11x sells Alice, an AI SDR on annual contracts that start at $3,750/mo. AiSDR is an AI SDR platform from $250/mo, with quarterly contracts on its volume plans. Before annual discounts, both charge $1 to $1.88 per new contact.
For SMB and mid-market B2B teams weighing Agent Frank vs 11x vs AiSDR, Salesforge's Agent Frank is the stronger choice. He runs email and LinkedIn from $599/mo billed quarterly ($499/mo annual), at about $0.25 per contact. Free Warmforge warm-up and the Primebox™ inbox come with him.
I compared these three AI SDRs because they answer two buying questions very differently. What does a month of AI prospecting cost, and what must you sign to try it? I checked each live pricing page in October 2026 and read the public reviews.
11x sells AI "digital workers": Alice for outbound and Julian for inbound calls. AiSDR is a Y Combinator-backed tool run by Ami, its AI GTM agent. Agent Frank is Salesforge's AI SDR, and he runs on the whole Forge Stack.
One public result: VAI Consulting booked 3 calls in a single week with Agent Frank. For a wider view of the market, see this recap of 20 AI SDR demos.

11x Overview: Alice AI SDR Features, Pricing, and Limits

11x is an AI company with offices in San Francisco and London. It sells AI "digital workers" for revenue teams: Alice runs outbound prospecting, and Julian answers inbound calls and chats. 11x says it has raised $70M+ from a16z and Benchmark.
Core features
- Alice filters signals from 50+ data sources and a real-time lead database to find buyers.
- She researches each prospect and writes a personal message instead of using templates.
- Alice covers email and social. Julian adds voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp and chat.
- Every Alice plan includes 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes, domain setup, warm-up, inbox rotation and monitoring.
- Bi-directional CRM sync and meeting scheduling come on every plan.
- Outreach in 105+ languages starts on the 11x Pro plan.
- API and webhooks start on 11x Pro. Custom integrations need 11x Enterprise.
Pricing
11x now shows its Alice prices on a public page. The 11x Growth plan starts at $3,750/mo billed annually, which is $45,000 a year. It covers up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects a month.
11x Pro (up to 10 users, 5,000 prospects a month) and 11x Enterprise (unlimited users, 10,000+ prospects) are custom quotes. Julian is priced on its own, from $5,333/mo for voice and $2,417/mo for chat, both billed annually.
One thing I noticed: the FAQ on the same pricing page says 11x starts at $36,000 a year. That does not match the $3,750/mo plan card, so get the number in writing. Vendr marketplace data, cited in third-party pricing guides, puts the median 11x contract near $40,125 a year.
Who it's best for
11x fits mid-market and enterprise teams that can sign a yearly contract and want outbound and inbound AI from one vendor.
Known limitations
- Annual is the default contract. Every plan card says "Talk to sales," and I found no free trial on the site.
- The 11x Growth plan has no API, no team management and no multi-language outreach.
- Every plan card lists 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes. I found no Outlook or private-IP option on the page.
- Phone, SMS and WhatsApp need Julian, a separate product from $5,333/mo.
What reviewers say
Most 11x reviews on Trustpilot are positive, and many thank a named customer success manager. The critical ones are specific. One 2-star review from March 2026 says the company spent $9,000 on Alice, sent 9,000 messages and got zero meeting requests.
The same reviewer says Alice targeted a senior Google manager in a campaign meant for companies under 500 employees. The 1-star review below describes a pilot offer that turned into a full annual commitment late in the deal. For more detail, read this full 11x review.

AiSDR Overview: Features, Pricing, and Limits

AiSDR is a San Francisco AI SDR company backed by Y Combinator. Its AI GTM agent, Ami, reads your website, plans campaigns, finds leads and writes the outreach. AiSDR says 250+ companies use it.
Core features
- Ami builds a GTM plan from your URL. AiSDR says Ami learned from 17K+ real campaigns.
- Lead search runs on a 300M+ lead database plus Sales Navigator data, with signals like job changes and hiring.
- Outreach covers email through Gmail or Outlook, plus LinkedIn connection requests, messages and InMail.
- Replies go out in 5-10 minutes, or you approve them first in co-pilot mode.
- AiSDR sets up mailboxes, warms domains, runs 3 bounce checks before sending and rotates inboxes.
- Every plan has native two-way HubSpot sync. Two-way Salesforce sync starts on Scale.
- Call steps run through the Aircall dialer, with scripts written by the AI.
