Leaving Dux-Soup, or looking for something better? You are in the right place.
When I was doing sales, Dux-Soup was what I used. Back then the options were limited and it did the job.
Not much has changed since. In 2026 it still runs LinkedIn outreach from a Chrome extension, which means you cannot shut your laptop while a campaign is running. Add a second or third profile and it gets worse.
For basic tasks it is fine. For a team trying to scale, it is not.
Here are the tools I have vetted that can actually take you there.
TL;DR: Best Dux-Soup Alternatives
Salesforge: The safest multichannel outreach tool, with unlimited mailboxes, LinkedIn senders, users and workspaces on a flat fee rather than per seat.
Expandi: The safety-first option. Every account gets its own country-based IP, activity ramps through profile warm-up, and daily limits are set as ranges you cannot exceed. One subscription per LinkedIn account.
Dripify: The closest thing to Dux-Soup with the browser problem removed. Same drip-campaign shape, cleaner builder, runs on their servers, and adds email steps on every paid plan.
Skylead: Everything arrives in one seat rather than in tiers. Unlimited email accounts, infinite warm-up, a B2B database, and Smart Sequences that pick the path to each prospect instead of making you map it.
We-Connect: Cloud with a dedicated country-based IP, and the visual workflow builder is on every plan rather than gated. A seat is one LinkedIn account, so teammates and clients cost nothing extra.
Waalaxy: The cheapest entry here at €19. Set up through a Chrome extension, but campaigns run in the cloud once you pay, which is the opposite of how Dux-Soup handles its cheap plans.
Octopus CRM: Cheaper than Dux-Soup and browser-bound in exactly the same way. A sideways move if the laptop is your problem, a real saving if the price is.
Meet Alfred: Cloud-based, and the only tool here that treats X as a channel alongside LinkedIn and email. Multichannel starts on the $49 tier, since the $29 plan is LinkedIn-only.
SalesRobot: Cloud LinkedIn automation built around AI, including voice and video message cloning and an AI Appointment Setter. Priced per LinkedIn account, with email as a paid add-on on top.
Why People Leave Dux-Soup
Here are the main reasons I keep running into. Most of them come down to the same thing: what was normal in 2015 is expensive in 2026.
Your Computer Has To Stay On
On the basic plans, Pro and Turbo, all you get is the Chrome extension. Campaigns run inside your open browser, so shutting the laptop stops them.
Dux-Soup says it plainly on their own blog: "With Turbo your computer needs to stay on, with your browser open for Dux-Soup to continue to run your automation activity."
Cloud is the fix, and it costs $99 a seat. That seat runs one LinkedIn account, so a second profile means a second $99.
Very Limited Integrations
Dux-Soup connects to Slack, Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, SharpSpring and Freshsales, but only from Turbo upward.
Pro at $14.99 has no CRM integrations at all, and no Zapier.
There is no MCP server and no CLI on any tier, so you cannot point Claude, Cursor or your own agents at it. Several tools on this list offer that on their entry plan.
LinkedIn Only
Dux-Soup does not send email. No email step in a sequence, no mailbox to connect, no warm-up.
If LinkedIn is your only channel, fine. If you want a prospect to get a connection request and then a follow-up email, you need a second tool and you are stitching two campaigns together by hand.
Too Costly to Scale
Dux-Soup prices per seat, and a seat is one LinkedIn account.
Turbo Team is $41.25 per seat on annual billing, Cloud Team is $74.17. Three profiles on Cloud is $222.55 a month. Ten is $741.70.
Cloud Agency starts at $371 a month for five client seats, with metered daily billing above that.
There is no volume tier that changes the shape of this. The cost scales in a straight line with the number of profiles you run.
Where it runs: Cloud, browser extension, or desktop. Whether the IP is dedicated or shared, and whether campaigns survive a closed laptop.
Live pricing: Every price taken from the vendor's own pricing page, not a review site.
Is it scalable: Whether the price and the architecture hold up when you add a second, fifth or tenth LinkedIn account.
