Slack Integration With Salesforge

The Slack integration sends Salesforge notifications directly into your Slack workspace. You can receive real-time alerts in a chosen Slack channel for key campaign events, ensuring you never miss an email reply or other important update. This keeps your team instantly informed of sequence activity.

Key Features

Once connected, Salesforge will post updates (such as new replies, email bounces, or sequence status changes) to Slack. You specify which events trigger notifications by selecting Primebox labels or specific sequences. For example, you might alert the sales channel whenever a lead replies positively or when an email in a sequence bounces.

How To Use It

1. In Salesforge, go to Settings -> Integrations -> Slack, then click Connect.
2. You’ll be redirected to Slack to authorize the integration and select a channel.
3. After allowing access, return to Salesforge and choose which notifications to send (Salesforge will let you pick specific sequence labels or events to push to Slack).
4. Once saved, relevant events will flow into the Slack channel you chose.
