Leadix Review: Is It Worth Hiring?

Leadix Review: Is It Worth Hiring?

Summarize with

Leadix promises B2B sales systems built on market signals, AI and automated workflows. Their site reports more than 1,000 open doors, a 9.8x average ROI and work across 25+ industries.

If you have been searching for Leadix reviews, you will not find them on Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot. There is no profile on any of the three.

I ran into that wall myself. So this Leadix review covers what I found across their own site, the Belgian business register, two partner directories and Belgian trade press.

Leadix is a Brussels agency. It runs cold email, LinkedIn and account-based campaigns, mostly for companies selling into French-speaking Europe.

Their legal notices name the company Leadix SRL. The Belgian register lists Morgann Dawance as director since May 2022, and he signs the site's contact replies as CEO.

Below: what they sell, what their cases report, what pricing is public, and what to ask.

Leadix Reviews: What Real Users Are Saying

I searched Clutch, G2 and Trustpilot and found no Leadix profile on any of them. No Reddit thread came up either.

The only public rated footprint is their lemlist partner listing. It shows 5.0 from 7 reviews, all in French, on a marketplace where Leadix is a listed partner.

What Customers Like

  • A co-founder at SBEP says the team knows its craft, and that their expertise saves real time on outbound prospecting.
  • Mediafield's marketing manager describes them as fast, responsive and genuine data specialists worth keeping on file.
  • The CEO of Scale You Up reports a first LinkedIn message on Monday and a contract above €22k MRR closed that Friday.

What Customers Don't Like

Nothing critical exists in public. All seven lemlist ratings are 5.0, and I found no complaint, negative review or forum thread anywhere.

That absence is not evidence of a problem, and not evidence of quality either. Seven reviews on one partner platform is a thin sample.

Ask for two reference calls: one current client, and one whose campaign has already ended.

Our Verdict on Leadix

Hire Leadix if you sell B2B into Belgium, France or the Benelux, clear €1M in revenue, and want email and LinkedIn campaigns run for you.

Two things support this verdict. Their case studies report full funnels with countable numbers, including 1,221 stores identified and 165 conversations generated for IKKS.

The legitimacy check is also clean. Leadix SRL is active in the Belgian business register with three registered establishment units and employer registration since April 2023.

One thing holds it back. Several answers a buyer needs are simply not public:

  • No pricing on their own site, and two partner listings that quote different entry points.
  • No published guarantee, and no definition of what counts as a qualified lead.
  • Nothing stated about who keeps the domains, mailboxes and lists when you leave.
  • A December 2025 trade-press piece describes upheaval that nearly closed the agency.

Get the price, the qualified-lead definition and the exit terms in writing before you sign. If the answers come back vague, you can look at other certified agencies here.

How I Evaluated Leadix

I have not been a Leadix client, so this review is research-based.

This session I read their homepage, all four service pages, five case-study pages, their toolstack page and their legal notices. I checked the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises for the legal entity, its status and its establishment units.

I also searched Clutch, G2 and Trustpilot, and read their lemlist and Clay partner listings. I checked both founders' public LinkedIn presence and Belgian trade-press coverage from 2022 and 2025.

I judged them on four things: infrastructure ownership, how leads get qualified, contract terms, and whether the published numbers hold up on the source pages. Everything below marked "reports" or "says" comes from their own published material.

Leadix Services Reviewed

Leadix sells one core outcome: meetings with decision-makers its data work identifies for you. This is managed B2B lead generation, not a software subscription.

Cold Email Lead Generation

Their cold email service covers targeting, list building, copywriting and campaign management.

The IKKS case shows the shape of the work. They report a script identifying 1,221 Benelux multi-brand stores, then four sequences in French and Dutch.

LinkedIn Prospecting

Their LinkedIn outreach runs as a channel in its own right.

On the Tapio campaign they report prioritising LinkedIn because the target personas were active there. Email only triggered when a LinkedIn invitation went unaccepted, which is a sensible sequencing choice.

Account-Based Marketing

Their ABM page describes supporting priority accounts at every funnel touchpoint rather than one cold sequence.

They also sell intent-based targeting, timed with web behaviour signals. Their site does not name the intent data sources, so ask which signals they actually buy.

GTM Coaching and Data Builds

Their FAQ describes three categories of offer: coaching to build the skill in-house, database creation for precise targeting, and full outbound service.

That matters if you want to own the system afterwards. Their lemlist listing prices consulting separately.

