $599/mo in early 2026.

Who it fits

Agencies running 10+ client accounts at 50,000+ emails/month per client, where the math on per-seat tools breaks down and infrastructure isolation is a genuine business requirement. EmailBison's own positioning is explicit: "for the top 10% of agencies." If you are not running a serious outbound shop, this is not aimed at you.

What EmailBison does not include

Third-party article describing EmailBison as a $599/month invite-only cold email sequencer with near-zero public reviews and no free trial

  • No LinkedIn outreach. Pure email platform.
  • No AI SDR. No autonomous prospecting, no AI message writing, no Auto-Pilot mode. You write the copy.
  • No native lead database. Bring your own contacts via Clay, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • No built-in email finder or validation (per third-party reviews). Validation comes from external tools.
  • Near-zero public reviews. No Trustpilot profile, no G2 listing I could find, and as the third-party article above documents, even Reddit threads asking for first-hand experiences come back thin. You are committing $599/mo to a product you cannot research the way you would research any other SaaS purchase.
  • Manual setup. The platform assumes experienced senders. Beginners and teams without technical resources find the configuration demanding, per multiple third-party reviews.

An honest read on the trade

EmailBison is a real product solving a real problem. Shared-pool reputation contamination is genuine and dedicated infrastructure helps at scale. The issue is the price-to-feature ratio. You pay $599/mo flat for email sequencing and infrastructure isolation. No LinkedIn, no AI personalization, no AI SDR, no lead database. If your only problem is shared-pool burn at high volume, the math works. If you have any other problem, you are buying a $599/mo solution that does not solve it.

Salesforge overview

Salesforge is the flagship product in what the company calls the Forge Stack - a family of six purpose-built outbound tools (Salesforge for outreach, Mailforge for shared infrastructure, Infraforge for dedicated IPs, Primeforge for Google/MS365 mailboxes, Warmforge for warmup, Leadsforge for lead search). Each is sold separately and works natively with the others, no Zapier required. The pitch is "Apple vs Android": products designed to work together instead of duct-taped together.

Salesforge itself is the sequencer. It runs email and LinkedIn sequences in one workflow, on unlimited mailboxes, with unlimited LinkedIn senders on the Growth plan. Agent Frank, the AI SDR, is sold as a separate subscription and runs inside a complimentary Salesforge workspace.

Core features

  • Multi-channel sequences combining email and LinkedIn touchpoints in one workflow with conditional branching.
  • Unlimited mailboxes on every plan, no seat-based pricing.
  • Unlimited LinkedIn senders on the Growth plan (1 on Pro).
  • Free, unlimited Warmforge premium warmup included with every Salesforge subscription. The pool is curated, invite-controlled, and dominated by real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes - not the questionable domains that show up in shared warmup pools elsewhere.
  • Primebox unified inbox for email and LinkedIn replies, with sentiment analysis (positive / neutral / negative auto-tagging) and AI-drafted replies on the Growth plan. Free with every subscription.
  • Overdrive Mode - multi-source AI personalization pulling from prospect website, blog posts, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Smart mailbox rotation and dynamic IP rotation.
  • 20+ languages for AI message generation, including American English, German, French, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Lithuanian.
  • Knowledge Base feature for uploading product docs and brochures so the AI uses the right facts.
  • Open API (Growth plan), native CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, and Clay.
  • 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

The Forge Stack context

The reason Salesforge can absorb features competitors charge separately for is that the company owns the infrastructure layer. Mailforge handles shared IPs at $2-$3 per mailbox. Infraforge handles dedicated IPs at $3-$4 per mailbox. Primeforge handles real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at $3.50-$4.50 per mailbox. Warmforge handles warmup. Leadsforge handles lead search. You can use Salesforge with your own mailboxes, or you can use the stack. Either way, the integration is native rather than glued together.

Pricing (live as of May 2026)

  • Pro plan: $48/mo monthly, $40/mo annual. 1,000 active contacts in sequence, 5,000 emails/month, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited contacts storage, unlimited workspaces, free unlimited Warmforge, Primebox with sentiment analysis. 1 LinkedIn sender, 1 user.
  • Growth plan: $96/mo monthly, $80/mo annual. 10,000 active contacts, 50,000 emails/month, unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited users, multi-language sequences, A/B testing, API access, ESP Matching, Primebox AI drafted replies, full integrations library, priority support.
  • Agent Frank (separate subscription): $499/mo billed quarterly, or $416/mo billed annually. Includes 1,000 active contacts. Add-on infrastructure (Infraforge or Megaforge) priced separately.
  • Email infrastructure is not included in any Salesforge plan - bring your own mailboxes or buy through Mailforge / Infraforge / Primeforge.
  • Verify live pricing on the official page.

