11x.ai sells Alice, a sales-led AI SDR, from $3,750/mo billed annually. Regie.ai now sells RegieGO, a $49/mo rep assistant that sends email while reps make calls and LinkedIn touches. Neither gives a small team a hands-off email and LinkedIn SDR for a few hundred dollars a month.
For SMB and mid-market B2B outbound, Agent Frank is the stronger AI SDR. He works email and LinkedIn 24/7 for $499/mo billed annually ($599/mo quarterly), with free Warmforge warm-up and every reply in Primebox™.
If you're weighing 11x vs Regie for AI outbound, you're choosing between two very different products. I checked both vendors' live pricing and product pages on October 7, 2026, and read what reviewers say about each.
11x.ai sells Alice, an outbound AI worker, and Julian, an inbound phone and chat agent. Regie.ai rebuilt its product as RegieGO, a self-serve workspace that preps a rep's day. Agent Frank is the AI SDR that runs on Salesforge's Forge Stack.
Two questions decide this one for me. Who actually does the outreach, and what does each new lead cost?

11x.ai Overview: Alice, Julian, Pricing, and Limits

11x.ai sells AI "digital workers" to revenue teams from offices in San Francisco and London. Alice runs outbound prospecting, and Julian answers inbound calls and chats. Its homepage says it has raised $70M+ from a16z and Benchmark.
Core features
- Deep Research: Alice builds each prospect's context from the web, news, job posts, and your CRM, with cited sources.
- Multi-channel sequences: email, LinkedIn, consented calls, SMS, and WhatsApp can share one cadence.
- Review controls: check every message, route approvals to a named person, or run on autopilot.
- Smart Replies: replies are sorted, drafted, and passed to a human when needed.
- Managed deliverability: 11x supplies Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warm-up, rotation, and monitoring.
- Languages: outreach in 105+ languages, starting on 11x's Pro plan.
- Julian: inbound voice, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp qualification, sold separately.
11x.ai pricing
Alice Growth starts at $3,750/mo, billed annually, for up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects a month. 11x's Pro (5,000 prospects, 10 users) and Enterprise (10,000+ prospects) plans are custom quotes. 11x charges per prospect, not per message sent.
One detail is worth flagging. The card price works out to $45,000 a year, but the FAQ on the same page says 11x "starts at $36,000 per year" on Growth. Get the figure in writing before you sign.
Julian is priced on its own: voice from $5,333/mo and chat from $2,417/mo, both billed annually. There's no self-serve trial, so every plan starts with a demo.
Who 11x.ai is best for
11x fits mid-market and enterprise teams that want a vendor-run AI SDR program, with mailboxes and onboarding in one annual contract. It also suits teams that want inbound phone and chat agents from the same vendor.
Limitations I noticed
- Contracts are annual by default, and stopping a renewal takes 30 days' written notice.
- Alice's API is an 11x Enterprise feature, and the 105+ languages start at 11x Pro.
- 11x's Growth plan caps you at 5 users.
What reviewers say about 11x.ai

11x holds a 4.3 on Trustpilot, but its low reviews focus on results and contract terms. This buyer reports spending $9,000 on Alice, plus about $3,000 in staff time, and getting no meeting requests from 9,000 messages.
A 1-star review from May 2026 says a pilot turned into a demand for a full annual commitment late in the deal. Separately, TechCrunch reported in March 2025 that 11x had shown logos of companies that said they weren't customers. 11x's CEO called the report factually incorrect.

Regie.ai Overview: RegieGO Features, Credits, and Limits

Regie.ai is a San Francisco sales-AI company founded in 2020 by Srinath Sridhar and Matt Millen. It used to sell a per-seat AI sales engagement platform. Today its site sells one product, RegieGO, a self-serve "agentic sales workspace" for individual sellers and small teams.
Core features
- Chat-driven agents: you describe your ICP once, and agents source prospects, rank accounts, prep calls, and draft follow-ups.
- Enrichment: a contact-data waterfall seven providers deep, mobile numbers included, billed only when it finds data.
- Voice-matched drafts: RegieGO learns your style from your sent mail and ties each email to a why-now, such as funding or a new executive.
- Power dialer: local numbers, do-not-call checks, and up to nine lines at once.
