Outboundary promises meetings booked through fully automated outbound campaigns. Their certified-expert listing prices multichannel outbound from $3,500 a month.
If you have been searching for Outboundary reviews, you found almost nothing. There is no Clutch profile, no Trustpilot page, and no Google reviews.
I hit the same wall when I started digging. So this Outboundary review covers what I could verify from public records, their own pages, and live directory data.
They are a small, founder-led outbound shop on the French Basque coast. Email, LinkedIn, and calls are the channels on offer.
The French business register lists the company as active since 3 January 2023, with Iker Morales as its only manager.
Below I cover their services, their prices, how the work would run, the gaps I found, and what to ask before you sign.
At a Glance: Should You Hire Outboundary?
| Decision Factor | Our Assessment |
|---|---|
| Best For | French-speaking B2B teams in France or the EU that want hourly outbound help from a named operator, and are willing to run their own vendor checks. |
| Standout Strength | Published rates and a founder who works in public. Two recent French GTM video episodes point viewers to him for the playbook, and their LinkedIn banner carries six company logos, including Pelico, Brigad, Wooclap, and Brevo. |
| Things to Consider | No company website, no case studies, and no third-party review footprint on Clutch, G2, or Trustpilot. Their prices sit on a software vendor's partner directory rather than a site of their own. |
| Not the Right Fit If... | You need a written meetings guarantee, documented deliverability practice, references you can call, or proof in the US market. |
| Before You Decide | Compare a few agencies on industry expertise, pricing model, outbound channels, and client size before you choose one. |
| Compare Certified Agencies | Explore the Forge Expert Network to find agencies specializing in cold email, LinkedIn outreach, AI-powered outbound, deliverability, and GTM consulting. Browse by industry, market, language, and expertise. |
Our Verdict on Outboundary
Hire Outboundary for hourly consulting or platform coaching. Do not hand them a $3,500 a month managed program until they produce references and written terms.
Two things support this verdict. The company is real and current: the French business register shows OUTBOUNDARY active since January 2023, VAT registered, with filings updated in July 2026.
The founder also does visible work. Two recent episodes of the French GTM channel Pipecorn send viewers to him for the playbook. The more popular one has roughly 19,000 views.
Three things hold it back:
- No case studies and no client outcomes on any page they control.
- No independent reviews on Clutch, Trustpilot, Google, or Reddit.
- No published guarantee, contract length, or data ownership terms.
Before you sign, get two client references and the contract terms in writing. If neither arrives, you can look at other certified agencies instead.
How I Evaluated Outboundary
I have not been an Outboundary client, so this review is research-based.
I searched the official French business register and read their LinkedIn company page. I read their certified-expert listing with the outreach platform lemlist. I searched Clutch, Trustpilot, Google, and Reddit for reviews. G2 blocks automated checks. I also checked their domain names and watched the videos their listing points to.
Their founder's LinkedIn profile sits behind a login wall. The register's own page blocks bots, so I queried the government business-register API directly.
I judged them on four things. Who owns the sending infrastructure, how leads get qualified, what the contract says, and whether the numbers hold up. Everything below marked "reports" or "says" comes from their own published material.
Outboundary Services Reviewed
Outboundary sells one core outcome: meetings booked with the accounts you want.
Finding out how is harder than usual, because they have no company website. Their LinkedIn page fills the website field with the founder's personal LinkedIn profile. The "About us" section is a single line pointing to that same profile.
The page describes the company as Marketing Services, size 2 to 10 employees, type Self-Employed.

Their services and rates appear in one place only: their certified-expert listing with lemlist.

Multichannel Outbound Campaigns
Their listing prices this service from $3,500 a month. It covers cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and calls, with personalized messaging aimed at booking qualified meetings.
Their French profile description says they generate meetings through fully automated campaigns, and build an agent-driven setup so the sending platform prospects continuously.
The listing never says how many mailboxes, domains, or contacts that retainer covers. Ask for those three numbers in writing before you compare their price with anyone else's.
Consulting and Training
Priced from $120 an hour, and described as strategy, coaching, and team training to improve outbound results.
This is the part of their offer with the most public evidence behind it. The founder appears in French GTM video episodes whose descriptions direct viewers to message him for the playbook.
Ask for the agenda of a first session. An hour of specific advice is easy to judge, which makes this the cheapest way to test whether they know your market.
Platform Coaching
Their third service is four hours of coaching during your first three months on lemlist, from $125 an hour.
That tells you something useful about the stack. Their disclosed tooling centers on one sending platform plus AI agents, not on infrastructure they own and run for you.
Ask which platform your campaigns would run on, and who pays for the license. That cost usually sits outside the retainer.