Who it fits

Salesforge publishes its own ICP, and I am going to quote it verbatim because most vendors will not. It is built for B2B sellers with average contract values between $5K and $100K, targeting startups, SMBs, and mid-market companies, with a total addressable market of 3,000+ businesses. If your buyers are at Fortune 500 companies, or you run six-figure RFP cycles, Salesforge explicitly says it is not the right tool. That kind of stated anti-ICP is rare and worth taking seriously.

Honest limitations

  • Email infrastructure is not bundled into the plan price. You either connect your own mailboxes or pay extra for Mailforge / Infraforge / Primeforge.
  • Agent Frank cannot be tried self-serve. You need a demo and a 2-week warmup before he starts sending.
  • API access, A/B testing, ESP Matching, multi-language sequences, and the full integrations library are gated to the Growth plan.
  • Phone outreach is on the roadmap, not shipped.

Head-to-head: where the differences actually live

Multi-channel outreach

This is the easiest decision on the page. Salesforge runs email and LinkedIn in one sequence with branching logic - touchpoint 1 is email, touchpoint 2 is a LinkedIn connection request, touchpoint 3 forks based on whether they accepted. Instantly is email only. EmailBison is email only. Neither competitor has shipped LinkedIn and neither has publicly committed to it on a roadmap. If you do any LinkedIn outreach today, this comparison ends here.

  • Salesforge: Email + LinkedIn in one workflow, unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth.
  • Instantly: Email only. AI Sales Agent (their newer autonomous product) is also email only.
  • EmailBison: Email only. No social or phone channels.

Email deliverability and warmup

Salesforge bundles Warmforge premium warmup free and unlimited on every plan. The pool is invite-controlled and dominated by real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with external SMTP vendors explicitly excluded. The Heat Score on each mailbox targets 97+ for healthy sending - you can spot-check your own with Salesforge's free email deliverability test tool. By contrast, Instantly's shared warmup pool of ~4.2 million accounts has been a recurring complaint vector on Trustpilot for over a year, with the most concrete public reference being domains like lust.com appearing in the pool. EmailBison runs a smaller invite-only pool that is genuinely curated, but you cannot evaluate it without committing $599/mo upfront.

  • Salesforge: Premium warmup pool, free unlimited, Heat Score monitoring, placement testing.
  • Instantly: Large shared pool with documented quality issues, also free.
  • EmailBison: Invite-only private pool, theoretically high quality, gated behind a $599 paywall.

AI personalization and AI SDR

Salesforge runs AI personalization at the message level via Overdrive Mode (pulling from prospect website, blog, and LinkedIn) and runs the autonomous Agent Frank as a separate $499/mo product. Frank prospects, writes, sends, follows up, books meetings, runs in 20+ languages, and has Auto-Pilot and Co-Pilot modes. Instantly recently shipped an "AI Sales Agent" that handles reply triage and meeting booking, but it does not prospect end-to-end in the same way and remains email-only. EmailBison has no AI personalization or AI SDR. You write the copy, you set the sequence, you do the work.

Inbox management and reply handling

Salesforge's Primebox is the unified inbox for email and LinkedIn replies, free with every plan, with sentiment analysis tagging threads positive / neutral / negative and AI-drafted reply suggestions on the Growth plan. Instantly's Unibox handles email replies only. EmailBison's Master Inbox handles email only. If you run any LinkedIn outreach, you will be juggling LinkedIn replies in LinkedIn's native messenger forever with Instantly or EmailBison.

Pricing scalability

This is where Instantly and EmailBison both break in different ways. Instantly looks cheap at $47/mo Growth, but the moment you need leads ($47/mo more), CRM ($47/mo more), and any meaningful send volume (Hypergrowth at $97/mo), the real bill is $238/mo monthly or $192/mo annual. EmailBison is $599/mo from day one regardless of what you send. Salesforge Growth at $80/mo annual includes unlimited LinkedIn senders, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited users, multi-language, A/B testing, API, and free warmup in one bill. You pay extra only when you add infrastructure or Agent Frank.

Integrations and stack

Salesforge ships native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, GoHighLevel, Clay, and Slack, plus an MCP server that connects to Claude / Cursor / Windsurf directly. Instantly has a developer API and native HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive integrations. EmailBison has API and webhooks but lacks the breadth of native CRM integrations the other two ship.

Lead generation

Salesforge integrates natively with Leadsforge, a 500M+ contact lead search engine with waterfall enrichment, sold separately at $49/mo Essential. Instantly Credits is the equivalent product (450M+ contacts) and is sold at $47-$197/mo as a separate subscription. EmailBison has no native lead database - you source contacts elsewhere and import them in.