Pricing
AiSDR's pricing page, last updated in September 2026, lists three plans. Paying annually takes 20% off.
- Solo: $250/mo, month-to-month ($2,400/yr annual). 200 AI-researched contacts a month, 1 user, 1 domain, 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account.
- Explore: $900/mo on a quarterly contract ($8,640/yr annual). 800 contacts a month, unlimited users, 2 domains, 6 mailboxes and 5 LinkedIn accounts.
- Scale: $2,500/mo on a quarterly contract ($24,000/yr annual). 2,500 contacts a month, 6 domains, 18 mailboxes and 20 LinkedIn accounts.
Explore and Scale are billed monthly, in advance. A managed service costs extra: $149 per campaign on Explore, or $2,500/mo on Scale. Older reviews list a "Grow" plan at $2,500/mo, and the live page's $2,500/mo plan is called Scale.
AiSDR's own FAQ says to expect 1-3 meetings per 100 contacts. On Explore's 800 contacts, that points to roughly 8-24 meetings a month.
Who it's best for
AiSDR fits founders and small HubSpot teams that want to start month-to-month and launch without a sales call.
Known limitations
- The volume plans need a quarterly contract, paid monthly in advance.
- AiSDR says it takes 30+ days to get several inboxes ready for full sending.
- Calls run through the Aircall integration. I found no AI voice agent on the pricing page.
What reviewers say
I could not find a critical AiSDR review on an open review site. Trustpilot had no reviews in October 2026, and all 3 of its Software Advice reviews are 5 stars.
On G2, reviewers name a learning curve (9 mentions) and inaccuracy (7 mentions) as the top complaints. This AiSDR reviews breakdown goes deeper.
Agent Frank Overview: Salesforge's AI SDR on the Forge Stack
Agent Frank is Salesforge's autonomous AI SDR. He finds prospects, writes email and LinkedIn messages, follows up, handles replies and books meetings, 24/7. He works inside a free Salesforge workspace, so you can see every message he sends.
Core features
- He prospects nonstop from Leadsforge's 500M+ contacts, based on your ICP. You can also upload your own lists.
- He enriches and verifies contact data before any message goes out.
- He writes personal email and LinkedIn messages from each prospect's website, blog posts and LinkedIn posts.
- He runs multichannel sequences and sends every follow-up himself.
- Auto-Pilot lets him work alone. Co-Pilot sends you his drafts to approve or edit first.
- He manages replies in Primebox™, the unified inbox for email and LinkedIn.
- He books meetings by sending your calendar link, asking for theirs, or sending a link you choose.
- A Knowledge Base of your docs, brochures and website is his source of truth.
- He writes in 21+ languages, in tones from Formal to Playful.
- You get a dedicated Account Manager and a shared Slack channel.
The Forge Stack behind him
Agent Frank is the autonomous layer of the Forge Stack. Infrastructure (Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge), warm-up (Warmforge), lead data (Leadsforge) and outreach (Salesforge) all sit under one roof and one login.
11x and AiSDR bundle mailboxes and data inside the AI SDR. The Forge Stack sells each layer as its own product, so your human reps can use it too.
Leadsforge lists flow straight into sequences with no CSV export. Every Forge product also has an MCP server for Claude, Cursor or your own agents.
The same stack runs three ways: your team, Agent Frank, or a vetted Forge Expert agency runs it for you.
Pricing
Agent Frank costs $599/mo billed quarterly, or $499/mo billed annually (2 months free). That covers 1,000 active contacts at any time. Salesforge says this equals 2,000-2,500 new leads and 6,000-7,500 personalized emails a month, or about $0.25 per contact.
Email infrastructure is extra. Infraforge starts at $33/mo billed annually for 10 mailboxes. Megaforge, built for Agent Frank, starts at $69/mo for 20 mailboxes split across Gmail, Outlook, Mailforge and Infraforge.
Salesforge's own plans are separate and are for your human reps. Salesforge Pro costs $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual, and Salesforge Growth costs $96/mo monthly or $80/mo annual. You don't need either one to run Agent Frank, and you can verify the live price anytime.
Try Salesforge Free for 14 DaysWho he's best for
Salesforge built Agent Frank for B2B teams selling at $5K-$100K ACVs to startup, SMB and mid-market decision-makers. He fits best when you target 3,000+ businesses and want meetings without a big SDR team. If you're still weighing a hire, compare AI vs human SDRs.