Multichannel: Whether LinkedIn and email run in one sequence with branching, or as two campaigns you reconcile by hand.
Integrations: Native CRM connections, API access, and whether MCP or CLI exist for agent-driven workflows.
Real reviews: I read the critical G2 and Capterra reviews, not just the ratings.
Here are the 10, ranked by how much of Dux-Soup's job they replace and what that costs as you grow.

1 - Salesforge
Best for: GTM teams and agencies who need cloud execution and want LinkedIn and cold email running in one sequence rather than two tools.
G2 Rating: 4.6 out of 5
Salesforge is the safest multichannel outreach platform. It runs cold email and LinkedIn as two channels of one sequence rather than two tools you operate side by side.
Unlike Dux-Soup, Salesforge runs your sequence on its own servers. LinkedIn actions go through Salesforge's proxies using session tokens, so there is no extension in my browser and no tab to keep open.
The best part is what a sequence can do. For example, if a prospect ignores my connection request and it sends an email instead. They accept, it sends a LinkedIn message. Same sequence, same prospect record, and every reply lands in one inbox.
Behind all of it is the rest of the Forge stack: email infrastructure, lead data and an autonomous AI SDR, under one login as separate subscriptions.
Salesforge Key Features
Six native LinkedIn actions: Connection requests, messages, InMails, post likes, follows and withdraw requests, each capped at 30 a day per profile.
Unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth: Connect every profile you own. Dux-Soup charges $74.17 a seat for one account on Cloud.
Cloud, with no extension: Actions run through high-quality shared proxies with a custom proxy option. Nothing depends on your browser being open.
Session tokens only: Salesforge never stores your LinkedIn password, and there is no extension injection or DOM manipulation.
Sender rotation and randomised daily limits: Volume spreads across every connected account so no single profile carries the full send.
Conditional sequences across both channels: If a connection request is accepted, send a LinkedIn message. If not, fall back to email.
Primebox™ with Auto-Pilot and Co-Pilot: Every reply from every mailbox and LinkedIn account in one inbox. Co-Pilot drafts, Auto-Pilot answers.
Unlimited mailboxes, users and workspaces: No per-seat, per-mailbox or per-workspace pricing.
Free unlimited warm-up via Warmforge: Every mailbox warms continuously at no extra cost, with Heat Score™ showing when one is safe to scale.
Forge MCP server and CLI: Point Claude, Cursor or your own agents at Salesforge. Dux-Soup has neither.
Salesforge Pros And Cons
Pros
Cons
Flat pricing. Mailboxes and LinkedIn senders never move the bill
No free plan, only a 14-day trial
Multichannel campaigns (Email + LinkedIn)
Warm-up, ESP matching, sender rotation and Bounce Shield included
One inbox for both channels, with AI drafting on approval
Best for: High-volume LinkedIn senders who have burned an account before, or cannot afford to, and want a dedicated IP with a proper warm-up ramp.
G2 Rating: 4.2 out of 5 from 128 reviews
Expandi is a cloud LinkedIn platform that has spent years competing on one thing: keeping accounts alive.
Every profile gets a dedicated country-based IP. Activity ramps gradually through profile auto warm-up. Daily limits are set as ranges rather than fixed numbers, and Expandi will not let you push past them.
That is a direct answer to the second reason people leave Dux-Soup. A Chrome extension running in your own browser session is the most visible form of automation there is. Expandi moves the whole thing off your machine and gives the account an IP that matches where it was created.
None of that removes the risk, and Expandi says so itself. The footer of their own site reads "Use of Expandi is at your own risk." I respect that more than the tools promising safety outright.
The cost is complexity, and add-ons. Image and GIF personalization carries an extra charge, which their pricing page states plainly.
Expandi Key Features
Dedicated country-based IP: Each account runs from its own IP in its own country, so activity does not trace back to your home connection.
Profile auto warm-up: Activity starts low and grows at a rate you set, rather than running at full volume from day one.
Smart limit ranges: You set daily caps for connections, messages, InMails and event invites, and Expandi blocks you from exceeding them.