Pricing comparison

EmailBison Base$599$599 (no annual discount listed)500K emails, unlimited inboxes/users/workspaces, dedicated IPs, no LinkedIn, no AI SDR, no lead database

A real-world scenario: 10,000 prospects per month, email + LinkedIn

Say you are running a mid-market B2B motion: 10,000 active prospects per month, email plus LinkedIn touches, one team of 4 people, and you want a lead database to keep the funnel topped up.

  • Salesforge Growth annual: $80/mo. Add Leadsforge Essential at $49/mo for the lead database. Total: $129/mo. LinkedIn included. Warmup included. 4 users included.
  • Instantly Hypergrowth annual + Credits Growth annual + CRM: $77.60 + $37.60 + $47 = $162.20/mo. Still email only, no LinkedIn outreach.
  • EmailBison Base: $599/mo flat. Bring your own lead database. No LinkedIn. No AI SDR. No annual discount published.

The same outbound motion costs $129/mo on Salesforge, $162/mo on Instantly (with no LinkedIn), or $599/mo on EmailBison (with no LinkedIn and no lead database). That is a 4.6x premium for EmailBison and a 1.25x premium for Instantly to do less of the work.

EmailBison pricing page showing the single $599 per month flat-fee Base Plan

EmailBison's pricing model is honest about what it is. One plan, one price, no tiers. Whether that price is fair for what you get depends entirely on whether you need single-tenant infrastructure isolation. If you do not, the $599 is paying for a feature you cannot use.

Who should use which tool

You might consider Instantly if:

  • Your outbound is strictly email-only and will stay that way
  • You are a solo founder or small team sending under 100K emails/month and the $37.60/mo Growth annual entry price matters more than the missing channels
  • You are willing to accept the documented warmup pool and DFY domain ownership trade-offs that 21% of Trustpilot reviewers have flagged

You might consider EmailBison if:

  • You run an agency with 10+ active clients at 50K+ emails/month each and shared-pool reputation contamination is your single biggest operational risk
  • You have $7K+/year of dedicated outbound infrastructure budget and want a single-tenant isolated environment
  • You do not need LinkedIn, AI personalization, an AI SDR, or a lead database (or you have all of those covered by other tools)

Choose Salesforge if:

  • You sell B2B with ACVs between $5K and $100K to startups, SMBs, or mid-market accounts (Salesforge's stated ICP)
  • Your outbound is or will be multi-channel - email plus LinkedIn, at minimum
  • You want free unlimited premium warmup, a unified inbox for email and LinkedIn replies, and the option to add an AI SDR (Agent Frank) without rebuilding your stack
  • You are an agency managing multiple client accounts and want isolated workspaces, dedicated IP options (Infraforge), and a whitelabel / reseller program
  • You want predictable pricing that does not balloon when you add team members, mailboxes, or LinkedIn profiles

Salesforge itself is transparent that it is not a good fit if you primarily target Fortune 500 companies, run long enterprise RFP cycles, or work deals consistently in the six-to-seven-figure range. That kind of self-disqualification is rare in this category and is worth noting.

Final verdict

Instantly and EmailBison are both real products solving real problems, but they are both single-channel email tools in a market where buyers are answering on LinkedIn, replying from a different inbox than the one you targeted, and expecting AI to do the personalization work. Instantly is the cheap end of that single-channel bet. EmailBison is the expensive end. Neither sells LinkedIn. Neither has an AI SDR. Neither bundles a lead database. And one of them - Instantly - has a Trustpilot score of 3.8/5 with documented DFY domain ownership issues and warmup pool quality complaints stretching back over a year.

For real multi-channel B2B outbound, Salesforge is the stronger choice. Email and LinkedIn in one dashboard, unlimited LinkedIn senders on the $80/mo annual Growth plan, free unlimited Warmforge with a curated invite-controlled pool, the Primebox unified inbox (free), an optional AI SDR (Agent Frank, separate subscription from $416/mo annual), and 20+ languages. The same outbound motion that costs $599/mo on EmailBison costs $129/mo on Salesforge with Leadsforge bundled.

One falsifiable benchmark from Salesforge's public case studies: UniteSync ran on Salesforge + Mailforge + Warmforge to an 85.26% positive reply rate and a $2.86 CAC. ChannelCrawler ran on Salesforge + Infraforge + Warmforge to 85.71% positive reply rate. VAI Consulting booked 3 calls in a single week with Agent Frank. Woodpecker scaled to 2,500+ mailboxes on Infraforge. Those are public, named customers with named numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Is Salesforge better than Instantly?