- CRM: a built-in CRM, or sync with one HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday CRM account per workspace.
- Sending: email goes out from your own connected Gmail or Outlook.
Regie.ai pricing
RegieGO runs on credits. The Free plan gives each person 250 one-time credits, for up to 10 people. RegieGO Pro costs $49/mo, or $41/mo billed annually, for one person and 5,000 credits a month.
RegieGO Team costs $150/seat/mo, or $125/seat/mo billed annually, with 15,000 credits per seat and a two-seat minimum. RegieGO Enterprise is a custom quote.
Research, drafting, enrichment, and dialing all spend credits. Paid credits reset each period, and you can't buy extra credits on their own. The pricing page doesn't say how many credits one prospect uses.
Who Regie.ai is best for
RegieGO fits solo reps, founders, and small teams who want AI to do the prep while they run the conversations. It also suits anyone who wants to start free and pay monthly with no contract.
Limitations I noticed
- LinkedIn touches arrive as tasks you send yourself, so RegieGO never sends LinkedIn messages for you.
- It sells no mailboxes or warm-up, so sending volume rests on the inboxes you already own.
- Regie's outbound page says you read every draft before it goes out, so a person stays in the loop.
- When credits run out, research, drafting, enrichment, and dialing pause until the refresh, unless the owner turns on capped overage billing.
What reviewers say about Regie.ai
Regie.ai has no Trustpilot reviews yet. On G2, it has 300+ reviews averaging above 4 stars. G2's AI summary of them, dated March 2026, lists complaints about the AI voice, lead agents, wrong prospect details, and initial setup.
Much of that feedback predates the RegieGO relaunch, so read it as a signal about the company, not the new workspace. There's more in this Regie AI review and the Agent Frank vs Regie comparison.
Agent Frank Overview: The AI SDR Built on the Forge Stack
Agent Frank is Salesforge's autonomous AI SDR. He finds prospects, checks their data, writes personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, follows up, handles replies, and books meetings, 24/7. He works from a complimentary Salesforge workspace, where you can review everything he sends.
Core features
- Continuous prospecting from Leadsforge's 500M+ contacts, or from lists you upload.
- Waterfall enrichment and email verification before any outreach goes out.
- A Knowledge Base built from your own docs, decks, and website, so his facts come from you.
- Personalization from each prospect's website, blog posts, and LinkedIn posts.
- Email and LinkedIn sequences with follow-ups, inside the hours and days you set.
- Replies handled in Primebox™, one inbox for every email and LinkedIn conversation.
- Meetings booked on your rep's calendar: he sends your link, asks for theirs, or drives a click to a page you choose.
- Auto-Pilot runs him hands-off, while Co-Pilot sends you his work to accept or edit.
- Outreach in 21+ languages, with a choice of tonalities.
- A dedicated Account Manager and a shared Slack channel.
The Forge Stack behind him
Frank doesn't need extra tools. Leadsforge feeds him leads with no CSV exports, and Warmforge warms his mailboxes.
Infraforge or Megaforge sends his email. Megaforge splits 20 base mailboxes across Gmail, Outlook, Mailforge, and Infraforge, at about 15 emails a day each. If one provider blocks his mail, the others keep sending.
That is the whole Forge Stack under one roof: infrastructure, warm-up, leads, outreach, and an AI SDR. The same stack runs three ways: your team operates it, Frank operates it, or a vetted Forge Expert agency operates it. On it, UniteSync reached an 85.26% positive reply rate at a $2.86 CAC with Salesforge, Mailforge, and Warmforge.
Salesforge's own walkthrough shows how Frank is set up, from first settings to live campaigns. It was recorded in 2025, so use this post's tables for current prices.
Agent Frank pricing
Agent Frank costs $599/mo billed quarterly, or $499/mo billed annually with 2 months free. That covers 1,000 active contacts, which Salesforge says reaches 2,000-2,500 new leads and sends 6,000-7,500 personalized emails a month. At 2,000+ contacts a month, his pricing card lists $0.25 per contact.
Email infrastructure is extra: Infraforge starts at $33/mo for 10 mailboxes billed annually, and Megaforge at $69/mo for 20. You can also connect mailboxes you already own. Check the live pricing page before you buy.