How Leadix's Process Works

Discovery and ICP Definition

Their site says they define your ideal customer profile together, using industry, revenue, technologies used, hiring activity, growth stage and team size. They also build lookalikes from your existing best customers.

Ask them to run the lookalike model on your last ten closed-won deals. The best campaigns I have seen started from the client's own won-deal list.

Prospect List Creation

For CentralApp they report scraping restaurants by city with location, rating, review count and cuisine type, then enriching websites and contact data.

Ask to see a sample list before launch. A quick check of 50 rows tells you more than any sales call.

Copy and Campaign Approval

Their site says sequences are written with your team to keep your brand's voice. The IKKS work used four sequences across two languages, which suggests real message testing rather than one template.

Get approval rights in writing, and ask how the personalization is produced. Ask specifically whether a human reviews AI-drafted lines before sending.

Campaign Launch

Their toolstack page lists deliverability tools including Warmbox, MailReach, Folderly and Mailreef, so domain setup and email warm-up are clearly part of their world.

What their site does not say is who buys the domains. Ask that before launch, because it decides who keeps your sending reputation later.

Reply Handling and Meeting Booking

Their FAQ says they take the time-consuming parts of prospecting so your reps can close. For Impact Valley they report syncing lemlist with HubSpot, so the client could track progress from first interest to quote and signature.

Ask who answers an interested prospect at 6pm on a Friday. If the answer is your team, you need someone rostered for it.

Reporting and Optimization

Their case pages read like reports: contacted, accepted, replied, interested, each with a percentage.

Their site does not state a reporting cadence. Ask for it in writing, and ask which numbers trigger a change in approach.

Leadix Pricing and Contract Terms

Leadix publishes no pricing on their own website. Engagements start with a form and a call, and the form screens you first.

The form asks whether you are B2B and which revenue band you sit in. Below their threshold, the auto-reply says they work only with B2B companies that already have commercial traction and size.

Two partner directories do list prices, and they do not agree. Their lemlist listing states multichannel outbound from $3,500 a month, plus consulting and training from $2,000 per hour. Their Clay partner listing states $5k+ a month with a three-month minimum engagement.

That gap is the first thing I would raise on a call. Ask which figure applies to your scope, and whether the three-month minimum is standard.

What's Included at Each Price Point

Neither listing says what the retainer covers. Based on their service pages, a full engagement includes ICP definition, list building, enrichment, copywriting, campaign setup, sending and reporting.

Coaching and database builds are sold separately, per their FAQ. For comparison, managed cold email agencies in Europe commonly charge monthly retainers in the low four figures. Both quoted Leadix figures sit inside that band.

No guarantee is attached to either price: no refund promise, no minimum meeting count, no definition of a qualified lead.

That last one matters most. Across their own case studies, "qualified interest" means an event registration for Tapio and a showroom visit for IKKS. Neither is a sales meeting.

Hidden and Additional Costs to Watch

  • Domains and mailboxes: ask whether these sit inside the retainer or bill on top.
  • Data and enrichment credits: their stack includes several paid enrichment tools, so ask who pays for credits.
  • Setup or onboarding fees: not mentioned publicly, so confirm whether month one costs more.
  • LinkedIn accounts and Sales Navigator seats: LinkedIn is a core channel here, and those seats are billed somewhere.
  • Exit terms: ask who keeps the domains, mailboxes, lists and CRM records when the contract ends.

The domain question is the expensive one. If the agency owns your sending domains, leaving them means starting your email deliverability from zero, so put ownership in writing.

Who Should Hire Leadix?

  • You sell into Belgium, France or the Benelux, where all their published proof sits.
  • You are past €1M in revenue with customer lifetime value above €4,000, their two stated criteria.
  • You need campaigns in French and Dutch, which their IKKS work shows they run in-house.
  • Your outbound sales motion needs data work, not just sending. Their strongest published results start from a custom-built list.
  • You have salespeople who can close, and want the top of the funnel handled for them.

If three of these describe you, ask for two client references in your own market before the second call.

Who Should Not Hire Leadix?

  • You need cold calling delivered by the agency. Their service pages cover email, LinkedIn, ABM and coaching only.
  • Your pipeline target is the United States. Nothing in their published work covers US campaigns.
  • You need an independent review trail before signing, on Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot.
  • You are below their revenue or LTV thresholds. The intake form will screen you out before a call.
  • You want a contractual meeting guarantee, since none is published.