For multi-channel outbound, yes. Salesforge runs email and LinkedIn from one sequence, includes a unified inbox (Primebox) and free unlimited Warmforge warmup, and offers an optional AI SDR (Agent Frank). Instantly is email only across every plan including Enterprise, and 21% of its 1,004 Trustpilot reviews are 1-star, often citing DFY domain ownership and warmup pool quality. Pricing is comparable at the entry tier - Salesforge Pro at $40/mo annual vs Instantly Growth at $37.60/mo annual - but Salesforge bundles features Instantly charges separately for.

What's the main difference between Salesforge and EmailBison?

Channels and price. Salesforge runs email + LinkedIn at $40-$80/mo annual depending on plan. EmailBison runs email only at $599/mo flat. Salesforge also ships an AI SDR (Agent Frank), Overdrive Mode multi-source AI personalization, a 500M+ contact lead database (Leadsforge), and a unified inbox for email and LinkedIn replies. EmailBison's value is single-tenant infrastructure isolation for high-volume agencies. If isolation is your single biggest problem and you have $7K/year for it, EmailBison fits. If you have any other outbound problem, you are paying $599/mo for a product that does not solve it.

Which is cheapest - Salesforge, Instantly, or EmailBison?

Salesforge is cheapest at every tier. Salesforge Pro is $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual) for the entry plan. Instantly Growth is $47/mo monthly ($37.60/mo annual) but excludes LinkedIn entirely and charges separately for the lead database ($47/mo) and CRM ($47/mo). EmailBison is $599/mo flat with no published annual discount. For a 10,000-prospect/mo multi-channel motion, Salesforge Growth + Leadsforge comes to $129/mo, Instantly's equivalent email-only stack runs $162/mo, and EmailBison's email-only base plan costs $599/mo.

Does Instantly support LinkedIn outreach?

No. Instantly is email-only across every plan, including the $358/mo Light Speed tier and the custom Enterprise tier. The product's flagship feature is unlimited email accounts, not multi-channel. If you need LinkedIn outreach you either run a separate LinkedIn automation tool alongside Instantly (managing two stacks) or you use a multi-channel platform like Salesforge.

Does EmailBison have an AI SDR or a lead database?

Neither. EmailBison ships email sequencing, dedicated IPs, a private warmup pool, an API, and a Master Inbox for email replies. There is no AI SDR (no autonomous prospecting, no AI message writing), no native lead database, and no built-in email validation per multiple third-party reviews. You bring your own contacts from Clay or ZoomInfo, you write your own copy, and you manage the sequence manually. By contrast, Salesforge ships Agent Frank (the AI SDR, separate subscription from $416/mo annual), Overdrive Mode AI personalization, and integrates natively with Leadsforge (500M+ contacts).

Can I switch from Instantly or EmailBison to Salesforge easily?

Yes. Salesforge supports CSV upload, Google Sheets connection, and direct contact import. Sequences can be rebuilt manually or with AI assistance using the Knowledge Base feature (upload your existing playbook). Mailboxes connect via Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP, or any of the three Forge infrastructure products. Salesforge also publishes a 30% migration discount for customers switching from Instantly - worth asking sales about during your trial.

Which tool has better email deliverability?

All three claim strong deliverability, but the warmup pool quality is the variable that actually moves inbox placement. Salesforge's Warmforge pool is invite-controlled, premium-by-default, and dominated by real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts (no external SMTP vendors, no questionable domains). Instantly's pool is open and reportedly includes domains that have raised quality concerns in Trustpilot reviews. EmailBison's pool is invite-only and genuinely curated, but you cannot evaluate it without committing $599/mo. For named-customer evidence, ChannelCrawler hit 85.71% positive reply rate on Salesforge + Infraforge + Warmforge, and UniteSync hit 85.26% on Salesforge + Mailforge + Warmforge.

Does Salesforge offer a free trial?

Yes. Salesforge offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial includes 50 contacts, 100 emails, 50 email validation credits, 50 personalization credits, and 100 social action credits. You can connect unlimited mailboxes and start email warmup during the trial. Instantly also offers a 14-day trial. EmailBison does not offer a free trial - you book a demo, qualify through sales, and commit to a minimum month at $599 to evaluate it.

Who is EmailBison best for?

Agencies running 10+ active client accounts at 50,000+ emails per month per client, where shared-pool warmup contamination is a real operational risk and a $599/mo flat fee is a smaller number than running multiple per-seat tools. EmailBison's own marketing language is "private sequencer for the top 10% of agencies" - meaning if you are not running a high-volume agency operation, the product is not aimed at you. Agencies running under 100,000 total emails per month will typically get more value from Salesforge's stack at a fraction of the cost.