Every Outboundary cell comes from their own public material. Every expert cell comes from live profiles I fetched while writing this. Confirm the details on your discovery calls.
How Outboundary's Process Works
Outboundary does not publish a process anywhere I could find. So here are the six stages you would live through, and the check to run at each one.
Discovery and ICP Definition
Their listing says campaigns target prospects with personalized messaging, which has to start from an agreed target list. Nothing on their pages describes a discovery step or who runs it.
Ask them to write your ideal customer profile down after the first call. If their version does not match yours, you have found the problem early and cheaply.
Prospect List Creation
There is no public detail on data sources, enrichment, or verification. Their emphasis on automation and AI agents usually means bought data plus an enrichment layer.
Ask to see a sample list before launch. Even a quick check of 50 rows will tell you more than any sales call.
Copy and Campaign Approval
Their listing promises personalized messaging. It does not say whether you approve sequences before they send, which is the difference between your brand and their template.
Get approval rights in writing. Ask how cold email personalization is generated, then read three real examples from a live campaign.
Campaign Launch
Nothing published covers domains, mailboxes, or sender reputation. For an agency selling automated volume, this is the biggest hole in the public material.
Ask who buys the domains, how many mailboxes will run, and how long email warm up takes before the first send. Two weeks is a normal floor.
Reply Handling and Meeting Booking
Their listing says campaigns book qualified meetings. It never defines what qualified means, and a reply and a booked meeting are very different things.
Ask who answers an interested prospect, and how fast. Then get the definition of "qualified" written into the contract.
Reporting and Optimization
No reporting cadence, dashboard, or metric set appears on any page they publish.
Ask for a sample report and a weekly cadence. Ask which email deliverability numbers you will see, including bounce rate and inbox placement.
Outboundary Pricing and Contract Terms
Outboundary publishes rates, which is more than many agencies do. The unusual part is where they publish them: on a software vendor's expert directory, because they have no site of their own.
Their listing shows three prices. Multichannel outbound from $3,500 a month, consulting and training from $120 an hour, and platform coaching from $125 an hour.
For context, comparable managed cold email agencies tend to charge monthly retainers in the low four figures. Their entry retainer sits at the upper end of that band with less public evidence behind it.
What's Included at Each Price Point
The listing gives a channel list and nothing else. No contact volume, no mailbox count, no meeting target, no contract length, and no notice period.
There is also no guarantee of any kind. That is worth knowing, because several certified agencies publish one and will put it in a contract.
Ask for a one-page scope with volumes and deliverables. Compare that page between agencies, not the headline price.
Hidden and Additional Costs to Watch
Five costs sit outside most retainers, and none of them are addressed in their public material:
- Domains and mailboxes, which scale with your sending volume
- Data and enrichment credits
- Setup or onboarding fees
- LinkedIn accounts or Sales Navigator seats
- Who keeps the domains and the lists at exit
That last item matters most. If the agency owns your sending domains, leaving means starting your deliverability from zero.
Ask about the sending platform license too, because their disclosed stack centers on one platform.
Who Should Hire Outboundary?
- You sell B2B in France or the wider EU, and you want to work in French with a hands-on operator.
- You want hourly help with outbound sales strategy, or coaching for the team you already have.
- You run lemlist already, or plan to, and want someone certified on it to set it up properly.
- You are comfortable doing your own vendor checks, because there is no review platform to lean on.
- Your deal sizes are large enough that a handful of meetings pays back a four-figure monthly retainer.
Who Should Not Hire Outboundary?
- You need independent reviews before you sign. I could not find a single one.
- You need proof in the US market. Their public material is French and lists no markets.
- You want a contractual meetings guarantee. They publish none, and several alternatives do.
- You need documented deliverability practice: owned domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up on paper.
- You want bench depth. The register records one manager and no salaried employees.
If you are sending under a few hundred emails a month, you may not need an agency at all. Running Salesforge yourself at $48 per month covers that volume with warmup included.
Outboundary Case Studies and Reported Results
Outboundary publishes no case studies. I found no client names with numbers attached, no reply rates, and no meeting counts on any page they control.
The closest thing is their LinkedIn banner, which displays six company logos including Pelico, Brigad, Wooclap, and Brevo. The page does not say what work was done for any of them, or when.
Their expert listing has a Clients block, and it is empty. The Media block links two French GTM video episodes instead.
Ask which of those six were paying retainer clients, what each engagement delivered, and whether one will take a reference call. A logo is a starting point, not a result.
Outboundary Limitations to Consider Before Signing
- No independent reviews: Clutch's site search returns zero results for them, and Trustpilot has no profile. No Google Business Profile surfaced either. The two closest Trustpilot names, Outboundry and Outboundly, are different companies in the US and Canada. Do not read their ratings as these.
- No company website: every domain I checked was either parked for sale or unregistered. A local business directory lists a URL that now redirects to an unrelated product. Ask for a written scope, since there is no site to read.
- No verified performance data: an outbound agency directory carries an auto-imported listing of the founder. It states plainly that the performance metrics are not verified, and that no description was provided. Treat numbers you hear on the call as unverified until references confirm them.
- No published guarantee or terms: nothing states a meeting target, a minimum term, or a notice period. Get all three in writing before any money moves.
- Thin recorded team: LinkedIn shows 2 to 10 employees and three people, while the register records one manager and no salaried staff. Ask who runs your campaigns day to day, and what happens when that person is on holiday.
- Single-platform stack: their disclosed tooling centers on one sending platform. Ask what happens to your campaigns, and your data, if you ever want to move off it.