Frank is a separate subscription from Salesforge's platform for human-led outreach. Salesforge Pro is $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual), and Salesforge Growth is $96/mo monthly ($80/mo annual). To hire Frank, you book a demo first.
Try Salesforge Free for 14 DaysWho Agent Frank is best for
Salesforge's fit guide is specific. Frank suits B2B companies with $5K-$100K ACVs that sell to startups, SMBs, or mid-market firms and target 3,000+ businesses. He's for teams that want meetings at scale without hiring a large SDR team.
Salesforge also says who should look elsewhere: teams that mostly target Fortune 500 companies, run long RFP cycles, or close six- and seven-figure deals.

Honest limitations
- There's no free trial: you book a demo, then wait out a 2-week mailbox warm-up before he sends.
- Infrastructure isn't in his price, and phone isn't a channel yet. Salesforge lists phone on its roadmap.
- He's built to work with your team, not replace it, and Salesforge's own FAQ says so.
Head-to-Head Feature Comparison: 11x.ai vs Regie.ai
Here's how the three compare on the jobs an AI SDR has to do. For the wider field, see this test of 9 AI sales agents.
Multi-channel outreach
- Agent Frank: email and LinkedIn run in one sequence. He works inside Salesforge, which supports six native LinkedIn actions: connection requests, messages, InMails, post likes, follows, and withdraw requests. Its sequences branch on behavior, so an accepted connection request can trigger a LinkedIn message while silence falls back to email.
- 11x.ai: the widest list, with email, LinkedIn, consented calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in one cadence, plus Julian for inbound. Its docs warn that calling needs the consent your local law requires.
- Regie.ai: phone, email, and LinkedIn in one daily queue. Calls run through its dialer, while LinkedIn touches stay manual tasks.
On raw channel count, 11x leads, because phone, SMS, and WhatsApp are outside Frank's scope today. For B2B email-plus-LinkedIn multichannel outreach, Frank covers both channels without per-seat costs.
Email deliverability and warm-up
- Agent Frank: every mailbox gets 2 weeks of email warm-up on Warmforge at no extra cost. Its premium pool mixes aged IMAP/SMTP, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, and it tracks each mailbox's Heat Score™ with placement tests and health checks.
- 11x.ai: managed Gmail mailboxes come with domain setup, warm-up, rotation, bounce suppression, domain health monitoring, and inbox placement testing.
- Regie.ai: email sends from your own Gmail or Outlook. Regie verifies each contact, throttles sends, and handles unsubscribes, but lists no warm-up or extra mailboxes.
11x's bundle is the most hands-off setup of the three. Still, Salesforge's own guidance is 30-50 cold emails per inbox per day, so a single inbox can't carry SDR-level volume.
Frank's stack gives you three infrastructure options under one login: Mailforge, Infraforge, and Primeforge, plus Megaforge, which was built just for him.
AI autonomy and personalization
- Agent Frank: in Auto-Pilot, he prospects, sends, follows up, replies, and books on his own. In Co-Pilot, he sends you his work to accept or edit. He writes from your Knowledge Base plus each prospect's website, blog, and LinkedIn posts.
- 11x.ai: Alice can run on autopilot, send every message for review, or wait for a named approver. Deep Research gives her cited notes and a suggested angle, and she can act on buying signals such as website visits.
- Regie.ai: agents build lists, research, and draft in your voice, with a why-now such as a funding round. Regie says you read every draft before it goes out, and LinkedIn steps and calls stay with the rep.
If you want a person to own every touch, RegieGO is built that way on purpose. If you want outreach done without a rep's daily time, Frank and Alice are the real options. On languages, 11x has the edge: 105+ from its Pro plan, against Frank's 21+, which cover US and UK English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and 15 more.
Reply handling and inbox
- Agent Frank: email and LinkedIn replies land in Primebox™ with positive, neutral, or negative sentiment tags. Frank answers in Auto-Pilot or drafts for your approval in Co-Pilot.
- 11x.ai: Smart Replies classifies each reply, drafts a response, and escalates anything that needs a human. You set the handling per category and can test it in simulation first.
- Regie.ai: replies arrive in your own inbox, and your rep takes the conversation from there.