If you are sending under a few hundred emails a month, you may not need an agency at all. Running Salesforge yourself at $48 per month covers that volume with warmup included.

Leadix Case Studies and Reported Results

ClientIndustryReported Result

The results block on the Leadix Tapio case-study page, captured September 2026. Percentages elsewhere on the same page break the funnel down step by step.

What stands out is the counting. Most agencies publish one number; Leadix publishes the funnel with drop-off at each stage.

The verticals are genuinely spread too: decarbonization, restaurant software, fashion retail, events and sustainable team building.

The interest rate works out to roughly 2% for CentralApp and 2.5% for IKKS. For Tapio it was about 15%, helped by warm segments and an event invitation. Ask which end of that range your campaign is modelled on.

All of these are company-reported numbers. No independent platform has verified them, so ask to see the campaign export behind any case they show you.

Leadix Limitations to Consider Before Signing

  • No independent reviews: nothing on Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot. Ask for two reference calls, including one finished engagement.
  • Pricing is inconsistent across listings: $3,500 a month on lemlist, $5k+ with a three-month minimum on Clay. Get a written quote for your scope.
  • No defined qualified lead: their cases count event sign-ups and showroom visits as qualified interest. Agree the definition before launch.
  • Ownership is unstated: nothing public on who keeps domains, mailboxes or lists at exit. Put it in the contract.
  • Small team, single director: the register lists one director, and no team size is published. Ask who runs your account day to day, and who covers holidays.
  • A documented rough patch: in December 2025 the Belgian trade publication Media Marketing framed a Leadix story around resilience. Its summary describes turbulence that nearly ended the agency, and says Dawance was left alone at the helm after his associate's unexpected departure. The full article sits behind a members' wall, so I could not read the detail, and the company has remained active throughout.

None of these should rule Leadix out on its own. But if two or more matter to you, compare agencies that already answer these questions on their public profiles. That is exactly what the certified agencies below do.

Leadix Alternatives: Certified Forge Experts Worth Considering

Do not just search "lead generation agency" and pick the first result. Compare a shortlist of agencies whose practices you can actually verify before a call. The Martal Group review and Abstrakt Marketing Group review cover two more options.

The Forge Expert Network is a directory of agencies certified on the Forge ecosystem. Certification requires completing Salesforge's cold email training and meeting program eligibility requirements, so every listed agency has a disclosed, modern outbound stack.

The directory is younger and smaller than Clutch, so treat it as a curated starting point rather than a complete market map. Each pick below answers a specific gap I found in Leadix.

1. Outbound Pros

Best for: buyers who need calling in the mix and a contractual meeting number.

Outbound Pros runs list building, enrichment, cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling and PPC as one engine. This is the option to look at if calling matters to your market, because Leadix does not sell a calling channel.

Their profile states a guarantee of 50 to 75 qualified meetings per month, and commission-based pricing. Its ideal-customer note assumes deal sizes where a few meetings pay back a $1.5K to $10K monthly retainer. It also reports dedicated owned domain infrastructure, a 4 to 6 week warm-up targeting 85 to 95% inbox placement, and roughly 21 days to go live. In their Outbound Pros case study, founder Jānis Plūme reports zero downtime across client campaigns and onboarding new clients without extra licenses.

2. SalesCaptain

Best for: buyers who want an independent review trail and coverage beyond Europe.

SalesCaptain is led by Bill Stathopoulos, who their profile says runs the Clay London chapter. Their profile claims recognition as the top B2B outbound agency on Clutch, which is the verification trail Leadix has not built.

Their listing reports sending 1.2 million emails a month for clients at a 0% spam-rate standard. Each account gets a dedicated pod: an account manager, two BDRs, two researchers and a copywriter. Markets cover the US, Canada, EU and Asia in six languages, French included. Pricing is a monthly retainer scoped per client after a discovery call, plus a training program at $2,900 for two months. Their profile also carries a note from Ray Zhuang, head of growth at GlossGenius, saying their cold email campaigns keep working.

3. Growth Alliance

Best for: buyers who want the contract terms written down before the first call.

Growth Alliance builds revenue operations infrastructure for B2B companies in the $5M to $50M ARR range. Their profile publishes what Leadix does not: programs from $10K a month, smaller solutions from $2.5K a month, and 60-day rolling cancellation on monthly retainers.