Salesforge itself says it's a poor fit for Fortune 500 targets, long RFP cycles and six- or seven-figure deals.
Honest limitations
- There is no free trial. You need a demo with the Salesforge team before you buy.
- New mailboxes need a 2-week warm-up before he starts sending.
- He covers email and LinkedIn only. Phone outreach is on Salesforge's roadmap.
Here are two public results. VAI Consulting booked 3 calls in a single week with Agent Frank. UniteSync hit an 85.26% positive reply rate and a $2.86 CAC on Salesforge, Mailforge and Warmforge.

Head-to-Head AI SDR Feature Comparison: 11x vs AiSDR
Each subsection below answers one buying question. I use Agent Frank as the benchmark for both tools.
Multi-channel outreach
All three AI SDRs send email, and all three reach prospects on LinkedIn or social. The gaps are phone coverage and sender limits.
- Agent Frank: Email and LinkedIn in one sequence, with unlimited email and LinkedIn senders.
- 11x: Alice handles email and social. Julian adds voice, SMS, WhatsApp and chat, from $5,333/mo for voice.
- AiSDR: Email plus LinkedIn requests, messages and InMail. InMail needs your own Sales Navigator seat, and calls run through Aircall. Each plan includes 1, 5 or 20 LinkedIn accounts.
If you need an AI agent to answer inbound calls, 11x is the only one of the three that lists one. For outbound email plus LinkedIn, Agent Frank covers both channels with no seat caps. More options are in this list of multichannel outreach tools.
Email deliverability and warm-up
All three AI SDRs warm up mailboxes for you. The real gap is how many email providers your sending spreads across.
- Agent Frank: Free Warmforge warm-up uses a premium pool of aged IMAP/SMTP, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Megaforge splits sending across Gmail, Outlook, Mailforge and Infraforge, so one burned provider has a fallback. Its base plan sends about 15 emails a day per mailbox, or roughly 300 a day across 20 mailboxes.
- 11x: Every plan includes 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes, warm-up, rotation, bounce suppression and domain health checks.
- AiSDR: Mailbox setup, warm-up, 3 bounce checks before sending and inbox rotation. AiSDR says inboxes need 30+ days to reach full volume.
I would not put all my sending on one email provider. Infraforge also gives you dedicated IPs, so no other sender shares your reputation.
Warmforge tracks a Heat Score™ for every mailbox, and Salesforge wants it above 97. This email warm-up guide explains the setup.
AI personalization and autonomy
All three AI SDRs research each prospect before writing. They differ in how much control you keep.
- Agent Frank: Auto-Pilot or Co-Pilot, a choice of tones, 21+ languages and a Knowledge Base you control. You pick his goal: a click, sending your meeting link, or getting theirs. He works the hours and days you set, up to 24/7.
- 11x: Deep research per prospect, 105+ languages from the 11x Pro plan, and custom model fine-tuning on 11x Enterprise. 11x says Alice learns from every interaction.
- AiSDR: Ami writes the GTM plan, with unlimited personas, research on the top 3 data points per lead and objection handling. AiSDR says its GTM engineers handle the prompting for you.
For outreach in many languages, 11x lists 105+ from its Pro plan up, while Agent Frank supports 21+. For control, Co-Pilot lets you approve every Agent Frank draft before it goes out.
Reply handling and inbox management
All three AI SDRs can answer replies on their own. The difference is where those replies land and who can step in.
- Agent Frank: Email and LinkedIn replies land in Primebox™ with positive, neutral and negative sentiment tags. Primebox™ also catches replies sent from a different address than the one you emailed.
- 11x: Smart replies and built-in meeting scheduling, with activity synced to your CRM.
- AiSDR: Answers in 5-10 minutes or waits for your approval in co-pilot mode. It books through Calendly or the HubSpot calendar.
When a prospect answers on LinkedIn instead of email, the reply still lands in Primebox™. Your reps can answer from the same inbox Agent Frank uses.
Pricing and scalability
Before annual discounts, Agent Frank costs about $0.24-$0.30 per new contact. 11x Growth costs about $1.88, and AiSDR costs $1.00-$1.25. The full math is in the pricing section below.
Seats matter too. 11x Growth caps you at 5 users and AiSDR Solo at 1. Salesforge pricing isn't seat-based, and Agent Frank's tiers grow up to 50,000 active contacts.
11x says it charges per lead, not per send, so extra follow-ups don't raise the price. AiSDR lets you pay overage or pause campaigns when you hit your monthly contact limit. Agent Frank is billed quarterly or annually, while 11x defaults to a 12-month contract.
