Rehers
Rehers is a sales readiness platform that lets reps practice real buyer conversations against AI before they happen with prospects. Its AI buyers simulate cold calls through a mock power dialer as well as discovery and demo calls over video with screen share, reacting to what the rep says and raising the objections a team commonly faces. Managers build scenarios in around thirty seconds by uploading a recorded call, a transcript, or a one-pager, after which a wizard generates the buyer persona, objection set, qualifying questions, and scorecard. Each practice call is scored on qualifying questions asked, objection handling, talk-to-listen ratio, pacing, and call structure, and dashboards surface the questions reps avoid and the moments where conversations slip. The company is backed by Mucker Capital and lists customers including Deel, Rippling, BrowserStack, GoCardless, and Babbel.
Features
- AI Buyer Roleplays: Reps practice cold calls through a simulated power dialer and discovery or demo calls through simulated video calls with screen share.
- Thirty-Second Scenario Builder: Uploading a call recording, transcript, or one-pager generates a buyer bot, objection set, qualifying questions, and scorecard, all editable.
- Configurable Scorecards: Calls are scored on qualifying questions, objection handling, talk-to-listen ratio, pacing, and structure, with criteria set per scenario.
- Knowledge Gap Detection: Dashboards highlight the questions reps dodge and the objections that derail them across every practice call.
- Team Analytics and Coaching: Managers see activity, talk time, win rates, and skill trends per rep, with live coaching dashboards on the Team plan.
- Data Protection: Recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, are not used to train shared models, and can be deleted on demand.
Pricing
Rehers charges by practice time rather than by seat, at $30 per hour of live practice:
- Individual: $30 per practice hour. For solo reps, with unlimited seats, call recordings, basic scoring, and pay-as-you-go cancellation.
- Team: $30 per practice hour, from 5 hours per month. For sales orgs, adding a shared practice-hour pool, scorecards, analytics, admin controls, and live coaching dashboards.
Only time spent on live practice calls is billed; scenario setup, playback, and scorecard review do not count. Annual billing includes two months free, plans cancel at the end of the billing period without penalty, and a free trial is available.
Pros
- Pay Only for Practice: Billing tracks actual practice hours, with unlimited seats and no per-user licences.
- Fast Scenario Creation: Turning a real call recording or one-pager into a full roleplay in seconds keeps scenarios current with little effort.
- Several Call Types Covered: Cold calls, discovery, and demos with screen share can all be rehearsed in one tool.
- Coaching Backed by Data: Scorecards and gap analysis show managers exactly where reps struggle rather than relying on anecdote.
- Clear Data Commitments: Encryption, no shared-model training, and on-demand deletion address common concerns about uploading real calls.
- Low Commitment: No seat fees and penalty-free cancellation make the platform easy to trial.
Cons
- Spend Rises With Usage: At $30 per hour, teams that practice heavily can see costs climb quickly and vary month to month.
- Team Features Need Volume: Shared pools, analytics, and coaching dashboards require at least five practice hours a month.
- Basic Scoring for Individuals: Solo users receive basic scoring only, without full scorecard analytics.
- No Listed Integrations: The site does not mention CRM, LMS, or conversation intelligence integrations.
- No Independent Reviews: No verified reviews were found on major software review platforms.