Mobile Connector campaign: A campaign type that allows an additional 100 connection requests a week on top of your normal limits.
Multichannel outreach: Connection requests, messages and email follow-ups run inside a single sequence.
Sequence builder with if/action logic: Branch a campaign on what the prospect does, with engaging actions placed between follow-ups.
Campaign prioritization: Focus daily volume on the campaigns producing results when several are running at once.
Campaign recovery and blacklist: Recover interrupted campaigns and exclude specific companies or people across every campaign.
Expandi Pros And Cons
Pros
Cons
Dedicated country-based IP per account
Image and GIF personalization costs extra, stated on their own pricing page
Profile auto warm-up with an adjustable ramp
Video personalization needs a Sendspark subscription on top
Mobile Connector adds 100 connection requests a week
One seat per LinkedIn account, so agencies pay per client
Smart limit ranges you cannot accidentally exceed
Email steps exist, but there is no warm-up or rotation behind them
Customer support is a repeated strength in G2 reviews
Steeper first campaign than most tools here
Blacklist and duplication prevention built in
Lowest G2 rating of the cloud tools on this list at 4.2
Best for: Solo sellers who want Dux-Soup's drip campaigns without the browser, at roughly the same price as Turbo.
G2 Rating: 4.5 out of 5 from 348 reviews
Dripify is the closest thing on this list to a straight swap.
Same idea, same shape. You build a drip campaign from LinkedIn actions with delays and conditions between them, then enrol a search or a CSV. The difference is where it runs. Dripify executes on its own servers with a dedicated IP in your location, so nothing depends on your browser and nothing slows your machine.
It also sends email. Every paid plan runs LinkedIn and email steps inside the same sequence, with a built-in finder and verifier, and sending is not metered.
What it does not do is anything underneath the sending. No warm-up, no mailbox rotation, no provider matching, no bounce protection, and no mailboxes to buy. At low volume that is fine. Past a few thousand a month it starts to matter.
One thing worth knowing, since almost every comparison article gets it wrong: Dripify shipped live campaign editing in July 2026. You can add actions, extend a sequence and rewrite copy without restarting.
Dripify Key Features
Cloud drip campaigns: Connection requests, messages, InMails, profile views, endorsements, likes and follows, with delays and conditions between steps.
LinkedIn and email in one sequence: Email steps run on every paid plan, with a built-in email finder and verifier.
Unmetered sending: No cap on emails sent on any plan.
Dedicated inbox: Reply to LinkedIn conversations inside Dripify from the Pro tier upward.
Live campaign editing: Add actions at the start or between steps, extend a finished sequence, and change delays and message text without a rebuild.
Personalization variables and AI icebreaker: 15+ variables plus AI-generated opening lines.
Team management: Multi-team access, roles, shared templates and duplicate-outreach prevention on the Advanced plan.
Campaign and funnel analytics: Campaign, account and daily usage reporting, with step analytics on Advanced.

G2 Rating: 4.5 out of 5 from 126 reviews
Skylead runs LinkedIn and cold email inside what it calls Smart Sequences.
The difference from a normal builder is who does the branching. Most tools make you map every path yourself. Skylead picks the route to each prospect based on what they do.
What makes the $100 seat price work is what comes with it. Unlimited email accounts, 100,000 emails a month, email finding and double verification, infinite warm-up, and unlimited image and GIF personalization. There is no feature gating between tiers, which is unusual here.
They have also moved fast this year. Account-based prospecting and AI enrichment arrived in April, a B2B database in June, and a trainable AI SDR in July.
Against Dux-Soup the trade is straightforward. You pay roughly the same as Cloud Dux and get email, warm-up, a database and branching on top.
Skylead Key Features
Smart Sequences: If/else branching that picks the next step based on whether a prospect accepted, opened or replied, instead of running a fixed order.
Unlimited email accounts: Connect as many mailboxes as you want on one seat, with 100,000 emails a month included.