Integrations and stack
- Agent Frank: Works inside Salesforge, where Leadsforge, Warmforge and the infrastructure products connect natively, with no Zapier step. The Salesforge Growth plan adds HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, HighLevel, Zapier, Make, webhooks, the API, the MCP server and the CLI.
- 11x: Bi-directional CRM sync on all plans. API and webhooks start on 11x Pro, and custom integrations need 11x Enterprise.
- AiSDR: Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce (Scale plan), Aircall and Calendly.
On security, Salesforge is SOC 2 compliant, 11x lists SOC 2 Type II, and AiSDR's trust center lists a SOC 2 Type 2 report.

Salesforge also made a video comparing 11x and Agent Frank. It dates from January 2025, so trust the tables in this post for current prices.
Agent Frank vs 11x vs AiSDR Pricing Comparison
Agent Frank has the lowest cost per new contact of the three. AiSDR Solo has the lowest monthly bill.
| Pricing detail | Agent Frank | 11x (Alice) | AiSDR |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | $599/mo billed quarterly | 11x Growth: from $3,750/mo, billed annually | AiSDR Solo: $250/mo, month-to-month |
| Annual billing | $499/mo (2 months free) | $45,000/yr (annual only) | 20% off: AiSDR Solo $2,400/yr |
| Entry volume | 1,000 active contacts (2,000-2,500 new leads/mo) | 2,000 new prospects/mo | 200 AI-researched contacts/mo |
| Higher plans | Tiers up to 50,000 active contacts | 11x Pro and Enterprise: custom quotes | AiSDR Explore $900/mo (800 contacts); AiSDR Scale $2,500/mo (2,500 contacts) |
| Contract | Quarterly or annual | Annual; 2-3 year options on 11x Pro and Enterprise | Solo monthly; Explore and Scale quarterly |
| Email infrastructure | Extra: Infraforge from $33/mo (annual) or Megaforge from $69/mo | Included: 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes | Included: set number per plan |
| Cost per new contact (before annual discounts) | About $0.24-$0.30 | About $1.88 | $1.00-$1.25 |
Each vendor counts volume a little differently. Agent Frank prices by active contacts in his pipeline at once. 11x counts new prospects a month, and AiSDR counts AI-researched contacts a month.
11x jumps from a public $3,750/mo to custom quotes once you need more than 5 users or 2,000 prospects. AiSDR scales in clear steps from $250 to $2,500 a month, but the volume plans lock you in for a quarter.
Agent Frank scales by active contacts. Your human reps can join on Salesforge Growth at $96/mo monthly ($80/mo annual) with unlimited users, instead of paying per seat. To test your own numbers, Salesforge's free outreach tools include an AI Agent ROI Calculator.
Cost scenario: about 2,000-2,500 new prospects a month
Say you want an AI SDR to work about 2,000-2,500 new prospects a month for a full year. Here is the list price of each vendor's closest plan:
- Agent Frank: $5,988 a year billed annually, or $7,188 billed quarterly. Add Megaforge at $828 a year for $6,816-$8,016 in total.
- 11x Alice Growth: $45,000 a year for 2,000 new prospects a month, with mailboxes included.
- AiSDR Scale: $24,000 a year billed annually, or $30,000 on the quarterly plan, for 2,500 contacts a month.
At this volume, 11x costs about 6.6 times as much as Agent Frank on annual billing. AiSDR costs about 3.5 times as much.
Which AI SDR Should You Choose: Agent Frank, 11x, or AiSDR
Pick the block below that matches your sales motion, budget and contract terms.
You might consider 11x if:
- You need AI agents for inbound calls, SMS and WhatsApp as well as outbound, from one vendor.
- You sell in many markets and need outreach in 105+ languages (11x Pro and up).
- Your budget fits an annual contract at 11x's $3,750/mo list price.
You might consider AiSDR if:
- You want to start at $250/mo, month-to-month, without a sales call.
- Your team lives in HubSpot and wants two-way sync on the entry plan.
- You need two-way Salesforce sync and website visitor tracking, which come on AiSDR's $2,500/mo Scale plan.
Choose Agent Frank if:
- You sell B2B at $5K-$100K ACVs to SMB or mid-market buyers and target 3,000+ businesses.
- You want email and LinkedIn from one AI SDR, with every reply in Primebox™.
- You want the lowest cost per contact here, about $0.25, on quarterly terms instead of an annual lock-in.