None of these should rule them out on its own. But if two or more matter to you, compare agencies that already answer these questions on their public profiles. That is exactly what the certified agencies below do.
Outboundary Alternatives: Certified Forge Experts Worth Considering
Do not just search for a B2B lead generation agency and pick the first result. Compare a few whose practices you can actually check.
The Forge Expert Network is a directory of agencies certified on the Forge ecosystem. Certification requires completing Salesforge's cold email training and meeting the program's eligibility requirements, so every listed agency has a disclosed, modern outbound stack.
The directory is younger and smaller than Clutch, so treat it as a curated starting point rather than a complete market map. If you are shortlisting more broadly, my Martal Group review and Abstrakt Marketing Group review cover two much larger alternatives.
1. Outbound Pros
Best for: buyers who want a written meetings guarantee and deliverability practice on paper.
Outbound Pros states a guarantee of 50 to 75 qualified meetings per month, with commission-based pricing and retainers between $1.5K and $10K. Their profile lists 4+ years active and markets in the US, EU, and Canada.
Deliverability is the part they document. The profile says every client gets dedicated, owned domain infrastructure with documented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. It adds a 4 to 6 week warm-up aimed at 85 to 95% inbox placement, and reports 8 to 15% positive reply rates. Their Outbound Pros case study reports zero downtime across client campaigns and onboarding new clients without extra licenses.
This is the option to look at if a guarantee matters to you. Outboundary publishes none.

2. B2B Boosted
Best for: teams that want to own the outbound system rather than rent it.
B2B Boosted publishes prices outright: a 30-day pilot at £1,999, or a three-month sprint at £1,749 a month, with consulting from £100 an hour. Their profile states no minimum commitment and no termination clauses.
Ownership is their stated position. The profile says everything is set up under accounts your company owns, and that clients keep the tables, prompts, and workflows if they leave. They list 3+ years active, markets in the UK, EU, and US, and a client at E-Tabs reporting doubled meetings booked.
This is the option to look at if exit terms worry you. Outboundary says nothing public about who keeps your domains or your data.

3. SalesAR
Best for: buyers who want named client outcomes before the first call.
SalesAR reports 700+ clients served, 30,000+ appointments set, and an 80% contract renewal rate, with pricing from $2,500 a month. Their profile lists 6+ years active and markets in the EU and US.
Their profile also carries a named client. Akridata reports 190+ appointments and a rise in closed-won deals from a multichannel program with constant testing. They describe ABM-style campaigns rather than volume-based sending.
This is the option to look at if the missing review footprint bothers you. Outboundary has no named client outcome on any page.