Infinite email warm-up: InboxFlare warms an unlimited number of mailboxes before and during sending.
Email finder and double verification: Find business emails and verify them twice, including catch-all domains, to cut hard bounces.
B2B database and account-based prospecting: Build company lists and find matching decision-makers inside the tool rather than importing from elsewhere.
Trainable AI SDR: Handles replies across LinkedIn and email through to a booked call. Paid add-on on every tier.
Unlimited image and GIF personalization: Native to the plan, with spintax and Liquid syntax for message variation.
Real-time CRM sync: Two-way sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, plus webhooks and an open API.

Best for: Small teams who want cloud execution and a visual workflow builder at the lowest price, with teammates who cost nothing.
G2 Rating: 4.6 out of 5 from 84 reviews
We-Connect is the cheapest serious cloud tool here, and the seat model is the reason to look at it.
A seat is one LinkedIn account. Team members can be invited at no extra cost and do not need a seat unless they connect their own profile. Set that against Dux-Soup, where a three-person Turbo Team costs $123.75 a month on annual billing, and the maths changes quickly.
Every plan is cloud with no browser extension and a dedicated country-based IP per account. The visual workflow builder, the AI assistant and API access are all on the entry tier rather than gated.
Two things to know before you buy. Growth at $49 is LinkedIn only, so email arrives on Professional at $59. And most of the prices circulating online are the monthly rates rather than the annual ones, which makes We-Connect look $20 a seat more expensive than it is.
We-Connect Key Features
Cloud execution on every plan: No browser extension, and a dedicated country-based IP per account.
LinkedIn Lead Engine: A visual drag-and-drop workflow builder with conditional logic, 22 channel action nodes, AI agent nodes and enrichment nodes. Included on every tier.
20+ LinkedIn actions: Connection requests, messages, InMail, follow-ups, follows, post likes, endorsements, event invitations, and automated greetings for new connections, job anniversaries and new roles.
AI auto-reply in two modes: Co-pilot drafts replies for approval, autonomous mode handles them end to end. Plus a sentiment analysis agent and a profile lead scoring agent.
Unified inbox: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter conversations in one place.
Account safety as standard: Daily action limits, randomised timing, auto-withdraw of pending invitations and account warm-up on every plan.
API on every tier: Webhooks, Zapier and API access are not gated, which is rare at this price.
Free team members: Invite colleagues to manage activity without buying them a seat.

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn tool you set up through a Chrome extension and then run from the cloud.
That distinction matters here, because it is the opposite of how Dux-Soup handles its cheap plans. Waalaxy's own documentation says Cloud is mandatory on every paid plan and campaigns keep running with your computer off. The extension is for setup and lead import.
It is also the easiest tool on this list to get a first campaign going. Their own page says 75% of their users had never done LinkedIn outreach before, and it shows.
Two things older comparisons get wrong. The free plan is gone, so the 80-invitations-a-month tier that half the internet still lists no longer exists. And with 1,504 G2 reviews it has by far the largest sample here, where 30 reviewers flag the price and 22 flag campaign management.
Waalaxy Key Features
Cloud execution on every paid plan: Cloud is mandatory once you pay, so campaigns keep sending overnight and at weekends with your machine off.
Unlimited campaigns: Run as many as you like on every tier. Only the monthly invitation count changes between plans.
Pre-built prospecting sequences: Ready-made templates you launch and edit, rather than building from an empty canvas.
Smart reply detection: A sequence stops automatically for anyone who answers, so nobody gets a follow-up after replying.
CRM sync across 2,000+ tools: Push leads to your CRM natively, with CSV import and export on every plan.
Multi-source imports: Pull prospects from LinkedIn Basic, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite searches.
Cold email sequences: Add email steps to a LinkedIn campaign on the Business plan, with 500 email finder credits a month.
API and automation modules: API access plus Make, Zapier and N8N modules on Advanced and above.

Octopus CRM is the honest sideways move on this list.
