The Forge 2025 Wrapped: Everything We Shipped (And Why It Mattered)

2025 was not a year of “nice-to-have” features. It was a year of foundations, scale, and fixing the parts of outbound that quietly break when volume goes up: infrastructure, deliverability, sourcing quality, attribution, and control. Instead of launching disconnected tools, we spent the year turning The Forge into a system - one where email, LinkedIn, AI, data, and infrastructure actually work together.

Here’s the Forge Wrapped.

The Big Theme of 2025: Scale Without Burn

Cold outreach only works if the underlying infrastructure holds up. That’s where most teams struggle - and where we focused first.

This year, we shipped:

The goal was simple: fewer deliverability surprises, fewer burned inboxes, and more predictable scale.

Multichannel, Done Properly

Adding LinkedIn to outbound is easy. Doing it safely and intelligently is not. In 2025, Salesforge and Agent Frank went fully multichannel:

  • Email + LinkedIn sequences with conditional branching
  • LinkedIn steps inside Primebox, including mobile support
  • InMail support for Premium LinkedIn accounts
  • Templates, previews, analytics, and auto-spintax for multichannel flows
  • Do-Not-Contact expanded to LinkedIn, so compliance didn’t fall apart

This wasn’t about blasting more channels. It was about orchestration - messages adapting based on real behavior.

Leadsforge Launched & Disrupted Lead Generation

Outbound is only as good as the data feeding it. Leadsforge went live this year to fix sourcing and enrichment at the root:

  • Waterfall email enrichment
  • Separate email, LinkedIn, and phone enrichment
  • Lookalike companies and LinkedIn follower search
  • Intent signals and lead qualification
  • Website + LinkedIn data used together for smarter filtering
  • Public API for sourcing and enrichment

The result: fewer bloated lists, higher ICP match, and less wasted outreach.

Agent Frank Got Smarter

2025 was a major year for Agent Frank. Instead of pushing volume, we focused on control and quality:

  • Improved AI engine and personalization
  • Technology-based targeting
  • Multi-threading with clear limits and logic
  • Re-engagement and long-term follow-ups
  • New goal types and behavioral “Do’s & Don’ts”
  • Lead qualification before outreach even starts

Frank stopped being “an AI that sends emails” and became an AI SDR that behaves more like a disciplined human team.

Analytics Finally Connected to Revenue

Replies are useful. Revenue is the point. This year, we shipped:

  • Revenue attribution for manual sequences
  • Opportunity tracking for multichannel sequences
  • Shareable sequence analytics
  • Faster, more reliable dashboards
  • Improved sender profile analytics

Outbound performance stopped being vibes-based and started being measurable end-to-end.

Integrations That Removed Friction

Instead of forcing users into one workflow, we connected to the tools they already use. Native and bi-directional integrations rolled out across the year, including:

Less exporting. Fewer CSVs. More automation that actually sticks.

How We Worked With Partners in 2025

In 2025, partnerships stopped being informal and became part of the product.

We launched the Forge Experts program. It gives proven partners more visibility, closer collaboration, and direct referrals - making it easier for teams to find people who actually know how to scale outbound properly.

This includes partners and Forge Experts like B2B Boosted, SalesCaptain, Growth Alliance, Outbound Pros, LFG, B2B Bandits, New Net Solutions, Cunvert Copy.

We also expanded our whitelabel offering:

  • Salesforge Whitelabel lets partners resell Salesforge under their own brand and pricing, with a 20% revenue share.
  • Infraforge Whitelabel enables partners to resell private cold email infrastructure - domains, mailboxes, DNS, and deliverability - as part of their own outbound services.

The Quiet Wins That Made Everything Smoother

Some of the most important updates weren’t flashy - but you felt them.

  • Global onboarding across all Forges
  • Auto-sync between products
  • Cross-Forge user sync
  • Google sign-in everywhere
  • Multi-language support
  • Primebox on mobile
  • Variable validation to prevent silent deliverability issues

These are the changes you stop noticing - because things just work.

Building in Public, Offline and On-Camera

Alongside product work, we stayed close to the community:

  • Clay events across Europe & other B2B SaaS events around the world
  • Webinars and interviews with founders and experts from Folk, Databar, Sendspark, Leadspicker, Woodpecker, SalesAPE, LFG, and more (you can find the replays here)

Less theory. More real conversations with teams actually doing outbound at scale.

Wrapping It Up

2025 wasn’t about launching “more tools.” It was about making outbound safer, more predictable, and easier to scale:

  • Stronger infrastructure
  • Better data
  • Real multichannel control
  • AI that doesn’t go rogue
  • Analytics tied to revenue

If you forged pipeline with us this year - thanks for trusting the stack. 2026 is already in motion.