Primebox™ also catches replies sent from a different address than the one you contacted. That matters when a prospect forwards your email to a colleague who answers. It works on mobile too.
Pricing and scalability
- Agent Frank: priced per active contact, not per seat, at about $0.20-$0.30 per new lead on the base plan. Billing is quarterly or annual.
- 11x.ai: about $1.88 per new prospect on 11x Growth, which caps users at 5. 11x Pro raises the cap to 10, and 11x Enterprise removes it.
- Regie.ai: priced per person. RegieGO Pro covers one seller, and RegieGO Team bills each seat, with a two-seat minimum and credits that reset each period.
So adding reps raises a RegieGO bill, while adding leads raises the other two. The full math is in the pricing section below.
Integrations, support, and compliance
- Agent Frank: works in Salesforge, which connects natively to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, HighLevel, folk, and Breakcold, plus Zapier, Make, and webhooks. API access needs the Salesforge Growth plan. Every Frank customer gets a dedicated Account Manager and a shared Slack channel, and Salesforge is SOC 2 compliant.
- 11x.ai: two-way CRM sync on every plan, while Alice's API and custom integrations are 11x Enterprise features. Support grows by tier, from standard on 11x Growth to a CSM and a forward-deployed engineer on 11x Enterprise. 11x holds SOC 2 Type II.
- Regie.ai: one CRM per workspace (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday CRM) or its built-in CRM, plus Gmail, Outlook, and calendar. A dedicated account manager and SOC 2 are listed on RegieGO Enterprise.
Every Forge product also exposes an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor, or your own agents can run the stack through one protocol.

| Rough cost per new lead | ~$0.20-$0.30 | ~$1.88 | Not published |
Each vendor charges by a different unit: Frank by active contacts, 11x by new prospects, and RegieGO by seats and credits.
Scenario: 2,000 new prospects a month for a year
- 11x.ai: $45,000 at the 11x Growth card price, mailboxes included, or $36,000 if the FAQ figure holds.
- Agent Frank: $5,988 billed annually or $7,188 billed quarterly. Add Megaforge at $69/mo ($828 a year) if its base plan covers your volume, and year one lands around $6,800-$8,000.
- Regie.ai: no clean number, because RegieGO doesn't publish credits per prospect, and a rep still sends LinkedIn touches and makes the calls.
At the card price, 11x costs about $37,000-$38,000 more a year for similar lead volume. Salesforge's free ROI calculator estimates how much you'd save with Frank, and this AI SDR vs SDR breakdown covers the trade-offs.
If you're equipping three reps instead, RegieGO Team costs $450/mo, or $375/mo billed annually. Salesforge Growth gives unlimited users and LinkedIn senders for $96/mo monthly ($80/mo annual) with free Warmforge warm-up, but no dialer.
Who Should Use Agent Frank, 11x.ai, or Regie.ai
You might consider 11x.ai if
- You're a mid-market or enterprise team with $36,000-$45,000+ a year for an AI SDR, and you want mailboxes, onboarding, and support in one annual contract.
- You need inbound coverage too: Julian answers calls and chats from $2,417/mo (chat) or $5,333/mo (voice), billed annually.
- You prospect in many languages, since Alice's 105+ languages start on 11x's Pro plan.
You might consider Regie.ai if
- You're a solo rep or founder who makes your own calls. For phone-heavy prospecting by one person, RegieGO Pro is the cheaper fit at $49/mo, because it bundles a power dialer that Frank doesn't have.
- You want to start free, since each person gets 250 credits with no card.
Choose Agent Frank if
- You sell B2B at $5K-$100K ACVs to startups, SMBs, or mid-market firms, and you target 3,000+ businesses.
- You want an AI SDR who works email and LinkedIn 24/7 without a rep sending each step.
- You want AI SDR costs in the hundreds per month, not tens of thousands per year.
- You want to own your deliverability: free Warmforge warm-up, Infraforge or Megaforge, and every reply in Primebox™.
- You want a dedicated Account Manager and a shared Slack channel from day one.
Still shopping? The comparison library covers other AI SDRs, and this list of 11x.ai alternatives goes wider.