It is a Chrome extension that automates LinkedIn actions, which means it carries exactly the same constraint that made you look elsewhere. Your machine has to stay on and the extension runs inside your browser.
What it fixes is the price. Starter is $6.99 a month on annual billing against Dux-Soup Pro's $11.25, and Advanced at $14.99 gets you a funnel builder and CSV import and export.
But check the tier carefully, because Octopus repeats Dux-Soup's own trick. Starter cannot send auto connection requests at all. You get a personal CRM and messages to people you are already connected to. Auto connection requests, endorsements and profile views start at Pro.
One more gate worth knowing: Sales Navigator works on every tier, but Premium and Recruiter compatibility is reserved for the top plan.
Octopus CRM Key Features
Core LinkedIn automation: Connection requests, bulk messaging, profile visits and skill endorsements from a simple campaign builder. Auto connection requests start at the Pro tier.
Built-in CRM dashboard: Track prospects through a personal funnel with saved lists and status, without exporting to another tool.
Funnel builder: Build specific lead funnels and track progression, from the Advanced tier.
Performance analytics: Profile views, search appearances, connection acceptance rates and your Social Selling Index in one place.
Connect by email: On the top plan, send connection requests by email to work around LinkedIn's weekly invitation limit.
Credential-free extension: The extension runs without storing your LinkedIn login details.
Zapier integration: Push LinkedIn data to HubSpot and other tools, on the Unlimited tier.

Best for: Teams who need X alongside LinkedIn and email in one sequence, and will accept a lower-rated product to get all three.
G2 Rating: 3.4 out of 5 from 34 reviews
Meet Alfred is cloud-based, which several comparison articles still get wrong, and it is the only tool here that treats X as a real channel.
If your outbound touches LinkedIn, email and X, nothing else on this list does all three in one sequence. That is the reason to shortlist it.
I am going to be blunt about the rest. At 3.4 it holds the lowest G2 rating on this list by a distance, and G2's own feature scores put it behind Skylead on CRM integration, data cleaning, segmentation and reporting.
Check the tier as well. Basic at $29 is LinkedIn only. Multichannel, Sales Navigator support and InMail automation all start at Pro, $49. And the free plan older articles mention is gone.
One oddity worth knowing: Team at $39 costs less per user than Pro at $49, and it is where white label unlocks at five users.
Meet Alfred Key Features
Three channels in one sequence: LinkedIn, email and X steps run inside the same campaign, from the Pro tier.
Cloud-based execution: Campaigns run on Meet Alfred's servers rather than through a browser extension.
Built-in Lead Finder: Search for prospects and import them straight into campaigns without a CSV step. Included from Basic.
Advanced LinkedIn CRM: Organise prospects with tags, notes and filters without leaving the platform.
Smart LinkedIn Inbox: Manage conversations in one place from Basic, with team inbox management and groups on the Team plan.
InMail automation: Send InMails as a sequence step, from Pro.
White label at 5+ users: Run the platform under your own branding on Team, a lower entry point than most agency plans.

G2 Rating: 4.8 out of 5 from 49+ reviews
SalesRobot is cloud LinkedIn automation built around AI features most of this list does not have.
It clones your voice from a short sample and generates personalised voice notes per prospect. It does the same for video. An AI Appointment Setter handles replies and books meetings, and an AI Commenting feature posts on your prospects' content before you send a connection request.
Pricing is per LinkedIn account rather than per person, which suits agencies. Basic is $39 a month on annual billing, cheaper than Dux-Soup Turbo, and Advanced at $59 unlocks unlimited campaigns and full daily quotas.
The thing their marketing glosses over is email. It reads as bundled. It is a $15 per account per month add-on on top of whichever plan you pick.
SalesRobot Key Features
AI voice and video cloning: Record a short sample once and generate personalised voice notes and videos for every prospect on the list.

How To Switch Off Dux-Soup Without Losing Your Data
There are four steps you need to execute, in this order.
Export your leads first: CSV export works on every Dux-Soup tier, including Pro, so pull everything out of Dux-Dash before you touch the subscription.