They also state their capacity limits: 4 to 6 clients at a time, 100 to 120 hours each per month, on a 90-day sprint model. Their profile carries a client note from Matteo Fois of TAM acceleration reporting over 800 leads in under two months and $200k+ in pipeline. In their Growth Alliance case study, founder Spencer Tahil reports over 1,000 client domains and mailboxes running at a Heat Score™ above 89.

Prefer Not to Hire an Agency at All?

Two routes work if you would rather keep outbound in-house.

Run it yourself with Salesforge. It starts at $48 per month with unlimited mailboxes and free unlimited warmup included, plus a 14-day free trial.

Or hire Agent Frank, Salesforge's autonomous AI SDR, from $499 per month billed quarterly. He handles prospecting, sequencing, replies and meeting booking on his own, and he needs a demo plus a two-week warm-up before he starts sending.

Questions to Ask Before Hiring Leadix

  1. What counts as a qualified lead here: a reply, an event sign-up, or a booked sales meeting?
  2. Who owns the sending domains, mailboxes and prospect lists when the contract ends?
  3. Is my price $3,500 a month, $5k+ a month, or something else, and what changes between them?
  4. What is the total monthly cost including domains, enrichment credits and LinkedIn seats?
  5. Who replies to an interested prospect, and inside what response time?
  6. Is there a three-month minimum, and what notice period ends the engagement?
  7. Do I approve every list and every sequence before it sends?
  8. Which clients in my industry can I speak to, including one whose campaign has finished?

Their answers will tell you more than any review, including this one.

Final Verdict: Is Leadix Worth It?

Leadix is worth considering if you sell B2B into French-speaking Europe or the Benelux and want email and LinkedIn campaigns run for you.

What sets them apart is the honesty of their reporting. Publishing 2,209 contacted and 531 replies for Tapio, or a 2.54% interest rate for IKKS, is unusual for an agency and useful for setting expectations.

I would shortlist them for a Benelux or French-market campaign needing a custom-built list in French and Dutch. That is for a company already past €1M in revenue.

I would not shortlist them for US pipeline, for a calling-led motion, or for a buyer who needs published contract terms before a first call. If that is you, compare certified agencies instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is Leadix a Legitimate Company?

Yes. The Belgian business register lists Leadix SRL, enterprise number 0785.948.735, as active and in a normal legal situation since 11 May 2022, with Morgann Dawance as director. Its registered seat in Forest matches the address on their legal notices, and the two other addresses on their site are both registered establishment units. The register also shows employer registration since April 2023. Client counts and ROI figures on their site are self-reported.

2. How Much Does Leadix Cost?

Leadix publishes no pricing on their own website. Their lemlist partner listing states multichannel outbound from $3,500 a month, while their Clay partner listing states $5k+ a month with a three-month minimum. Ask which applies to your scope. Remember the retainer is not the full price: domains, mailboxes, enrichment credits and LinkedIn seats all cost money, and their site does not say who pays for them.

3. Does Leadix Guarantee Leads?

No. I found no guarantee, refund promise or minimum meeting count anywhere in their public material. Their site states qualifying criteria for clients instead, including product-market fit and customer lifetime value above €4,000. Because no guarantee exists, the definition of a qualified lead matters even more. Their own cases count event registrations and showroom visits as qualified interest, so agree in writing what you are buying.

4. Who Owns the Lead Data and Campaign Assets?

Their site does not say. Nothing on their pages or partner listings addresses who keeps domains, mailboxes, prospect lists or CRM records at the end of an engagement. Domain ownership matters most, because sending reputation is built on those domains over months. If the agency owns them, you restart deliverability from zero when you leave. Put ownership in the contract before launch.

5. What Are the Best Leadix Alternatives in 2026?

Three certified agencies in the Forge Expert Network cover the gaps. Outbound Pros adds cold calling and PPC with a stated 50 to 75 meetings per month guarantee. SalesCaptain brings a Clutch review trail plus US, Canada, EU and Asia coverage. Growth Alliance publishes its pricing and 60-day rolling cancellation up front. For smaller volumes, running Salesforge in-house from $48 per month is often enough.

6. Should You Hire a Lead Generation Agency or Build Outbound In-House?

Hire an agency when you need pipeline fast and do not want to hire and train SDRs. Build in-house when you want to own the system, the data and the learning long-term. The middle path is running Salesforge yourself or hiring Agent Frank as an AI SDR, then moving to an agency once volume justifies it. Leadix also sells coaching if you want the skills transferred to your own team.