Prefer Not to Hire an Agency at All?
Two routes are worth pricing before you commit to a retainer.
Run outbound yourself with Salesforge. It starts at $48 per month with unlimited mailboxes and free unlimited Warmforge warmup included, plus a 14-day free trial.
Or hire Agent Frank, Salesforge's autonomous AI SDR, from $499 per month billed quarterly. He handles prospecting, sequencing, replies, and meeting booking on his own. He is always a separate subscription, and he needs a sales-led demo plus a two-week warm-up before he starts sending.

Questions to Ask Before Hiring Outboundary
Their answers will tell you more than any review, including this one.
- What exactly counts as a qualified lead or meeting, and who decides when it counts?
- Who owns the domains, the mailboxes, and the lists when we stop working together?
- What is the total monthly cost including domains, data, platform licenses, and setup?
- Who replies to an interested prospect, and within how many hours?
- What is the minimum commitment, and what notice do I give to cancel?
- Do I approve every prospect list and every sequence before it sends?
- What will you report, how often, and will bounce rate and inbox placement be in it?
- Which clients in my industry have you run this for, and can I call one of them?
Final Verdict: Is Outboundary Worth It?
Outboundary is worth considering for French-speaking B2B teams that want hourly outbound help from a named operator.
What sets them apart is openness about price and a founder who works in public. Their listing publishes three rates. Two recent French GTM episodes also point viewers to him for the playbook, and the more popular one has roughly 19,000 views.
What is missing is almost everything a buyer normally checks: case studies, independent reviews, a guarantee, and contract terms.
So I would shortlist them for a paid consulting hour or a coaching block with a French-speaking team. I would not give them a $3,500 a month managed program until references and written terms are on the table.
If you need a guarantee, documented deliverability, or client outcomes you can verify before the first call, compare certified agencies instead.
Compare Certified AgenciesFrequently Asked Questions
1. Is Outboundary a Legitimate Company?
Yes. The official French business register lists OUTBOUNDARY as active, registered on 3 January 2023, under SIREN 947864609. The registered office is in Bidart, next to Biarritz. It is VAT registered, and the register names one manager, Iker Morales, with filings updated in July 2026. The register records no salaried employees, and the 2 to 10 headcount on LinkedIn is self-reported. They have no third-party review footprint yet, which is a separate question from being a real company.
2. How Much Does Outboundary Cost?
Their expert listing prices multichannel outbound from $3,500 a month, consulting and training from $120 an hour, and platform coaching from $125 an hour. The listing does not say what volumes the retainer covers. The retainer is not the full price either: domains, mailboxes, data credits, and the sending platform license usually sit on top.
3. Does Outboundary Guarantee Leads?
No. I found no guarantee on any page they publish, and no stated meeting target. Their listing says campaigns book qualified meetings, but it never defines qualified. A reply and a booked meeting are very different things. Ask for the definition and any target in writing before you sign.
4. Who Owns the Lead Data and Campaign Assets?
Nothing public says. Their pages do not mention who keeps the domains, mailboxes, or prospect lists when an engagement ends. Domain ownership matters most: if the agency owns your sending domains, walking away means rebuilding your sender reputation from zero. Get ownership named in the contract, not agreed on a call.
5. What Are the Best Outboundary Alternatives in 2026?
Outbound Pros states a guarantee of 50 to 75 qualified meetings per month with documented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. B2B Boosted publishes a £1,999 pilot and sets everything up under accounts you own. SalesAR reports 30,000+ appointments set and names a client on its profile. All three sit in the Forge Expert Network. For smaller volumes, running Salesforge in-house from $48 a month costs less than any retainer.
6. Should You Hire a Lead Generation Agency or Build Outbound In-House?
Hire an agency when you need pipeline fast and do not want to hire and train SDRs. Build in-house when you want to own the system, the data, and the learning long term. The middle path is running Salesforge yourself, or hiring Agent Frank as an AI SDR. You can move to an agency once your volume justifies the cost.