Screenshot your campaigns: Sequences do not export. If you have a drip campaign that works, capture the steps, delays and message copy before you go.
Spend your Dux-points: Second-degree email lookups you have already paid for do not transfer anywhere. Run them before you cancel.
Then pause and cancel: Pause running campaigns so nobody is left mid-sequence, then cancel from your account.
Every tool on this list accepts CSV import, so lead data moves cleanly. Sequences are the part you rebuild.
If you move to Salesforge, connect your mailboxes and let Warmforge run for a week before you start sending. Warm-up is free and unlimited, and a week of it is the difference between landing in the inbox and landing in spam.
Final Verdict: Which Dux Soup Alternative is Best?
Nine of the ten tools above get your automation off your own machine.
That is what you came for, and most of this list delivers it. Pick almost any of them and your campaigns will run with the laptop shut.
What far fewer do is change what a sequence can carry once it gets there.
You move from a LinkedIn tool that needs your browser to a LinkedIn tool that does not, and your approach stays exactly the same. Same channel, same weekly limit, same reason the pipeline thins out in month three.
Salesforge is the one tool that changes that. It runs cold email and LinkedIn as two channels of one sequence with real branching, so a declined connection request rolls into an email without you touching it. Warmforge warms every mailbox for free, so the email half actually lands. Every reply from both channels ends up in Primebox™.
Growth is $80 a month on annual billing, with unlimited mailboxes and unlimited LinkedIn senders. Adding one person or ten does not increase the price.
$14.99 for Pro, $55 for Turbo and $99 for Cloud, or $11.25, $41.25 and $74.17 on annual billing. Cloud Agency is $371 a month for five or more client seats.
2) Does Dux-Soup Work When Your Computer Is Off?
Only on Cloud Dux. Pro and Turbo run through the Chrome extension in your open LinkedIn tab, so campaigns stop when the browser closes. Dux-Soup confirms this on their own blog.
3) Does Dux-Soup Have A Free Version?
Yes, a free Starter edition with lifelong access. There is also a 14-day trial, but it runs on Turbo rather than Pro, so you test features Pro does not include.
4) Why Does Dux-Soup Slow Down My Computer?
The extension runs inside your active LinkedIn tab and opens more LinkedIn pages to carry out actions. G2 tags it for slow performance, and reviewers describe processor drain and freezing. Cloud Dux avoids it.
5) Can You Edit A Dux-Soup Campaign After It Starts?
Yes. You can add actions, remove them, reorder by dragging and rewrite copy. Changes do not reach actions already queued, and new actions skip anyone who has finished the sequence.
6) What Is The Cheapest Dux-Soup Alternative?
Octopus CRM at $6.99 a month on annual billing, but it is a Chrome extension too. For cloud, Waalaxy is €19 and We-Connect is $49 a seat.
7) Which Dux-Soup Alternative Is Best For Agencies?
HeyReach for LinkedIn only, since it charges per sender and drops to $39 a seat at fifty. Salesforge if clients need email, with unlimited senders and a workspace per client at $80 flat.
8) Is Dux-Soup Safe For Your LinkedIn Account?
Partly. Pro and Turbo run from your own browser and IP, which is the most visible form of automation. Cloud tools with a dedicated IP per account remove that signal. No tool removes the risk.
9) Does Dux-Soup Send Email?
No. There is no email step, no mailbox to connect and no warm-up. It finds addresses, but anyone beyond your first-degree connections costs Dux-points.
10) Dux-Soup Vs Dripify: Which Is Better?
Dripify runs in the cloud on every plan and sends email on every paid plan. Dux-Soup is cheaper at entry but Pro cannot run a drip campaign. If the browser is your problem, Dripify is the closest swap.
11) What Is The Difference Between Dux-Soup And Salesforge?
Dux-Soup automates LinkedIn from your browser on its two cheapest plans. Salesforge runs LinkedIn and cold email as one sequence on its own servers, with free warm-up, ESP matching and Primebox™. Flat pricing, not per seat.