- You want to own your infrastructure: your mailboxes, Infraforge, or multi-provider Megaforge.
- You want one stack that your reps, Agent Frank or a Forge Expert agency can run.
For two-way breakdowns, see 11x vs Agent Frank and Agent Frank vs AiSDR, or browse all comparisons.
Final Verdict: Which AI SDR to Hire in 2026
11x and AiSDR are real products with paying customers. 11x sells Alice on annual contracts from $3,750/mo and keeps phone, SMS and WhatsApp in a second product. AiSDR starts at $250/mo but moves to quarterly contracts once you need volume.
For SMB and mid-market B2B outbound, Agent Frank is the stronger choice. He works email and LinkedIn for $599/mo billed quarterly ($499/mo annual), at about $0.25 per contact. At about 2,000 prospects a month, he costs less than a fifth of 11x Growth, even with Megaforge's base plan added.
One claim you can check: VAI Consulting booked 3 calls in a single week with Agent Frank. If you sell to Fortune 500 accounts through long RFP cycles, Salesforge itself says it's the wrong fit for you.
Below is real Agent Frank campaign data from Salesforge, with reply rates, sentiment and LinkedIn results per sender.

Agent Frank vs 11x vs AiSDR: FAQs
Is Agent Frank better than 11x and AiSDR?
For most SMB and mid-market B2B teams, yes. Agent Frank runs email and LinkedIn for $599/mo billed quarterly or $499/mo billed annually, about $0.25 per contact.
11x Growth starts at $3,750/mo on an annual contract, and AiSDR's volume plans cost $900-$2,500/mo on quarterly contracts. 11x is stronger if you also need an AI phone agent, since it is the only one of the three that lists one.
What's the main difference between Agent Frank, 11x, and AiSDR?
The main difference is what comes with the AI SDR. Agent Frank sits on the Forge Stack, with Leadsforge data, free Warmforge warm-up, Primebox™ and your choice of email infrastructure.
11x pairs Alice with Julian, an AI phone and chat agent, on annual contracts. AiSDR centers on Ami, an AI GTM agent, with a month-to-month Solo plan.
Which is cheaper: Agent Frank, 11x, or AiSDR?
AiSDR has the lowest entry bill at $250/mo, but Agent Frank is the cheapest per contact. For about 2,000-2,500 new prospects a month, Agent Frank plus Megaforge costs $6,816-$8,016 a year.
AiSDR Scale costs $24,000-$30,000 a year, and 11x Growth costs $45,000 a year. Agent Frank's price does not include Salesforge Pro or Growth, which you only need for human reps.
Do 11x and AiSDR support LinkedIn outreach?
Yes, both do. AiSDR sends LinkedIn connection requests, messages and InMail, and InMail needs your own Sales Navigator account.
11x says Alice handles email and social outreach, while Julian covers calls and texts. Agent Frank also runs email and LinkedIn together, with unlimited senders. His LinkedIn replies land in Primebox™ next to email replies.
Can I switch from 11x or AiSDR to Agent Frank easily?
Yes, but plan around your contract. 11x contracts are annual by default, and AiSDR's Explore and Scale plans are quarterly, so switch at renewal.
Agent Frank needs a demo, a Knowledge Base about your offer, mailboxes and a 2-week warm-up. You can upload your existing lead lists or let him prospect from Leadsforge's 500M+ contacts.
Which AI SDR has better email deliverability?
Agent Frank gives you the most control over deliverability. Warmforge warm-up is free, and Megaforge spreads sending across Gmail, Outlook, Mailforge and Infraforge, so one burned provider has a fallback.
11x includes warm-up on 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes. AiSDR includes warm-up and 3 bounce checks but says new inboxes need 30+ days.
Does Agent Frank have a free trial?
No. Agent Frank requires a demo with the Salesforge team before you buy, and new mailboxes need a 2-week warm-up.
Salesforge's own platform has a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Salesforge Pro costs $48/mo monthly or $40/mo annual, and Salesforge Growth costs $96/mo monthly or $80/mo annual, separate from Agent Frank.
Who is 11x best for, and who is AiSDR best for?
11x suits mid-market and enterprise teams that can sign an annual contract from $3,750/mo and want AI for inbound calls too. AiSDR suits founders and small HubSpot teams that want to start at $250/mo, month-to-month, with self-serve signup. Teams selling at $5K-$100K ACVs to 3,000+ businesses pay far less per contact with Agent Frank.