Final Verdict: Which AI SDR to Choose for B2B Outbound
11x.ai and Regie.ai solve different problems. 11x sells a vendor-run AI SDR program at $3,750/mo, billed annually. Regie.ai sells RegieGO, a $49/mo assistant that preps a rep's day but leaves calls and LinkedIn to the rep.
For SMB and mid-market B2B teams that want an AI SDR doing the outreach, Agent Frank is the stronger choice. At $499/mo billed annually, he works email and LinkedIn 24/7, warms every mailbox free with Warmforge, and answers replies in Primebox™. That's about a seventh of 11x's listed Growth price.
One benchmark you can check: after VAI Consulting narrowed its ICP and messaging, Frank booked 3 calls within the first week. The case study is public, and so is Salesforge's note that Frank is a poor fit for Fortune 500 deals with long RFPs.

FAQ: Agent Frank vs 11x.ai vs Regie.ai
Is Agent Frank better than 11x.ai and Regie.ai?
For SMB and mid-market B2B outbound, yes. Agent Frank works email and LinkedIn 24/7 for $499/mo billed annually, or $599/mo billed quarterly, and reaches about 2,000-2,500 new leads a month.
11x.ai's Alice starts at $3,750/mo billed annually for 2,000 prospects. Regie.ai's RegieGO costs $49/mo but leaves calls and LinkedIn touches to the rep. 11x fits enterprise budgets, and RegieGO fits solo sellers who dial.
What's the main difference between Agent Frank, 11x.ai, and Regie.ai?
Who does the work. Agent Frank and 11x's Alice are AI SDRs that prospect, send, follow up, and book meetings.
RegieGO is a workspace that researches, drafts, and dials for a rep, who still reviews drafts and sends LinkedIn touches. Their prices reflect that: 11x Growth lists at $45,000 a year, Frank costs $5,988 a year billed annually, and RegieGO Pro costs $49/mo.
Which is cheaper: Agent Frank, 11x.ai, or Regie.ai?
RegieGO has the lowest bill: free to start, then $49/mo for RegieGO Pro. Among AI SDRs that do the outreach, Agent Frank is cheaper: $499/mo billed annually against 11x Growth at $3,750/mo billed annually, for similar lead volume.
Frank needs email infrastructure on top, such as Megaforge from $69/mo, while 11x includes mailboxes. Frank still comes out about $37,000-$38,000 a year cheaper.
Does Regie.ai automate LinkedIn outreach?
No. RegieGO's site says LinkedIn touches come to you as tasks you send yourself, never bot messages.
Its agents draft email for your own Gmail or Outlook and queue calls in its power dialer. Agent Frank sends LinkedIn connection requests and messages himself, in the same sequence as his emails, and 11x lists LinkedIn as one of Alice's channels.
Can I switch from 11x.ai or Regie.ai to Agent Frank easily?
Yes, but plan the timing. 11x contracts are annual by default and need 30 days' written notice to stop a renewal.
RegieGO plans can be cancelled anytime and stay active to the end of the billing period. Agent Frank starts with a demo, then a 2-week warm-up, so book him about three weeks before your old tool ends.
Which AI SDR has better email deliverability?
Agent Frank gives you the most control over deliverability. Every mailbox gets a 2-week Warmforge warm-up with Heat Score™ tracking, and Megaforge spreads his sending across Gmail, Outlook, Mailforge, and Infraforge with a fallback.
11x.ai is the most hands-off, with managed Gmail mailboxes and warm-up in its price. RegieGO sends only from your own inbox, with no warm-up listed. See this guide to cold email deliverability.
Does Agent Frank offer a free trial?
No. Agent Frank starts with a demo, then a 2-week warm-up before he sends.
Salesforge itself, the platform for human-led outreach, has a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and its plans start at $48/mo monthly ($40/mo annual). 11x.ai has no self-serve trial either, while RegieGO has a Free plan with 250 credits per person.
Who are 11x.ai and Regie.ai best for?
11x.ai fits mid-market and enterprise teams with $36,000-$45,000+ a year for an AI SDR, especially if they want Julian for inbound calls and chats. Regie.ai fits solo reps, founders, and small teams who want AI prep and a power dialer while they run the conversations. Teams that want email and LinkedIn outreach done for them at SMB prices should look at Agent Frank.
